Civvie StuffName: Nago Yabe Age: 22 Sex: Male Nationality: Japanese Occupation: Unemployed; usually working for a man named “Zeno”. Species: Human Celebrity Claim: Miura Shohei Hair color/style: Dark brown hair, peaking at the forehead, with some strands coming down the center. It curls out at his sides, going down to about jaw length in the back, darker at the top, lighter at the bottom strands. Eyes: Brown Description: Nago usually dresses in a black suit jacket with a trim fit, a white shirt underneath, a black tie, vest, and black slacks, with black dress shoes, always dressing finely for the usual places he attends. He wears a wrist watch on his left wrist most of the time, and usually wears a pendant on a necklace, kept under his shirt. On occasion he’ll get rid of the vest, or jacket, but usually his black tie is what he gets rid of, if anything. Other Equipment:- He carries a rolled up segmented cloth that has the segments made to hold Gaia Memories. He unfurls it to select his Memory.

Inside StuffPersonality: Nago is a man who doesn’t like to do the mundane. He’d rather go off on adventures, do things that he’s only read about, that don’t actually happen in life. Needless to say, when the chance to become a Kamen Rider – like a character out of some fiction that he loved – came to him, he willingly accepted. He enjoys small groups, rather than large, liking to know people on a more personal level. He has an innate sense of what people are thinking, just by watching them; he can usually get a feel on their emotions and the like. He’s smart, cunning, but not manipulative or cruel. He has a sense of chivalry about him all but lost in this day and age. He sees pride as something that gets in the way, not being too proud, but having enough pride. He only drinks water or tea, having no tongue for alcohol in any way, causing him to try to avoid bars and the like, even though he likes the usual social interactions taking place there. He still spends a lot of time in bars and restaurants that have bars and the like, seeing people there, but avoiding alcohol; he enjoys being very social at these places. He’s a bit snotty when it comes to people, their dress, and their manners, but is a good person at heart. He has a habit of snapping his fingers. Strengths:- A sense of risk and adventure.
- Smart and cunning.
- Doesn’t let pride blind himself.
Weaknesses:- Good at heart, but acts like a dick most of the time to people, usually inadvertently.
- Not too proud, but sometimes not proud enough, as he worries about becoming too proud, and he hates people who are too proud.
- No real work ethic for anything other than the adventurous life of a Kamen Rider.
History: Nago was born and raised in Tokyo, but grew tired of the life of that city fairly quickly, not caring for large groups of people. He preferred to be with smaller groups, like at the houses of friends. As he progressed through school, he decided he needed options in his life, to live where he desired, away from places like Tokyo. He did very well, but then lost his work ethic when going into work – rather, never had a work ethic. What good was his intelligence if he had nothing to do with himself? He pondered that, until he met a man calling himself “Zeno”, offering him a job. Zeno told him that he had been watching people for quite some time, and that Nago was one of the better he had seen. He offered Nago a belt and three flashdrives, which he took after learning it was for a Kamen Rider. Nago had always loved fantasy books and the like in his youth. Now he could live one. He agreed to become a Kamen Rider, taking the Double Driver, Joker, Metal and Trigger Memories, but was confused by the two slots on the Driver. He was introduced to a younger man who was to be his partner. Zeno said to just fight and he would be paid, but would be paid minimally. He would get more whenever Zeno had a specific job for him to do, and then Zeno left. The two formed a good partnership; Nago and Hikaru, who had another Double Driver, the Cyclone, Heat and Luna Memories, and a mysterious power that he didn’t speak of. Together they went off as Kamen Rider Double; though not the only users of this system, apparently…

He took to wearing motorcycle boots along with Nago, since most Kamen Riders have bikes, and they would get one eventually, or Nago continued to say. They click them and Hikaru places his in, sending it to Nago. Nago activates both to become the body while Hikaru’s mind is sent over. Wind picks up around Nago, forming the armor. Pulling the trigger releases a shockwave – usually used when slashing and pulling the trigger – and as a blade. Finisher(s): Fang Striezer; clicking the Fang Memory four times causes the Leg Fang to glow, causing an energized roundhouse kick. Fang Shockwave; by inserting the Fang Memory into the Magnum and clicking it, he swings his weapon, pulling the trigger at the same time. A massive shockwave ripples off of the blade.

