Description: Slim yet muscular, around five foot ten. Wears dark olive colored cargo pants, black motorcycle boots, and a black longsleeved shirt with a white shorter one under it, so the collar comes up higher on the white. Other times, wears dress shoes, pants, and a white button-up shirt with a black vest and thin tie, the vest closed all the way.
Rider Stuff
Name: Kamen Rider Raiga
Henshin Device/Sequence: The Driver itself is somewhat bulky and dark gray. It has a rounded buckle with an opening and "claws" to hold an object inside of. There is a rounded container on his left side of the belt. He places the Raiga Driver on his waist and then removes the Lightning Falcon Sphere and places it into the center of the Driver, into the open rounded slot. Once it snaps into place, he spins in. The energy spreads out, creating an energy "wall" on each side of his body. These "walls" close in on Whip, forming his armor.
Forms:
- Form Name: Kamen Rider Raiga
Appearance: White and yellow armor. He has thick, layered, GoseiKnight styled armor on his body. He has a smooth chest piece with a yellow slash going through from shoulder to center of chest to other shoulder. His rounded shoulders are opened slightly, revealing yellow sphere like designs. His helmet is curved and spiked up, like OOO's yellow head. The visor covers his entire face of the helmet.
Transformation: He places the Raiga Driver on his waist and then removes the Lightning Falcon Sphere and places it into the center of the Driver, into the open rounded slot. Once it snaps into place, he spins in. The energy spreads out, creating an energy "wall" on each side of his body. These "walls" close in on Whip, forming his armor.
Weapons and Abilities: He can summon the Raiga Blade by holding his hand out, summoning a bolt of lightning down to form his weapon. It has a traditional hilt and European guard, the blade itself is like feathers going up. The upward blade has the feathers acting as small segmented blades for cutting.
Finisher(s): He can charge his lightning into the individual feathers and use a powerful cutting attack, or, he can summon lightning wings from his Lightning Falcon to create a powerful electric Rider Kick. - Form Name: Kamen Rider Raiga: Form Aqua
Appearance: Similar to his normal form, but in white and primarily dark blue. His segmented armor is now sleek and thinner. His helmet is smooth and rounded with a "tail" rising up from the center, curling up. His shoulders are now sleek and curved out and up.
Transformation: He attaches his Driver to his waist and then either removes the Aqua Dolphin Sphere from his side compartment or from his pocket and places it inside. He spins it, causing the "walls" to close in on him and transform him.
Weapons and Abilities: Aqua Bowgun, a large bowgun with swooping wave-like ends that fire water arrows. It can also be used as a melee weapon.
Finisher(s): Aqua Drive, a massive arrow of water that splits his foe in half. He can also summon the power of the Aqua Dolphin to "dive" into the ground and rise from below his opponent, delivering a shattering Rider Punch straight into his foe from below. - Form Name: Kamen Rider Raiga: Ultimate Form: Thunder

- Leather gloves that Whip always has for either driving, or just wearing for his abilities (see below).
- "Hexuba", a high-tech watch developed by his father. Acts like a normal watch, and also detects the appearances of the Space Clan. Can also be used to communicate with those he synchs it with (other Riders).
Inside Stuff
Personality: Whip is a silent man, observant. When he speaks, he speaks in a constant calm voice, never getting angry. He is a master at keeping his emotions in check. He enjoys good foods and drinks, especially fruits. He often speaks to women and helps them, but not so much for men. He has a strong sense of justice, and will help anyone he can. He is proud, and sometimes arrogant, but always tries to do what is right. He also fears himself for his powers (below).
Strengths:
- ESP. Due to an unknown circumstance in Whip's birth, he was born as an ESPer. He has psychic abilities that can be used from either hand. A simple wave can allow him to read auras, tell strengths and weaknesses, and the like.
- Spheres. Due to the nature of his transformation Spheres, he can access the powers of his contracts, allowing him to take on strength boosts when he needs to.
Weaknesses:
- ESP. He despises and fears his abilities, not using them often, and when he does, he feels terrible about himself and in his body, leaving him weak most often.
- Isolation. Due to not talking to many people, he is often alone. He knows its best because of the nature of his powers, but he hates being alone. It scares him.
History: His parents were both Japanese, but moved to America before he was born. As such, to attempt to allow him to be "normal", he was given an American forename, but kept his Japanese surname. His father passed away when he was ten, and soon, his mother fell into depression. He was raised by an older cousin, and soon his mother died.
Whip eventually found that his father was in charge of a science department. By looking into this, he found a high-tech facility and found the Raiga Driver, inadvertently setting off a signal to summon the Space Clan to Japan. As a result, he attempted to use his ESP to stop the first general he encountered, Ochio of the Water Snake. Because of his bravery, the Lightning Falcon chose Whip and came to him, allowing him to become Raiga.
He bought a tea house across the street from Soul Antiques, using his ESP to determine that one of the workers there was a Rider as well. He continues to live and work there, while fighting the ever increasing threat of the Space Clan.
Anything Else: He wears his gloves to keep his ESP in check. He can find strengths and weaknesses with it, follow others, create auras that tell him about an individual. How he has this ability is still unknown. He also contracted with the Aqua Dolphin when his powers were too weak to handle some other Space Clan members, giving him a second form to call on whenever he requires it.
Sample RP:
Whip leaned against the counter, watching out the window across the street, watching a man walk out of the antique shop. He watched silently, taking a bite out of his pear.
This man was certainly interesting. He was a Kamen Rider. He was fighting for justice. But what was he fighting, exactly? Whip knew what he was fighting, but what was this other man fighting?
As the man drove off, Whip watched a woman emerge from the shop. He put his pear down and waved his hand, feeling the warm aura of the woman, watching it appear before his eyes.
"Danger..." He muttered, "This woman is in danger..."
