Rider Stuff

His other move is that he draws air through his leg and spins around to deliver a spinning wind powered kick, using the pressure and his strengthened body to crush his foe in one move.

Personality: Tsubasa is a man who sees himself as a genius when it comes to work, but not the mind. He’s of average intelligence, nothing special. He slacked in school like a lot did; he did well in school in what he knew, and so on. He believes in the body over the mind, but knows the importance of skill and tact. He just doesn’t like to show it.
He went out to work as a sailor because he felt it was his best path in life. He didn’t really like Japan, but where else could he go? He hated trying to learn new languages, after all. So working hard on his body, and using his already strong body to help sail and fish was the best option he could think of. It allowed him to be away from Japan for long stretches of time. It allowed him to help others a lot by bringing in food. However, during his time with his new “family” at sea, he learned about humans, human emotion, nature, drive and everything else without realizing it, becoming much smarter than he realized, becoming more synchronized and recognizing of human drive and emotion.
After being abducted and converted by SHOCKER as a warrior to bring in traitors, he broke the mental conditioning somehow. He decided that he would still fight for SHOCKER, even of his own free will. He decided he had nothing better to do, and even if it meant killing people, why not? He began to work with a handler who trained him to be sly and manipulative, lessons he didn’t care for, but went with anyway, becoming darker, slyer, and colder, though it didn’t really fit with who he always was.
Strengths:
- Strong body
- Combat skills
- Not afraid of hard work
Weaknesses:
- He was bored…so he worked for a terrorist organization.
- Average intelligence, unboosted by SHOCKER, unlike the other two Hoppers.
- Doesn’t take to his lessons very well.
History: Tsubasa was an average student and an average style. Like many children, he didn’t like school and made that vocal. However, in his later years he started to get by on the bare minimum and began to think about how much he hated Japan, the place he grew up and lived in for all of his years. He just…hated it. He didn’t know why. So when his schooling was done, he went out to be on a fishing boat, sailing and fishing with a crew that he came to think of as his family. If it meant being away from Japan, why not?
He liked helping by bringing in fish, food, for people. He liked being away from Japan. He liked his new “family”, and working his body every day. He began to learn about people, learn about how people acted and behaved without even realizing it, and it all began to stick. He never really realized it, though.
One day, when back in Japan, he was approached by a man in black. This man spoke to him of a great opportunity, as he had been looking for strong men to join the ranks of SHOCKER. He took Tsubasa with him, where he was tested in various physical and mental tests to determine his use to the organization. Surprisingly, Tsubasa scored pretty high, as they wanted people who understood humans and their drives, unsure of why or how the Hoppers left them in the first place. Tsubasa scored at the top of those tests, and he was very strong and in peak physical condition. These factors led to him being stripped of his humanity and turned into a cyborg against his will, becoming V3; Hopper Version 3. His job was to eliminate the two traitor Hoppers. He agreed, forgoing the mental conditioning, as he had nothing else to do. He trusted SHOCKER; even after the pain he went through to become one of them. What else should he do? And if these people were traitors, then why not eliminate them? From what he could see, SHOCKER was a magnificent and well meaning group.
His handler and recruiter, Snake, began to train him in other ways, ways of tact, style, manipulation and the like. Tsubasa, the entire time, just wanted to leave and fight. He only wanted combat. It was what he was recruited for, it was what he wanted. He would do his job like a cold, efficient machine, and awaited deployment, until it was time to hunt down the traitors.
Anything Else: Played by Ren. He’s a hybrid, like Missile Rhino. This hybrid is based off both Hoppers, instead of an animal and tool/weapon/etc. The skill/speed of Hopper, and the brute strength of Hopper 2.
Sample RP:
“Are these Riders that strong?” Tsubasa questioned.
“Hoppers,” Snake corrected, annoyed.
“Hoppers, Riders, whatever,” Tsubasa said.
“Just don’t go calling yourself ‘Kamen Rider 3’ or something,” Snake growled.
Tsubasa laughed, “Of course not! I’m a Hopper. I’m a SHOCKER soldier,” Tsubasa told him.
“Hopper had his mind affected,” Snake said, “He broke it. Hopper 2 was loyal, like you, but defected anyway. Forgive me for not trusting you.”
“Whatever,” Tsubasa shrugged, revealing his belt, “Well, time to go out and fight.”
