King of Kings, the Golden King, Kamen Rider Rex Regum.
He's from a fanfic that I wrote a while back and abandoned after I stuffed up my timeline (=/) the idea was this. The Rider's the same but the character's changed, though his backstory is essentially the same.
Luke Bellorum (Note, King Arthur was known as 'Dux Bellorum, so it's a play on that) is Kamen Rider Regum, the fallen king of riders. With his now small band of servants he fights as the greatly crippled king. A rider with a design similar to the Utopia Dopant he transforms into Regum, the Rider of Kings with the destroyed remenants of his old Driver. He has access to Rider Keys, keys of those who have sworn their allengience to the Parallel Worlds as Riders (I came up with this idea before Gokaiger
). Alongside him are Kamen Rider Ova, Kamen Ridess Xenti, the fighting duo that form the trio of the strongest Riders, though they have all been weakened. With his cook, jailer, artist, jester and magician and guard (All Riders xD) he fights to regain his throne and protect the Parallel Worlds from evil.
What do you think? I was originally going to make a completely pure form of Decade, but I thought that I might do this.
