"There's a point to them?" Kasumi asked. "I think it's supposed to be some kind of maze. Nothing more to them."

"I don't know. Remember that one time that she saw a Gedoushu and we ended up running through half of Tokyo just to find it?" Kaoru asked.
"It kept moving around!" Kasumi retorted.

"Thank you!" Kasumi said. Of course, half the time she didn't know where she was going when searching for the Gedoushu that one time... but she wasn't gonna say anything.
Kaoru stepped up to the entrance of the House of Mirrors. "Well, shall we go in?"

"Yeah, let's go," Ayane said, heading in first, determined to lead them because she knew she wouldn't be as easily lost.

Kasumi and Kaoru followed Ayane inside the House, looking around for any trick exits.

It didn't take long for them to get deeper inside. Starting out, Ayane found it easy to lead away from the exit, because what fun would it be otherwise? But after a few minutes, it became much more difficult to find the places to go as light changed and more distortion was added to mirrors to confuse them.

Kaoru occasionally looked into the mirrors, wondering what she looked like as the mirrors got more distorted.
Kasumi, meanwhile, was getting slightly nervous, and was fidgeting a little.
