Clive entered the lobby of the Smart Brain Headquarters, it was a cold and inhospitable place. Employees were bustling in and out of doors and corridors and the ever-vigilant Riotroopers were stationed all around the entrances to corridors and rooms, 'It's not going to be an easy task' Clive thought. He had come here specifically to get the prototype Orphnoch Virus, a virus code-named "The Silver Bullet" which will either kill all humans or turn them into Orphnochs, Clive had heard about this virus from one of his hell spies and was interested as to how he could use it to his advantage.
Clive approached the receptionist, a stern young woman with cold eyes, "Hello how can I help you?" the receptionist said attempting a smile.
Clive knew that she was going to easily give him the information he seeks so he used his mind-control powers to coerce her, "You will tell me where the Special Project Room is" he told her concentrating on breaking through her mind
The receptionist face was contorted as she concentrated to repel Clive's psychic power but after a few moments she was calm and in a robotic voice said, "The Special Project Room is on the third floor, you will need a Riotrooper ID card to access it then a third-tier scientist ID card to get into the room."
"Thank you" Clive said, "Now you will forget that you ever had this conversation" and broke off the connection. Soon the receptionist was busy working on something, her memory of the conversation erased from her mind.
Clive approached one of the elevators, he already had a Riotroopers card that he swiped off from one of the Riotrooper foolish enough to challenge him, his body is now floating on one of the rivers. But he needed a way to get pass the Riotroopers guarding the elevator, he looked around him trying to find a distraction but eventually decided to blast through a wall to simulate an attack, "Reder" he quietly said and pointed to one of the walls which instantly exploded sending shrapnel of stone all over the place.
Immediately a P.A voice boomed above him, "Warning, warning all Riotroopers respond to the Lobby. Possible attack by unknown hostile, all units respond to the Lobby." As expected the Riotroopers at the elevator immediately ran to the site of the explosion desperately trying to find enemies that are not there. Clive quickly ran into the elevator, swiped his card and pressed the third floor button. 'This is going to be more fun than I thought' Clive though as he quickly ascended to the third floor.

Thomas Reagan was present in the building, pleased to be around when something was happening. He could show the reason why he was one of the heads of Smart Brain.
"Secure the main entrance." He said simply, hands clasped behind his back. He approached the elevator and waited for it. As soon as it opened he headed up to the third floor. He knew the explosion was on the first floor, but his Orphnoch instincts told him something else.
That and his Canroid, sitting in his hand in can form again. The Taka Canroid had signaled to him that someone had gone up to the third floor. Someone its camera didn't recognize as a member of the building staff.
"This will be interesting." Thomas muttered.

Clive arrived on the third floor he quickly looked around and saw no sign of Riotroopers. No doubt they were too busy at the main entrance looking for hostile activity, but he knew that he had to be quick as they would eventually realize that there was no one and quickly lock down the building. He walked towards the Special Project Room and saw a scientist walking out of the room locking it, he hid behind a pillar and waited for the scientist to turn his back, then he uttered, "Leviosis" and the ID card silently unclipped itself from the scientist and flew to him.
Smiling he looked at the scientist, "Just to be sure" he muttered, "Aron kiens" and made a downward slicing motion with his finger instantly a huge gigantic saw emerged above the scientists head and before he could react sliced him in half. The scientist burst into a blue flame before exploding. Clive quickly walked to the Special Project Room, unlocked the door, and looked around to see if a sample of the virus was in the room. Luckily for him it was, sitting on top of a bench along with human DNA samples, no doubt to test its effectiveness, Clive took it and made a small hole, just big enough for the sample, and said, "Open" immediately a small hole appeared in thin air.
Clive simply placed the sample there where it would sit in that other dimension until he needed it for his research. Clive then quickly walked out of the room and thought, 'Now I just need to get out of here somehow'.

Thomas arrived on the third floor and walked towards the lab. He could see a strange man, an intruder, walking away from where the sample would be stored.
Thomas stopped in front of him, about fifteen feet away, "Who do you think you are?" Thomas demanded, "What do you think you're doing?"

Jack was in another room on the testing floor.
He was holding a few Cell Medals, and surrounded by scientific personnel and burned out belt prototypes. Project: BIRTH wasn't going as well as he'd hoped. And the commotion outside implied something else wasn't going as well as he'd hoped.
He placed the Cell Medals on the table and then entered the corridor with a pair of Riotroopers behind him. Thomas and some ... one before him.
"Thomas?" He asked, his voice was annoyed from sleep deprivation and irritation that nothing was working out "Whose this?"