Appearance: Light blue white side with seafoam green secondary color. Joker is black and purple. Transformation: Same as above; using the Aqua and Joker Gaia Memories. Weapons and Abilities: The Aqua half allows for water based strikes, as well as throwing water off of punches and kicks. The Joker half allows for an increase in combat abilities. Finisher(s): Joker Tsunami; inserting the Joker Memory into the Maximum Drive slot, Double rushes forward and splits in half midstep, water between the body. The two halves go beside the opponent, slamming the water into them, then reforms behind and throws a water powered Rider Kick into the opponent’s back.

Appearance: Light blue white side with seafoam green secondary color. Metal is silver in color. Transformation: Same as above; using the Aqua and Metal Gaia Memories. Weapons and Abilities: The Aqua half allows for water based strikes, as well as throwing water off of punches and kicks. Metal allows for the left half to be much stronger and resilient, and the use of the Metal Staff. Finisher(s): Flood Gate; inserting the Aqua Memory into the Metal Staff, the Maximum Drive begins. He spins his Staff around, forming water around the tips, moving in to cover the entire spinning weapon in water. He puts it out at the opponent, and a whirlpool is created, sucking the opponent in. Water then floods out, slamming into the opponent, then he spins around and slashes the opponent down.

Appearance: Light blue white side with seafoam green secondary color. Trigger is dark blue. Transformation: Same as above; using the Aqua and Trigger Gaia Memories. Weapons and Abilities: The Aqua half allows for water based strikes, as well as throwing water off of punches and kicks. Trigger utilizes the Trigger Magnum handgun. Finisher(s): Pressure Shot; inserting the Aqua Memory into the Trigger Magnum, a Maximum Drive begins. He lifts his Trigger Magnum, the end focuses with water, unleashing a torrent of pressurized water at the opponent.

Appearance: Light blue white side with seafoam green secondary color. The Channeler half is pale red with the secondary being yellow. Transformation: Same as above; using the Aqua and Channeler Gaia Memories. Weapons and Abilities: The Aqua half allows for water based strikes, as well as throwing water off of punches and kicks. The Channeler half allows a shaman’s staff – with the rounded end, with smaller rounded rings around it, etc. – to be used. The half allows for absorption of energy up until a certain point, and for staff attacks, with the Maximum Drive slot being in the back of the thicker top part of the staff. Called the Sage Staff. Finisher(s): Focus Wave; inserting the Aqua Memory into the Sage Staff, a Maximum Drive is initiated. He draws the Staff back and plunges forward, the rings around the end clinking together, sending multiple small, damaging waves forward.

Appearance: Green right side with a silvery scarf. Channeler half is pale red with the secondary being yellow. Transformation: Same as above; using the Cyclone and Channeler Gaia Memories. Weapons and Abilities: Wind abilities on the right. The Channeler half allows a shaman’s staff – with the rounded end, with smaller rounded rings around it, etc. – to be used. The half allows for absorption of energy up until a certain point, and for staff attacks, with the Maximum Drive slot being in the back of the thicker top part of the staff. Called the Sage Staff. Finisher(s): Windy Prayer; inserting the Cyclone Memory into the Sage Staff begins the Maximum Drive. He lifts the Staff, the rings clinking together. Blades of wind erupt from them, slashing around and cutting down everything around him.

Finisher(s): Incense Ring; Heat into the Staff’s Maximum Drive port; the rings glow with flames, letting out smoke – incense – that can be smelled, seen and felt by anyone in the area, if they can’t smell (helmet blocking), it permeates through armor into the body, burning it.

The half allows for absorption of energy up until a certain point, and for staff attacks, with the Maximum Drive slot being in the back of the thicker top part of the staff. Called the Sage Staff. Finisher(s): Multi-Illusion Cut; inserting Luna into the Staff allows the Maximum Drive. The rings spin around the larger ring, sending illusion rings forward, cutting the opponent down as the rings become physical.

One click of Fang causes a Shoulder Fang/boomerang, two causes Arm Fang for cutting, three is Leg Fang for cutting kicks. Channeler carries the Hell Staff; a large staff with a double ended trident tip, two curved blades coming up on each side for a total of four blades, all of them curling to create a spherical indent atop the staff. Maximum Drive port near the top. Finisher(s): Fang Striezer; clicking the Fang Memory four times causes the Leg Fang to glow, causing an energized roundhouse kick. Fang Gorge; by inserting the Fang Memory into the Staff, the four blades glow. He races forward, the energy surging from them into the gap. He plunges it forward, digging the four blades and the energy through his opponent.

