[Umm.. The cards stack around the target and the bullet charges up, hits the target and the cards fall into the target and damage it in addition to charging up the shot. Besides, there's little no room to dodge.

The Finishers are pretty hard to dodge, and Kizuna's got a way of plugging up the stops.

[No, the cards are stacked around it. The building has nothing to do with it, apart from the fact that Kizuna's/Decade's firing from there.

Clive looked around him and saw that the bullets were preparing to fire. He jumped from the helicopter and hovered above it just as though the bullets had destroyed the helicopter and disintegrate it.

However the helicopter soon reformed itself and Clive stood on top of it once more, "There's no way that mere bullets would destroy a vehicle built by the heavens themselves. Fire and leave no survivors." And the helicopter brought out it's minigun and fired.

Everyone appeared to have ignored Kenneth, that meant he could transform quietly in the corner of the room, drop the Flying Attacker with the noise of the massive ... angelic ... helicopter of death preventing him from being heard. And using the wall for cover allowed got in close to the intruder who had powers over both Heaven and Hell and then grab him round the neck with his left arm. The weapons in his hands, the Tonfa Edge EX's, were glowing bright blue with lethal Photon Blood fuelled energy. The right one was dangerously close to Clive's neck

"Mr. Reagan!" Kenneth shouted, trying to get the man's attention.

Clive felt the weapon close to his neck, he smiled and said, "You certainly are a feisty one aren't you?" then he used his demonic powers to disappear in a puff of smoke and reappear behind his attacker.

Then using his magic he applied a massive amount of electricity to his attacker, enough to knock him out. Kicking him off the helicopter he simply said, " Continue the attack".

Well, enough to knock a human out ...

Kenneth fell from the helicopter, his armour's HUD flickering a little from the electrical charge, and his head feeling dazed. After three seconds of confusion he roared in fury and drove both his Tonfa into the building. His momentum slowed and then finally stopped. This man was overpowered. And bringing people like that down was always so satisfying.

Kenneth let go of his left weapon and allowed himself to dangle before flipping open his phone with the now-free hand and calling his Flying Attacker. The vehicle soared off of the main floor, smashing a window and then fell down towards Kenneth who grabbed his Tonfa's, flipped back and slotted them back into his vehicle.

Now able to fly, Kenneth, jetted forward at full speed, he was going to take this man down himself if he had to ...

Clive saw that the man he just knocked out had recovered and was quickly flying towards him in a vehicle, "That was quick" he muttered he thought about what to do next and decided to send his best Angel and incapacitate the man.

"Tempertina are you there?" Clive telepathically said

"Yes master" Tempertina said, "What is your command?"

"There's a particularly annoying man that I need you to take care of"

"Of course master, I'll be there right away"

The sky then opened up and a bright light emenated from the opening then a giant Angel, his apperance loosely based on a knight, though without legs and his head is in his chest. His arms are attached to his body via an orange light and rotating rings. On the end of these arms are four tube appendages each able to fire bullets, which act similarly to hands. Along parts of his body are hemispheres, each with a pulsing spot in them five in total, one on each arm, two on the bottom of the main body and one on his back, decended from the sky and opened fire on the man.

"Let's see you take him on little man" Clive said and turned his attention back to OOO.

This was the best they could send against him? "Angels?"

Kenneth almost laughed, the servants of some feckless, tactless and most of all non-existent entity were not going to stop him. He shot forward on his Flying Attacker, bullets guiding their way into any counter attack the creature from the sky could throw at him thanks to the advanced HUD and targeting system in his helmet. Kenneth gave the handles of his jetpack a sharp pull sending it toppling to the ground below as he kicked off of it ...

He was very high up, if this failed he was screwed ...

His Tonfa's shot forward and the one clenched in his right hand pierced the monsters eye. His left hand (still clutching the weapon) flipped his phone open and squished the ENTER button. An exceed charge poured from the core of his armour and into both his weapons as he plunged the left one into the eye.

Kizuna growled. He had had a chance to destroy an important Orphenoch and he had wasted it on another Kamen Rider. His Driver's energy was faltering and another Final Attack Ride wouldn't work.

"Attack Ride - Slash."

With a charged blade he charged back towards Jack Frost.

Thomas's attention was split. He quickly finished loading his Spinner. Now it held two Rhino, two Lion, two Kuwagata, and one Cheetah Medals. Now that all seven were loaded, he started to use their powers.

He pointed the Spinner at the magician, using the power of the six Head Medals. Gravity, burning light and electricity flew from his weapon, encircling the magician. The gravity at the least would keep him down for a few seconds.

Using the power of the Cheetah Medal, Thomas appeared between Jack and the new Rider. He threw the Spinner up with his increased speed, getting ready to block the blade.

"OOO!" Kizuna roared as he slid down low and slashed his belt with his sword.

That man was sure to be an Orphenoch. The whole of Smart Brain was corrupted that way.

Thomas figured he would have the speed to deflect it with his Spinner, but decided on another method, one that would be fast enough for sure.

"Condol Legs!" He shouted.

His legs split open, becoming talons. The energy talons raised up, catching the blade before it could touch his OOO Driver. The energy talons started to crackle as they tried to hold the blade back. But it was enough.

He threw his arms out, creating peafowl feathers behind his body. They began to become sharpened and flew forward as projectiles, all of them under his control to move as he saw fit.

[It's 'Condor', unless you also go with the 'Raion' thing. And for a Westerner, it would be 'Condor', I think.]

Kizuna's Ride Booker was thrown aside as he was thrown back, Driver chipped and bloodied in many places.

"I'll remember this!" He shouted in Japanese for the fact that he didn't know English. He began to crawl back to the stairs as his Ride Booker disintegrated.

(I'm using Wikipedia at the moment. I use Condor when talking about Medals, Condol when talking about the attack.)

"The Blazing Combo defeats all." Thomas said to himself and Jack. He glanced up at the magician and threw his arms out, spreading wings out from his shoulders.

He scanned his Driver, "Scanning Charge." He said, his legs opening again as talons, but stronger this time, filled with more and more power than before, "Prominence Drop!"

He was actually using a reverse Prominence Drop, or a Prominence Rise, so to speak, but that didn't matter. He was ready to shoot himself up and crush the magician with his talons. Before he moved he was waiting to see how his Scanner had worked for keeping his foe pinned.
