Finished Timeranger; 17 episodes yesterday alone, finished the entire series in 6 days. It was fairly boring until Naoto and the City Guardians appeared, and vastly improved after that (episode 27/28).
Not a great series, but I'm happy to have it finished. Gao next, then Aba and Magi, but I'm watching Kabuto or Den-O first (or attempting them). Not sure which, my Den-O torrent download is slow, and Kabuto is done, so likely Kabuto first.

Started Gaoranger the other day. Wild Force is one of my favorite seasons just because of the Zord switching; I'm having high hopes for this season.
Problem is it's on Megaupload/video, so I can only watch like four a day, and the downloads are MP4, which only play with the Zune software my sister has, so I can't download them, since that hasn't worked when I've done it before.
Same with Abaranger, after Gao; same formats. Not looking forward to this stuff.
Also, watching Magiranger this weekend; started a few weeks ago, only watched the first episode. I'm planning on watching it at my cabin, without the other two Sentais to download and watch there.

Magi is pretty good, despite only being two or three episodes in; I'm loving Tsubasa. It's kind of...what's the word...happy (?), with the family based stuff, despite MagiMother's death, but still, entertaining. I might give up on it if it goes even deeper into that, but for now, whatever.
Gao so far is annoying me with just calling characters by color...I just hate that.
Might as well also discuss PR here. Samurai...ask me last year, and I would say Overdrive is the worst season. Samurai has become it. No acting abilities for the most part, incompetence in control of the show, and a knockoff of Shinkenger (which was mediocre to me; many would disagree with that) with less competent plotlines. Even with the Gold Ranger scenes that came out online today, there is no hope; he's not much better at acting, and I hated Genta. Considering Tzachor's love of Sentai, there's no doubt that Antonio (really?) will be a direct clone of Genta, like everyone else is attempting to be of their counterparts.
Hopefully the letter writing campaign will actually improve the quality. I should really get around to writing a letter too...

Apparently Bulk's supposed to be back but the scene's I've seen him in haven't been that good =/ That's disappointing because one of the things I loved about the early PR season's when I watched them was Bulk and Skull.

Bulk gets better over time. Though he and Spike have only interacted with the Rangers...once, I think. For all of five seconds with one line.
Bulk is easily the best part of the show; and he and Spike get maybe a minute or two a week. That's just sad. Though an 80% Bulk and Spike episode is supposed to be coming in the back half of the series (the last 20 episodes). That's something to look forward to.

Currently downloading all of Gekiranger so I can burn the DVDs of them. I love Gekiranger so much; after I finish burning the rest of my Rescue Force DVDs, Geki is next. Also, wrote some stuff a while back that I thought might be enjoyed. Like the Kamen Rider thread stated, I attempted to rewrite the source material of PR with some Sentai stuff and some new stuff just for me. That includes Japanese names and in the case of the first two, using Rio and Mele instead of Jarred and Camille. Also, with when these were written (years ago), the early chapters of Gekifury will have worse writing, and there will be some grammatical mistakes and just lack of skill not present in my RPing. RPOnger fixes that, though, since it was written after I got a lot better. Gekifury Season 1; all chapters should be in order. Gekifury Season 2; some chapters out of order, completely original story with some Kamen Rider references, and includes an epilogue about the fight against Venjix, which leads to... RPOnger; my RPM rewrite, which includes an opening about SPD fighting against Venjix.

Ok, question. Anyone here watch Abaranger? I've heard conflicting accounts on how good it is, and if it's even subbed with good subs or not.
Also, watched the first few Magiranger episodes, as well as Gaoranger. Either worth finishing? I plan on finishing Gao, but Magi...it just drags on sometimes, as much as I like the characters (Tsubasa and whatever Blue's name is, Kai to a lesser extent).

It's subbed by Hong Kong subs who are absolutely terrible. I only know some basic Japanese but I think I could sub it better, and they mis-sub the English bits. I kinda stopped watching after the subtitles confused the Hell out of me.

Gokaiger Episode 6. Luka in a maid outfit. I don't think there's anything else to be said about this episode.

... Okay I'm sold on Goukaiger. I've only watched the first half of episode 1 before my internet crapped out but the entire team (except for Joe who hasn't done anything yet) are extremely cute and pretty goshdarn funny.

Gokaiger is amazing as you continue. Episode 4 being my favorite, and what spawned the dream that caused me to write that Joe/Ahim story.

Onto episode 3 of Goukaiger. One thing that p*ss*s me off about some sentai shows is the fact that they never name minor characters. Like that boy in episode 2? ShinkenRed kid, would it be so hard to call him something? And the boy in Dekaranger who Ban went out to avenge and got himself kicked to the Earth team, WHAT THE F*CK WAS HIS NAME!?
Other than that it was a great episode. I still have no opinion on Joe yet, I know that Ahim's the kind but sheltered one (Why is she with pirates? Did they kidnap her and she's going through stockholm syndrome?), Luka's greedy, Don's a lovable coward (I like that this time aren't big heroes and do have traits like greed and cowardice), and Marvellous is their fearless captain-y leader. But Joe hasn't done anything yet!

Joe and Ahim is episode 4, so you'll learn more about them then.
As for why Ahim is with them, I don't recall what episode that was addressed in, but at least 7, no later than 12.