Transformation: Same; using the animal style Fang Memory with a similar Tearer Memory, the same design, only violet in color. Weapons and Abilities: Feral, agile right side with the three blades, while the left has claws and a small blade emerging from his elbow. He wields a small axe – like PuToTyrano’s axe in OOO; the Tearer Edge, with a Maximum Drive slot in the hilt. Clicking the Tearer Memory once causes the elbow blade to grow. Finisher(s): Fang Striezer; clicking the Fang Memory four times causes the Leg Fang to glow, causing an energized roundhouse kick. Tearer Fury; clicking the Tearer Memory twice causes the entire left side to glow with a violent golden aura, his claws extending with energy projections, along with his elbow. He leaps forward and tears through his opponent with his claws and blade.

He swings the weapon up, then slashes it down, sending a massive wave of water crashing forward from the blade of the axe.

He swings it around, sending blades of wind flying everywhere, then rushes forward and slashes it down, bringing an intense and large blade of wind down with it.

Appearance: Crimson right half, the Tearer side is purple, with secondary being black. The Tearer half also has claws for hands. Transformation: Same as above; using the Heat and animalistic Tearer Gaia Memories. Weapons and Abilities: Heat and fire abilities with the right half, while the left has claws and a small blade emerging from his elbow. He wields a small axe – like PuToTyrano’s axe in OOO; the Tearer Edge, with a Maximum Drive slot in the hilt. Clicking the Tearer Memory once causes the elbow blade to grow. Finisher(s): Heat Surge; clicking the Tearer Memory twice allows his entire body to light aflame. He races forward and claws at his foe with flaming claws and arm blade. He can insert the Heat Memory into his Edge as well, going for a cleaving flame attack as well.

Appearance: Yellow right half, Tearer side is purple, with secondary being black. The Tearer half also has claws for hands. Transformation: Same as above; using the Luna and Tearer Gaia Memories. Weapons and Abilities: Stretching right limbs, the left has claws and a small blade emerging from his elbow. He wields a small axe – like PuToTyrano’s axe in OOO; the Tearer Edge, with a Maximum Drive slot in the hilt. Clicking the Tearer Memory once causes the elbow blade to grow. Finisher(s): Dance of Edge; Luna into the Edge to begin the Maximum Drive. He spins his axe, creating two copies of it. He throws them around at the opponent as more copies are created. After throwing about five or six, he lunges forward, sending his right arm snaking out and cutting the foe with the main axe.

Appearance: The Frost half is white with the secondary being light blue. The Joker side is black and purple. Transformation: Same as above; using the Frost and Joker Gaia Memories. Weapons and Abilities: The Frost Memory allows for ice attacks, including spawning ice appendages from the hand/arm, the knee, and firing ice spears/blades/etc. out. Joker allows for increased fighting prowess. Finisher(s): Frozen Extreme; pushing the Joker Memory into the belt’s Maximum Drive slot, it begins. He rushes forward, his entire body freezing over, but the Joker splitting off. Multiple ice clones of Frost rush out of the frozen Frost half. They shatter on the opponent, then Joker leaps through with a Rider Punch, followed by Frost with an icy Rider Punch.

Appearance: The Frost half is white with the secondary being light blue. Metal is silver. Transformation: Same as above; using the Frost and Metal Gaia Memories. Weapons and Abilities: The Frost Memory allows for ice attacks, including spawning ice appendages from the hand/arm, the knee, and firing ice spears/blades/etc. out. Finisher(s): Tidal Slash; inserting the Aqua Memory into the Drive Spear, a Maximum Drive is initiated. He spins the spear overhead then slashes it down, sending a wave of water slashing forward like a blade.

Appearance: The Frost half is white with the secondary being light blue. Trigger is dark blue. Transformation: Same as above; using the Frost and Trigger Gaia Memories. Weapons and Abilities: The Frost Memory allows for ice attacks, including spawning ice appendages from the hand/arm, the knee, and firing ice spears/blades/etc. out. Trigger gives the form the Trigger Magnum firearm. Finisher(s): Avalanche Shot; inserting Frost into the Magnum allows the Maximum Drive to begin. A massive wave of ice and snow flies out, covering the opponent, then impales with ice shards from the weapon.

