Description: She often wears white or pink, or both, with any other colors usually being pale blue. Often she wears skirts, leggings and boots up to nearly her knees, along with various types of shirts, but usually not t-shirts or anything too thick/heavy, like a sweater.
She wears a ring on her right ring finger, with her right sleeve always being long enough so that flaps can go inside the ring on the top and bottom of her finger. She removes this ring, letting the flaps fall, for her ESP abilities, to strengthen them.
She stands around five foot six to eight inches with a physically attractive and well kept body.
She now appears as the Crane Orphnoch, with flight and Orphnoch based powers, such as siring other Orphnochs.
Name: Kamen Rider Fleigha
Henshin Device/Sequence: Fleigha Driver; a rounded buckle with a slot in the center. When it is placed on the waist, a belt spans out from around it, combining in the back. She takes a key and places it into the slot, turning it. The key is absorbed, creating two walls of energy on her sides and closing in on her to form her armor.
Forms:
- Form Name: Kamen Rider Fleigha (Base form; Frost Raven)
Appearance: A full white body with some gray. The body is slim and sleekly armored due to her smaller body size, but would appear thicker by design on a man. The shoulders are rounded off with some gray intermixed with the white. The entire body is simply sleek, without any extra designs or anything upon the body, except for a gray feather motif running across her chest because of her familiar, the Frost Raven. The head is rounded with a violet visor, crisscrossed with grayish lines of armor, formed into a tip around where her nose would be, creating a "V" out of the visor itself.
Transformation: See above
Weapons and Abilities: Ice based melee attacks, limited flight. A massive chunk of armor like a fist can form around one arm at a time for a more powerful strike.
Finisher(s): Frost Kick: by using the Raven's power, she can have the wing motif on her chest glow and become actual wings on her back, allowing her to shoot forward with a frost covered Rider Kick. - Form Name: Kamen Rider Fleigha: Form Blaze (Burning Raven)
Appearance: The same as above, but in red. The shoulders are opened upwards with what look like feathers spanning up. She has gold designs on all of her limbs and chest now, in feather motifs, but more than before. Her visor color is gold instead of purple.
Transformation: The same; either to begin with, or after becoming her base form she can access this form.
Weapons and Abilities: Fire based melee attacks, limited flight. A massive chunk of armor like a fist can form around one arm at a time for a more powerful strike.
Finisher(s): Blazing Kick: the same as above, but with fire, and she wraps herself in an aura of flame.

Rider Stuff
Name: Kamen Rider Femme
Henshin Device/Sequence:Femme Advent Deck: Method One, thrust advent deck towards a mirror, the belt materializes. She would pose and say "Henshin" before sliding the Deck into the belt, and the armor would appear on her via reflections from the mirror.
Or, she thrusts it forward, and white lightning runs down from the deck to her waist, forming the belt. Then she poses, says "Henshin" and slides the Deck in, and a white sphere with two interlocking rings appears, the rings scrolling over her and giving her her armor.

