Gotou stopped outside a door and pushed it open, "He waits inside," Gotou stepped aside; the three of them having orders to not come in.
Satonaka and Kougami waited inside, with Satonaka aside, keeping busy with her own work, while Kougami stood behind his desk, "Hino Eiji! Welcome!" his voice boomed out.