Transformation: Same as above; using the Frost and Channeler Gaia Memories. Weapons and Abilities: The Frost Memory allows for ice attacks, including spawning ice appendages from the hand/arm, the knee, and firing ice spears/blades/etc. out. The Channeler half allows a shaman’s staff – with the rounded end, with smaller rounded rings around it, etc. – to be used. The half allows for absorption of energy up until a certain point, and for staff attacks, with the Maximum Drive slot being in the back of the thicker top part of the staff. Called the Sage Staff. Finisher(s): Frozen Ring; using the Frost Memory into the Sage Staff, Maximum Drive begins. The small rings begin to spin around at the end of the Staff, then slash ice rings off of it in a rapid flurry.

The left half uses a small saber-type weapon; the Elegant Rapier. The weapon is small and thin, with the hilt being slightly larger to use a Memory in. A golden guard comes down over the grip, but doesn’t connect to it; it just hangs over the hand. The blade itself is a thin, rounded blade that comes up from a slightly rectangular part above the grip. The blade itself – if it can be called a blade – is only about a foot and a half long, not even ending in a tip. Finisher(s): Frozen Thrust; by inserting the Frost Memory into the Elegant Rapier’s hilt, a Maximum Drive begins. Ice builds up around the blade, causing a large ice blade to emerge, allowing for a thrust or slash to defeat the opponent.

Fencer wields the Fang Bastard; a large ragged/ridged sword, like a cutlass in the curve, with a strong guard over the hand. Maximum Drive port in the hilt. Finisher(s): Fang Striezer; clicking the Fang Memory four times causes the Leg Fang to glow, causing an energized roundhouse kick. Fang Wave; by inserting the Fang Memory into the Bastard, the Maximum Drive begins. The blade glows and he swings it down, sending a shockwave rippling forward. He is completely hidden by it as he races after it, keeping hidden. He impales the foe while they become distracted by the wave.

Transformation: Same as above; using the Frost and animalistic Tearer Gaia Memories. Weapons and Abilities: The Frost Memory allows for ice attacks, including spawning ice appendages from the hand/arm, the knee, and firing ice spears/blades/etc. out. The left has claws and a small blade emerging from his elbow. He wields a small axe – like PuToTyrano’s axe in OOO; the Tearer Edge, with a Maximum Drive slot in the hilt. Clicking the Tearer Memory once causes the elbow blade to grow. Finisher(s): Ice Divide; inserting Frost into the Edge allows the Maximum Drive to begin. He raises the axe high and slashes it down, sending a massive blade of ice forward, connected to the axe, cutting the opponent down. If it misses, it stays and allows him to swing it with the axe.

Transformation: Fang and Talon; the same, but Hikaru is the body instead. This is the true Fang and Talon form, such as CycloneJoker being the true Cyclone and Joker form. Weapons and Abilities: Feral attacks, speed, blades off of the leg, arm or shoulder on the right. One click of Fang causes a Shoulder Fang/boomerang, two causes Arm Fang for cutting, three is Leg Fang for cutting kicks. Left side has permanent claws, ferocity, strength and speed, agility. One click of Fang causes a Shoulder Fang/boomerang, two causes Arm Fang for cutting, three is Leg Fang for cutting kicks. The Spear side gives them the Ravage Spear; a large spear with a ragged blade at the end, along with a small blade on the end. It can split in half and each end can grow a new blade. Maximum Drive port is near the tip of the main spear. Finisher(s): Fang Striezer; clicking the Fang Memory four times causes the Leg Fang to glow, causing an energized roundhouse kick. Fang Double; breaking the spear in half, he inserts the Fang Memory into the Spear. Both tips end up blowing and becoming larger. He races forward and slashes the opponent with many slashes to cut them down.

Lightning takes over the body, and he races forward, leaping into the opponent, giving a rapid series of knees as he drops, then spins around and gives a roundhouse kick to end it.

He lunges forward, giving a pool-esque shot by thrusting the tip forward, sending a ball of lightning rippling into the enemy.

