[Kiriha Kyuuseishu]

After their trip on the ZeroLiner, and mourning Jerome, they had arrived in Italy, no real destination in mind.

Ran looks over at Kiriha as they stood in the cockpit of the train. "Well, we've just arrived....what's the plan here?" she asked.

Natsumi woke up from a nap, stretching a bit.

Kiba did the same

while Airi remained resting in a deep sleep...she hadn't moved or awoke at all during the journey...this could be worrisome to some...

[Kiriha Kyuuseishu]

"We move out," Kiriha said, "Just...I don't know," he shook his head, "Let's just use this time to gather our thoughts, or something."

"I'll stay here," Kirihiko told him, "I'll keep an eye on Airi."

"Fine, let's all go, then," Kiriha said, leaving the ZeroLiner.

Ran and Kiba followed him out, while Natsumi walked alongside.

"It's a little weird, that." Ran remarked after a moment. When some strange looks were given her, she shrugged. "That strange man in a suit staying behind. Not that I mind it, but it is something I haven't dealt with before."

[Tsubasa Todoroki]

"Someone staying in your train?" Tsubasa questioned.

[Rin Sakurai]

"Yeah. But...that girl does need comfort, I suppose, despite my instinctual misgivings." Ran replied.

[Tsubasa Todoroki]

"I don't think that man will steal your train," Tsubasa told her.

[Rin Sakurai]

"You're right, Tsubasa-san." Ran admitted before walking along with them, her hands in the pockets of her blue jeans.

Kiba walked along, keeping an eye out while taking in the sights and sounds.

Natsumi just walks along with one arm in Kiriha's, enjoying their time together even if it is under less than ideal circumstances.

As they continued to walk, Kiriha saw something ahead.

"I...I think that's Marilen," he said.

[Rin Sakurai]

"Ahh the one that made me use a card when I didn't need to.." Ran grumbled just a little.

"What's she doing here I wonder.." Natsumi said

"Small world.." Kiba just remarked a bit.

[Kiriha Kyuuseishu]

Kiriha slipped his arm away from Natsumi and ran towards her, "Marilen!"

She turned when he heard her calling him. As she went closer to the entire group, it was clear that something was very wrong. She was covered in old cuts and bruises, as if she had been abused or beaten, fairly heavily, and limping on one leg.

"Kiri-kun...," she went into his arms, crying a little when she saw the group of them there.

Ran's face softened just a little as she ran to the two of them, "What happened?"

Kiba also ran up, inspecting her wounds a bit, "Hmmm..." he said, having his own thoughts as to what happened but wanting to let Marilen confirm them

Natsumi's eyes widened at this and ran also, helping Kiriha hold her up, as she awaited the answer to Ran's question.

[Marilen Yoshida]

"This is what I got for helping you with that man, Kirihiko. Foundation X didn't appreciate me...changing his Memory and Driver, when my mission was to retrieve them," she said softly.

[Rin Sakurai]

Ran nods, "I see." she said.

Kiba nodded, "Hmm it was definitely a hit, they knew exactly where to hit her."

Natsumi held one of Marilen's hands, "Are the people that did this to you nearby?" she asked, being willing to help her one-time enemy turned friend.

[Marilen Yoshida]

"The one who did this...is the man I joined the Foundation for," she said, "I deserved this, for disobeying orders. And...this happened the other day; he's not here. I wouldn't want anything done to him, anyway," she told Natsumi fairly specifically.
