Rider Stuff
Name: Kamen Rider Deheaven
Henshin Device/Sequence:Masuda places a device known as the Deheavendriver to his waist, causing a gray belt to form around him. On the right side has two card slots. He puts a card called "KAMEN RIDER: DEHEAVEN" into the rear slot, causing several yellow mirror-like silhouettes of Deheaven,. The silhouettes fly around him for a while before combing and landing on his body in, creating a blank gray armour. A split second later, several yellow card projections fly around and into his head, finishing the transformation.
Forms:

• Form Name: Default Form

  Transformation: One the transformation described above is finished, the driver will announce "KAMEN RIDE (pronounced Kamen Raido): DEHEAVEN".
  Weapons and Abilities: Mainly his fists. He has small gauntlets on his forearms, which can allow yellow blades to extend out and be used as weapons. He has a golden rider booker that has two modes: Book Mode and Scan Mode. In book mode, it holds any DCD cards that gives him access to a variety of riders. In scan mode, it will gain a trigger and a laser. Any target will be analyzed and new cards will be added his booker, BUT cards of riders/sentai/other heroes who don't exactly belong to the nine worlds will be disintegrated after use. Also riders/sentai like those can only be scanned once.
  
  Any card that is used will be placed in the Deheavendriver's front slot.
  Finisher(s): Deheaven places a card called "FINAL ATTAK RIDE: DEHEAVEN". The driver then announces "FINAL ATTACK RAIDO: D-D-D-DEHEAVEN". A giant golden DCD card hologram appears and Deheaven jumps/runs through to deliver any type of kick.
  
  
• Form Name: Heroic Emotion
  Appearance:images1.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20110629005231/kamenrider/images/2/2a/Kamen_rider_deheaven_heroic_emotion.png (Again, from paint) This form is the same as the default, except for the head, which the eyes turn white and his face gains some extra features.
  Transformation: Masuda can place a white colored version of the henshin card "KAMEN RIDE: DEHEAVEN" into the rear slot instead of the original one. With that, the transformation is the same along with the armor, but the head is different and his strength and speed are doubled. He also can use abilities from anyone rider without the aid of his cards.

Inside Stuff
Personality:Masuda believes that the duty being Deheaven is to protect and defend anyone from harm, especially the rider worlds. He has a powerful sense of justice and believes that all life has a choice to live or die. Those who refuse the side of good and chooses the path of corruption and evil will have to die. Whilst he will secretly feel guilty and sorry for any evil that died, he fends the feeling off of thinking that they had made their own choice and therefore, they will have to accept their fate.
Strengths:

• Has a strong fighting spirit.
  
• With his Deheaven powers, he can obliterate most enemies with relative ease.
  
• Very brave and courageous.
  

Weaknesses:

• Can be hesitant when delivering a killing blow.
  
• Will have second thoughts about things.
  
• Can be somewhat selfish.
  

History:When there is a destroyer, there is a savior. If Decade exists to kill and destroy, Deheaven exists to protect and defend. Masuda got his hands on the Deheavendriver when he had a dream of Decade and Diend against every single rider that has existed. The fight ended with Decade and Diend as winners, when another rider appeared. This yellow rider killed Decade and Diend with ease and dissapeared with the driver flying into Masuda's hands. The dream ended and he woke up and surprisingly, the Deheavendriver was in his hands, just like the dream. He first used it against multiple monsters from other worlds (undead, imagin, fangire, etc) invading his own world and Masuda made the final decision to help those in need and, inevitably, destroy Decade and Diend.

"Henshin!" Masuda yelled.

'KAMEN RIDE: DEHEAVEN'

He took a defensive position as the various kaiju from other worlds charged at him. Deheaven took a deep breath, being his first time using this power. He ran forward and punched a imagin in the facce and kicked another in the gut. He then looked at his arms.

"Wonder what these things are.." Deheaven murmured, looking at his gauntlets on his forearms. The gauntlets activated surprising him, with two yellow blades shooting out and ready for use. "Hmmm."

A fangire attempted to bite him, but Deheaven grabbed his head at the last moment and stabbed one of the blades into the neck and wildly moved it around the area. He then ripped the creature's head off.

I would change the Ride Booker if I were you. The ability to copy other Rider's abilities just like that seems overpowered.

Gave Deheaven's booker one weakness. Any cards that are used that were copied from OC riders/sentai/henshin hero was be destroyed after use.

Also, based from the Ride Booker I'm going to assume he can take the form of any tokusastu character? And I would change it so that it can only scan someone once or something and the ability to form any weapon just seems OPed as well.

Aw cmon, by creating weapons, I mean creating reasonable ones, like a sword, bowgun, hammer, etc, not a minigun, berserker saber, a nuke launcher.
