Ayane's blade missed, so she pulled back and slashed from above, leaving herself open.

Kaoru slashed the fake Ayane with one of the blades and the fake Kasumi with the other. Kasumi fell into another mirror, and the real Kasumi's face was briefly shown in it.
They're trapped in the mirrors! Kaoru thought.

The false Ayane drew her ShodoPhone again and drew for "hurricane" and lashed it forward, sending the kanji into the air between them, making it into the hurricane, lashing glass shards at Kaoru.

Kaoru took out her own ShodoPhone and wrote for "shield", and used the shield to protect herself from most of the glass shards.

Ayane rushed her, hoping to break the shield. She plunged her sword for the center.

Kaoru threw the shield toward the fake Ayane before rushing to stab her.
The false Kasumi, meanwhile, was still somewhat dazed, but tried to go after Kaoru anyway.

The false Ayane was run through, not making a sound. In an explosion of shadows she vanished, and the real Ayane fell out of a mirror, landing over broken glass, gasping now that she had been freed.

Kaoru rushed to Ayane. "Are you all right?" Kaoru asked her, unaware that the false Kasumi was still rushing toward her.

"Yes," she gasped, drawing "chain" and lashing it out, going for the false Kasumi's legs.

The false Kasumi fell to the ground and vanished, causing the real Kasumi to come out of a mirror. "That was not cool!" she said, panting heavily.
Kaoru stood up. "The fight isn't over just yet, though."
