Name: Kamen Rider Decade
Henshin Device/Sequence:Tsukasa presses the Decadriver to his waist, causing a belt to loop around him. He opens the two clasps and inserts his Kamen Ride Decadecard before closing the clasps, then several silhouettes of the previous Kamen Riders appear and ten cards shoot into the air. The holographic images fly around him for half a second before joining his body in pixelated armour, forming a colourless armour before the cards above slot into his head and with a flash his transformation is complete.

  Weapons and Abilities:He is able to transform into any of the first 9 Kamen Riders, access all their primary forms and their weaponry, abilities and equipment. He also wields the Ride Booker that can vary between Sword and Blaster Mode than can be enhanced with the powers of Decade
  Finisher(s): Decade performs the Rider Kick called the Dimension Kick, Using the Sword Mode Ride Booker , Decade can execute a highly charged slash called the Dimension Slash . When in Gun Mode, Decade can execute a highly charged shot called the Dimension Blast .Both attacks involve the Decadriver generating large golden Final Attack Ride cards.

  Appearance: A Darker Version of his original costume, with the Decade Complete Kamen Ride Card on his helmet, embedded in the Decade Crown, and the others' Kamen Ride Cards on his chest.
  Transformation: Decade card is inserted into the K-Touch, causing a low chime as the machine flickers to life. Tsukasa's eyes flutter and close before they reopen, now a harsh cyan as white pixels explode all over him with shining golden lines.
  Weapons and Abilities: He can wield all the weapons of his predecessor Riders

The only problem is that Decade itself as a Rider exists. Tsukasa being separate from Dark should be fine, but on the Rider itself, I don't know.
