Ezekiel Iris looked down into the vast lake beside him. Should they really be doing this? Morally, Ethically was it the right thing to do? Of course not. And yet he was, why?
He swallowed and looked to the Earl.
"S-so ... you want me to infect the entire water supply?" He asked, looking rather nervous.

"That is correct" the Earl stated, "infect the water supply, kill several hundred civilians and if we're lucky enough we can catch the Fallen Rangers or at least one of them."

He wasn't even sure if he could do it, so far he'd just shot people but this was a complete infection of a city's water supply.

"R-right! Okay ... will do," Ezekiel said, very slowly injecting himself and changing into Kamen Rider Chinomanako, he took a deep breath and then loaded another hypodermic into his gun and knelt down by the water's edge.
He paused ... did he really want to do this?

"I'll admit the Police Scanner was a good idea but two intruders at the resevoir does not sound like demons." Martain complained as he pulled into the parking lot out front.
"Yeah well we still haven't found War and the Riders went home. I'm pissed off and I want to beat something to a bloody mess. Even if they aren't demons these guys will do." Alan snapped getting out of the car and smashing his own way past the locked front gate.

The Earl sensed that the Fallen Rangers had arrived, "Great now the Rangers are here, all because of your hesitation...do it now quickly Ezekiel" he then transformed into War so as to hide his identity as Clive.

"Now, now kids... Vandalism is bad." James joked as he armed himself. KaiLiner's back disappeared through a portal and he armed a Scorpion with a Salamander. "Go back to your parents." He said firmly before fixing on his helmet.

((The Rangers are still outside. They can't see Ezekiel yet, I guess he could see them from a window though.))
Alan looked up James, he wanted to beat this guy to paste and yell about how his parents are both dead but that wasn't why they were there. "Look, I really don't have time for this. Get out of our way."
Alan tries to push his way past James and get into the Resevoir.

Ezekiel breathed in and touched his hand to the water which started to fizz and bubble for a bit before he stepped up and swallowed.
"O-okay then ... it's done," He murmured.

The Rangers close in on the Riders and see them. Alan grinds his teeth as he reaches for his crystal. "It's him. It's War and someone else."
"Let's do this then. Fallen Power!" Martain yells jamming his own crystal into his wrist as the others follow and they all turn into their ranger forms not seeming to care that James could see them.
"You're not running away this time War." Alan yells walking up to the Riders of the Apocalypse.
