Kaoru ran toward the Gedoushu and Ayakashi, Shinkenmaru in hand. Without any hesitation, she cut through the various minions with great skill.

Then, some Kelzaks materialize, reinforcing the minions as they make menacing noises.

"A new foe..." Kaoru muttered to herself. "Very well, then." She then held her Shinkenmaru as she waited for the Kelzaks to attack.

The Kelzaks charge ShinkenRed and attack her from all sides.

Kaoru tried to fend off all of them, but there was only so much one ranger can do. She got hit by several of them and fell forward.

"Looks like I need to help." Shane said, cursing his luck, though that skirt did look great in red...oh what was he thinking? Gently leaping down from the branch, he streaked away, and then stood in a clearing, performing the hand sign first,
"Ninja Storm, Ranger Form, Ha!"
The entire suit materialized on his body, then he looked up as the helmet closed over his face.
"Power of Air!"
Then he streaked back through the forest, flooring but not defeating all of the Kelzaks and Gedoushuu before appearing to stand in thin air, looking down at them and at ShinkenRed.

Kaoru looked up at the new arrival. "Are you an ally of them?" she asked him, standing back up.

"I would never ally with those that wanted to take over the world." the Ranger replied in perfect Japanese, disguising his voice but nodded to ShinkenRed as he jumped down, unsheathing his Ninja Sword and putting it on Gold mode as he slashed through a pair of Kelzaks before whirling around to drag a Nanashi's sword down and kick another in the face, before flipping to the left, backhand slashing the first mook across the chest.

Kaoru nodded and started slashing a few Kelzaks with her Shinkenmaru. She then took out her Shodophone and wrote the Kanji for "Bomb" in the air, creating the stereotypical bomb (rounded with a fuse sticking out of it) near another group of mooks, which then promptly exploded.

"Nice trick." He said before forming the handsign over his morpher. "Ninja Shadow Battle!" A screen went up over half of the clearing as a red blur could be seen moving and slashing before kicking a Kelzak out of the screen, all of the mooks behind it shown to be staggering in pain before the Ranger sheathed his Ninja sword and they all exploded.

"You were pretty impressive yourself," Kaoru replied, turning to face shane. The remaing Kelzal was coming behind her, only to stop and turn around before he was slashed (rather lazily) by Kaoru.

"Hawk Blaster!" The Ranger called out, summoning his weapon and shooting several Nanashi through their blades as they tried to slash ShinkenRed.

Kaoru took out her Hiden Disk, and attached it to her ShinkenMaru, spinning it and transforming it into the Rekka Daizantou. She then slashed at the Nanashi with the large weapon, causing them to fly backward from the impact.

The Ranger fired as well, finishing off the last Nanashi before turning to face the Ayakashi. Not knowing the capabilities of this enemy, the idea that the Battlizer may be needed crossed his mind.

Kaoru turned toward it as well. She had a similar thought to use the Inromaru or, if she really wanted the fight to be quick, the Kyoryumaru.