Appearance: The Lightning half is dark gold with the secondary color being purple. The Channeler half is pale red with the secondary being yellow. Transformation: Same; Lightning and Channeler Memories. Weapons and Abilities: Lightning allows lightning attacks to be fired forward, and to charge the body for physical strikes with lightning. The Channeler half allows a shaman’s staff – with the rounded end, with smaller rounded rings around it, etc. – to be used. The half allows for absorption of energy up until a certain point, and for staff attacks, with the Maximum Drive slot being in the back of the thicker top part of the staff. Called the Sage Staff. Finisher(s): Storm Call; inserting the Lightning Memory into the Sage Staff, a Maximum Drive begins. This Maximum Drive allows the user to spin the staff, throw it up, and keep spinning it, summoning storm clouds, drawing a maelstrom down, slashing winds, lightning, etc. at the enemy.

Inside StuffPersonality: Hikaru is a man who usually remains quiet when around people he doesn’t know, as he’s grown cautious over the years with “Zeno”. When with Nago, they talk, have fun with each other’s conversations, and the like. He considers Nago his best friend, stating he has few friends, Zeno being one, or so Hikaru claims. He’s confident and smart, gifted with the infinite knowledge of the Gaia Library in his mind, able to access it at any time, using keywords to get where he needs to in the books of the planet’s knowledge. He’s not very strong, but is quick, and quick witted. He has a habit of rubbing his fingers quickly on his right hand; his pointer and middle fingers, rubbing them together at a rapid pace. He pays attention to everything, and has a soft spot in his heart for children, though feels corruption comes as one ages. Hikaru has the hidden ability to take a Dopant Gaia Memory and purify it into a workable Rider Memory, but only if a Maximum Drive/Memory Break forces the Memory’s ejection, then the Dopant casing cracks to reveal the purified Memory, able to be used in the Double Driver or any Memory Driver. Strengths:- Intelligence.

Weaknesses:- All of two friends, roughly, and doesn’t like people. He doesn’t know much of the world, as a result.

History: Hikaru’s past is unknown, but Zeno claims to have known him since age 9. Hikaru never cared about his past after that, as he never knew the significance of a past, and never bothered looking himself up, even though his name was his real identity. He was almost always with Zeno, working on mind games and the like, getting smarter and faster in his mental processes. Over the years, he started to train with Gaia Memories, learning how to use them to their fullest powers. He helped to design an AI for a Fang Memory, but decided it wasn’t needed, scrapping it, deciding to just use it as it was. He helped to design the Double Driver, since Zeno didn’t know where to get one or make one. Hikaru often questioned him about the Driver, until the day they met Nago. Hikaru was entrusted into Nago’s care, and the two became Kamen Rider Double, but not the only Double that existed. They used the same Memories as the others, however, with periodic visits by Zeno, claiming things were going as he had planned, and wanted. The two men, Hikaru and Nago, bonded into friends quickly. Hikaru one day asked Zeno why he had been taken in by Zeno, to which the man replied with something only Hikaru was to know. He was an experiment to save the world; an experiment by Zeno’s group; Foundation X. What was left out, however, was that he had been incubated in an artificial womb for 9 years to be able to access the Gaia Library and have similar abilities. Anything Else: Both played by Ren. Sample RP:“Ready?” questioned Nago, unfurling his Memories. “Always,” Hikaru replied from behind a tree, sitting down, unfurling his, picking out the Cyclone Memory. He clicked it, “Cyclone” Nago clicked his, “Trigger” Hikaru inserted his Memory, sending it to Nago, who pressed it down. He placed the Trigger Memory in, throwing the Driver open. “Cyclone Trigger!” Wind picked up around his body, forming the green and blue armor. He lifted the Trigger Magnum, “Hikaru?” “Hammer him in the head; his gills will take in the air,” Hikaru said. The Shark…thing – Dopant? Yummy? – was approaching quickly. “It’s already breathing air! I don’t think it’ll work,” Nago muttered. “Heavily pressurized air will do just the trick. Trust me, partner,” Hikaru said, the eye on the right flashing. “I trust you,” Nago replied, opening fire. The Shark staggered back as the gills took in too much pressurized air. Nago nodded, “Thanks!” he shouted to his partner, running forward and switching Memories, his belt spawning another to replace Trigger. “Metal” “Cyclone Metal!” He span the staff around as it appeared. Wind picked up around it as he slashed it overhead once more, bringing it down, cutting the Shark down the chest. He slammed it a few more times until it exploded into coins. “Yummy,” Hikaru commented. “Not sure what that is,” Nago admitted, canceling the Henshin, “I don’t think this is what Zeno wanted us hunting, though.” Hikaru approached him, “Not the prey he desired…but you’ll still get payment.” “We. Partner,” Nago corrected. “Right. We.”
