Eiji stepped out of the SCRTC base and stretched his arms out. He took in a breath of fresh air and began to walk toward... well who knows where Eiji was going. The last time he was here involved a pair of time-traveling trains and all sorts of crazy hijinks.

Eiji cringed when she had said that. He mentally vowed never to get on her bad side as he continued to walk. He eventually stopped by a rather large building. "This is..." he started to say.

Since he didn't finish his words, she felt him, felt his feelings with her power. She looked at him, "You have a connection, but I can't tell much else off of you," she told him, looking at the building, "What is this place?"

"One of Kougami's," Gotou said, "Shintaro Gotou, leader of the First Ride Vendor Squadron," he drew up his belt, "Kamen Rider Reverse/Re:Birth." He put it away and drew his handgun, lifting it towards Marilen, "Head of security; and she's not welcome here."
Foundation X had given orders to let Kougami run autonomously, since they had Satonaka as theirs, and she was right next to Kougami, so she could report back instantly. Kougami knew who Marilen was, and didn't care she was Foundation X; he didn't want her or her powers near them.