"... Okay, just kill him and then dispose of the body," He said, not even bothering to hide behind a nice persona, he nudged one of the riotroopers beside him "Help Mr. Reagan kill him will you?"
Jack stepped back into the room, locked the door and let the two Riotroopers advance towards the intruder.

Thomas drew his OOO Driver and put it on his waist. He opened his suit jacket to reveal his Core Medals stitched into special pockets he had. He reached for a set, but waited to see what the other man would do first.

Clive had willingly gone with the man not because he was scared of what he was, but it seemed to be more fun when he escaped. The two Riotroopers advanced on him and the stocky man revealed a set of OOO medals, "Oh, so you do have the OOO driver" Clive exclaimed, "It will make a wonderful bonus in addition to the virus sample. However it seems I must kill you in order to take it, pity, really sir" Clive said with a slight bow.
Clive drew the mystic rune for transformation, "Prepare for you judgement" he said and flames burst from his body and engulfed him. The two Riotroopers fired on him but their bullets melted before it could reach him, he fanned the flame away from his body turning into Kamen Rider Judgement. He turned to the two Riotroopers and telepathically said, 'You will obey my orders'.
The two Riotroopers looked like they were resisting; they clutched their head in agony but soon both of them said, "We will obey your orders"
Clive nodded and simply said, "Kill this man. He is your enemy, do not hesitate to use your full power." The Riotroopers nodded and pointed their Axel Ray Guns at the stocky man. Clive thought that they'll be easily defeated and decided to summon one of his Demons, he summoned his demonic powers, making his right eye glow and said, "Arise and serve me as my servant, the Demon count that commands 36 legion...Ipes"
Immediately a pentacle appeared on the floor and a Demon appeared, he had the body of an angel, that of a human body, but his head was that of a lion, the tail of a hare and the feet of a goose. He wielded a warhammer that had a spike on the top of it. Clive pointed at the man and said in the Demon tongue, "Go and kill that man for him and you may have his soul to devour."
The Demon roared with pleasure and with that he charged at the stocky man, Clive sat back and watched as to how this man will respond.

"Interesting." Thomas said, drawing three Core Medals, holding them between his fingers of his right hand. He slammed them in rapidly, moving his hand over each slot and just loosening his grip to drop the Medals in. He tilted the Driver and took grip of his OOO Scanner, scanning the Medals.
"Sai, Gorilla, Zou." Thomas said, since his Driver lacked the voice it had once had. "Sagohzo."
The grayish colored Medals appeared in the air before him, becoming his armor, gray, black and bulky. He pounded his fists together, deciding to end it in one move with a Combo.
He scanned his Driver, "Scanning Charge!" He said, leaping up and slamming into the ground, creating 'sinkholes' around the feet of the two Riotroopers and the demon, drawing them in towards himself. He pounded his fists together, drew them back, and drew back his head, ready to hit each one with an attack.

Clive smiled as he watched Kamen Rider OOO battle. 'So this is one of his form' Clive thought to himself, 'Quite powerful isn't it?'. However his Demon was able to adapt to the situation Ipes' ability was that he was able to use what Clive call 'Armor Lock', basically Ipes' natural Demon armor will be further reinforced to the point that its almost impossible to break through.
Nothing short of the Void Sword can break through therefore although the two Riotroopers were destroyed OOO's punch harmlessly bounced off Ipes' armor. Ipes chuckled and swung his warhammer toward OOO sending him flying.

Jack growled, they were making a hell of a noise out there. His face briefly flickered into a hazy image of a lion hopefully Thomas would beat him soon enough.

Thomas stumbled back, surprised by the resilience of the demon. "Fine, let's try this!" He threw both fists forward, sending both armored gauntlet fists flying forward, smashing into the demon's chest. If it didn't work, he'd try the Medajalibur and perhaps another Scanning Charge in this form.

Ipes swung his warhammer towards OOO and made contact several times in quick succession. Clive began to get bored, 'this is too easy' he thought, then OOO brought out his Medjalibur and easily countered Ipes' attack before giving three quick slices to Ipes.
Sparked flew out of Ipes' body and he staggered back, he checked his wound and roared in rage. He then charged into OOO, impaling him on the spike of his warhammer and crashed into the main office. Clive followed Ipes and angrily said, "Damn it Ipes. Finish him quickly, I don't have time for this." Sooner or later he would have to personally finish this battle himself.

Thomas managed to load three Cell Medals into his Medajalibur. He kicked Ipes away from himself and activated his Scanning Charge, slashing to cut his foe in half. If that didn't work, he used his left hand to fix his Driver, pulling it up and swiftly removing the Core Medals, getting ready to change, loading one more in at a time.
