Clive heard Rei call his name and he stopped turning to look at her, "Y-yes?" he said nervously not sure what Rei would say under these circumstances.

"Oh..." Clive said relieved, "I-I guess so..." he then looked at Rei and smiled.

"You've been good to me too...even though I could take care of myself...you've cared." Rei said, nodding a little as she sat down on one of the sleeping bags, inviting him to sit on the one next to her.

Clive sat down where Rei gestured, "I guess...you're the first person I've actually talked to, I mean I didn't talk much to the other Wild Space Corp members, even before I became the Earl...and you're the first person I've actually have some sort of connection to" he said.

"I think...that fate is what we make of it." Rei replied... "So what will we make of it? This evening sky...this deserted rock...almost seems like a romantic setting." she mused a bit, putting herself off-guard on purpose if he wanted to make a move.

Clive smiled knowing what Rei wanted, he leaned in and kissed her, "I guess it does doesn't it?" he said as he hugged her closer to him.

Rei just pulled Clive closer to her as she leaned up to him a little and kissed him back, enjoying the moment.

Clive closed his eyes and let things take its course, "I love you Rei" he said admitting his feelings for the woman, he didn't care about protocols and manners now...all he cared was being with Rei and he kissed her again.

"I know." Rei said softly, admitting indirectly that she felt the same...closing her eyes as she hugged him close and kissed him again, shifting a bit since they were both sitting down...one of them was bound to go on their back and the other would follow.

Clive kissed Rei as he went on the bottom and Rei on top, "Well...this is a bit awkward" he said noting the positions.

Rei looks down at the moment the awkwardness of the position hitting her as she blushed and smiled a little, "It is...but I've got a nice view." she said before kissing him back and then rolling off of him onto her back after breaking for air. Now, she wasn't sure how to proceed...she did in fact have feelings for Clive...and maybe the Light had known before she did.