Weapons and Abilities: Blanc Visor rapier, along with her Advent Deck:- Advent: Summons BlancWing to the battlefield.
- Sword Vent: Summons the Wing Lancer, a sleek and elegant naginata.
- Strike Vent: Summons the Wing Gauntlet, it can be used in single combat, or its more favored use, which can either shoot a tornado blast of wind and razor sharp feathers from the gauntlet itself, or a tag-team attack with BlancWing boosting the power into a twister with larger razor-sharp feathers.
- Guard Vent: Summons the Wing Shield, which can conjure a gentle failling rain of feathers, but if she's hit while in that rain, she disappears and has one surprise attack on her opponent.
- Trick Vent: Creates up to five duplicates of herself to engage larger situations in hand.
- Final Vent: 1. Rider Slash - BlancWing flies behind the target and flaps her wings, sending the target flailing towards her. She then slashes him with the Wing Lancer for the killing blow.
- 2. Rider Kick - Femme runs forward and jumps into the air, BlancWing attaching to her back and forming a long white cape as she spins around and hurtles from the sky like a missile to her target.
Finisher(s): Final Vent - Advent: Summons BlancWing to the battlefield.
Other Equipment:
- Fleigha Vortexer; an object that is used only in either Rider or human form, it allows her to utilize the spheres of Raiga and the cards of Seiza. Once using it once, she can create a copy of the power for her own use. It can be worn on the arm, and is circular in design.
Inside Stuff
Personality: Marilen is a fairly unassuming woman, or appears to be. She pays attention to everything with both her normal senses, and her ESPer abilities, gaining powerful insight, which pleases her. She tries to appear that she's not sure what's happening in important situations, just to throw enemies off, or anyone she doesn't trust. She's a romantic, playful, and likes to mess around with people, especially other women when it comes to men. She doesn't like to talk about herself that much, or her family, leading to some rather, as she would call it, "fun" conversations or encounters.
She has no qualms about using her ESP for any purpose as long as it suits her needs. That's not to say she wants to do it to screw with people or anything, but when she needs something done, she'll use her powers. Her powers are far more powerful than Whip's were, and she often uses them in combat, even in Rider form, for increased combat abilities.
Strengths:
- ESP; she's a powerful ESPer, just like her cousin, Whip, but has more control.
- Sharp minded.
- Always paying attention.
Weaknesses:
- Her ESP drains her, so she can't use it as constantly as she would like in battle.
- That being said, not a very strong fighter, though skilled none the less, just can't always back it up.
- Usually doesn't tell anyone the entire truth, even her comrades, causing some problems in communication and planning.
History: When she was young, her uncle died, causing her parents to adopt her cousin, Whip Nagara. Like Whip, she was born in America and bares an American first name. She had a connection with her uncle, and would find out in time what that truly meant.
At an unknown time through unknown means, she gained the powers of an ESPer, like Whip. Her powers began to develop first, however, and stronger. She thought his powers would equal hers when he hit her ages, but his powers were always weaker. They grew apart when they went off for schooling, and she eventually returned to Japan, finding her uncle's lab, like Whip had done as well. There she found information about the Space Clan that he had inadvertently helped to summon, as well as a Driver for her, designed specifically for her, if anyone.
Using the power of the Fleigha Driver and the only contract that was around; the Frost Raven, already in key form, she went out and began to fight the Space Clan around the same time as Whip, but they never encountered each other or knew of each other's fights or anything. When Ochio was captured by Whip and SPD, she continued to fight, and soon they withdrew, prompting her to wonder if they would return.
So she went off, continuing to travel and search for foes and allies, but specifically Whip and others like her. She had a run-in with him prior to his death, gaining the data of his three forms, and also had a run-in with Akira Takiya after his attack on Japan, gaining data on his three forms (foreshadowing) and defeating him in a battle before continuing on, soon hearing of Whip's death.

Sample RP:
"Henshin," she said, turning the key and watching the walls close in on her, forming the armor of Fleigha. She ran forward, throwing an ESP covered punch. While her blow didn't connect, the Imin was thrown back, body reverting into liquid and reshaping into a spider form. It came forward, leaping around faster than she could follow.
"Fine," Marilen said, producing her rounded object, sliding it onto her wrist, "Then seven of us are your opponent," she activated the power of Whip's three spheres, the data stored inside. She activated the power of Akira's three cards; data stored within once more.
The three forms of Raiga and the three of Seiza appeared around her, all armed. While she had no weapons, she did have her ESPer powers. She formed her armored arm around her right arm, taking quick flight as the forms of Seiza and Form Aqua of Raiga opened fire, cutting legs off quickly, while the other two forms of Raiga moved in for bladework.
While the Imin was mortally wounded, she dropped, throwing her powered fist down, ending it in one final blow. The slime couldn't reform, and hardened upon the Imin's death.
