Gotou rolled while slotting a Medal, summoning his Drill Arm. He span it to use as a sort of shield on his right arm while picking up his sword in his left. He ran forward, swinging, "What do you mean? I'm Kamen Rider Reverse/Re:Birth; I'm just your opposite; that's all."

"Awfully long name." Tobias smirked as he inserted a Cell Medal. A node on his left arm opened and a dark gunmetal object shot out at Gotou as his Crane Arm activated.

Gotou threw his sword to try to deflect while loading another Cell, spinning it to summon his Crane Arm on his left, swinging it out to catch the other crane.

Tobias swiftly inserted another medal. A new attachment appeared on the end of Tobias's crane, a powerful shovel that flew out to latch onto Gotou's crane.

Gotou motioned to Satonaka. She threw a Cell to him, which attached itself to his drill. He managed to slide it into the slot and spin it with the drill's rotation, summoning his Cutter Wings. He shot forward, letting slack come to his crane, going for Tobias with his drill.
His crane may have been grabbed, but it wouldn't stop him. He didn't need it.

Now, both cranes were connected by a very powerful claw and both cranes were extended. As Gotou charged at him he snapped back his crane, the Shovel Arm that was connected to Gotou's tightening the cord again in a technique that would jerk Gotou back.

Gotou cursed, ejecting his Crane Arm to free himself. He shot for Tobias again, slashing with his drill.

Tobias stood there, waiting for Gotou to come closer.

As he got close, he ejected his wings, slotting another Cell, ejecting his Drill as well and turning the dial.
"Rider Kick!" he shouted, going right to the finisher, "Reverse Burn!" Intense heat rippled forward like the Lion Medal would create; hopefully to stun Birth while the roundhouse came, taking the momentum from the Cutter Wings.

Tobias smirked as he pulled his Cell Medal out. It burned up all of it's energy as a protective sphere appeared around him.

The energy sphere caught the kick as Tobias's armour was taken apart.

Gotou landed and rose to his full height, "I think I won," he said, feeling that it had to have done the damage.

There was a cracking of electricity and the smell of burnt toast filled the air as the energy sphere receded. Clothes slightly singed but unharmed Tobias stood there with a smirk on his face.

Gotou looked at him for a moment. He had his orders, even if he didn't want to do this. He thrust his hand forward to grab the other man by the throat and force him.
