I actually sent a video showing all of his "Grandmother said this ..." (and Kagami's "Grandather said this: "Arata! Why don't you call!")lines to my own grandmother. She responded approvingly xD .. Why am I suddenly scared? Seems cool though... I'll go check. Ooh, it's this.

I'm four episodes into Decade now. Please tell me Tsukasa stops being such an asshole eventually.

Yeah, he does.
For a few moments every now and then. Wait until Kamen Rider x Kamen Rider - Great Rider War 2010. Great movie, but you should watch W first, or skip the Double section.

Watched the first Den-O episode (my torrent is terrible, for some reason; stopped at about 70% with an error, or something; can't finish the download). Not terrible, but I'll give it five episodes to completely impress me, so I only got one episode done instead of my intended two last night, since episode 2 had errors since the download was only, at the time, 50% complete.
Same with Kabuto after; five episodes to impress me, or I move onto Gaoranger.

Episode 2 is pretty bad tbh =/

I couldn't find the second episode online and subbed by Nihon (well, I found one, but it was off by about three seconds, so reading subs would have been terrible), I'm downloading it again tonight.
Watched the first two Kabuto episodes tonight (bored of Toku for now, or I'd have watched the first five); it's interesting so far, it's hard to tell if I'll continue or not; I think it'll be a hard choice to make.

Damn Decade, the series was alright and pretty enjoyable most of the time but the ending raised more questions than it answered and the first movie raised even more without answering any.
Does the W crossover movie answer anything and do I have to watch W to understand it?

You'd have to watch the first 15 or so W episodes if you watch the W portion of the movie. If you just watch the Decade part, and then the combined part, you shouldn't need to know too much.
Also, there were two endings to Decade. I assume you saw the one where Diend shoots him in the face. Disregard that; the "new ending" is the Rider War waging, like in the first episode.

I saw the Rider War ending. The riders who had all apparently disapeared because their worlds had been merged coming back and trying to kill Tsukasa despite agreeing that he isn't the destroyer they had been told he was shortly before disapearing and then all losing to Tsukasa does not make any sense. It makes even less sense with the movie since they are all still alive to be killed and then mysteriously show up alive again with no explaination other than "As long as Riders are needed we will never be destroyed."

Disregard the movie. It makes things much less confusing. Watch the movie for enjoyment, but don't take it as canon; it's never brought up again, except in the epilogue movie (Maybe).
As for the ending, it's essentially, as I recall, the original Blade and Kiva return, tell Tsukasa that he was supposed to kill the alternate Riders, but since he failed to do so, they'll kill him since the AR worlds are vanishing to be made into the real worlds, or something. The 9 original Riders (well, except Kuuga for some reason) attack Tsukasa, and it just ends with the war, and him presumably killing them all, and having a stalemate with Kuuga.
The original ending was a quick fight, Diend appearing out of nowhere, and saying something like only he would be the one to defeat Decade, and then shoots him point blank in the face. Makes even less sense with that ending.
The movie epilogue doesn't clear much up, if I recall. Decade is a sad example of a Rider series, in my opinion. It's a good idea, just not executed very clearly at all.

I heard that alot. I only really watched it first since I figured I could get the gist of the other Hesei era series from it and figure out which ones I want to see more. I think I'm going to watch Kiva next.

Kiva is an amazing series.
I've watched, in full, Ryuki, Blade, Kiva, Decade and W. Out of anything prior to Decade, any of the series are great watches, but Kiva is probably the best of the three I've seen. I watched the first three episodes of Den-O and gave up, and I'm currently on Kabuto, but I can't recommend that one yet.
I also gave up on 555 after a dozen episodes; not very good, in my opinion.

I actually liked Den-O and gave up on Kiva pretty quickly. I'll agree with you on 555, though.

The beginning of Kiva is a bit slow, I'll give you that, but once we get to Ixa's first transformation and so on, it picks up a lot.
