Jen looks at Trini, "What'd he leave for?" she asked as Eric walks up to the Juice Bar. "Hey Adam, nice to see you made it back." he said.

"Y-yeah... Thanks," Adam said, stuttering a little as he tried to compose himself.
"Who knows?" Trini replied back to Jen.

Trini continued to train with Jen as well. "Hey, how about a little sparring match?" she asked.

Eric nods and tosses him a water bottle before taking his hand, "Hey come on it looks like there's a spar." he said, half-dragging Adam back into the Juice Bar
Jen takes her usual stance and then throws a side-kick followed by three punches

Trini blocks the kick with one hand, and she skilfully uses her other hand to block the punches. She then followed suit with a roundhouse kick.
Adam came back inside to see the two girls sparing. "What the--?! When did that happen?!"

"I don't know but this is news to me let's see who wins." Eric said
Jen used both hands to block the round house kick and roll Trini over by the leg but the latter was able to land on one hand. Then Jen landed a snap-kick to the side of Trini's thigh before being pushed back with a light shot to her cheek.

Adam watched the fight, though his focus was mainly on Jen... as much as he didn't want it to be.
Trini aimed a sweeping low-kick at Jen's feet, hoping to send her to the ground.

Jen was swept off her feet but grabbed Trini in a headlock at the last minute and landed on her back with Trini's head near her neck for just a split second before rolling to the side and getting back up.

Trini quickly got up, and resumed her usual stance, taking a deep breath. She needed to watch her opponents moves more carefully from here on...
Adam continued to watch the fight.
