Hair color/style: Brown hair that elegantly frames either side of her face...and whips well in the breeze.

Description: 5' 7" 160 pounds, is almost always seen in her Tokkyou uniform, white with a blue star pattern also having two gold badges on either breast, gloves on the arms, matching boots, and an impeccable black set of pants to contrast her frame. Even Marika Reimon, a beauty in her own right, has acclaimed her beauty to be given from Heaven itself.
Ranger Stuff
Name: DekaBright
Team: Dekaranger.
Morpher /Sequence: Faded gold Bracethrottle, with an obscure symbol meaning M, or 1000. Upon activation, with the "Emergency, Dekabright" command, the interstellar material reserved for Tokkyou known as SuperDekametal appears over her body, and then the energy released from the BraceThrottle forms her Dekasuit.

[/li][li]DekaSun: A special mode accessed by a snap of her fingers and voice activation: "Form Change, DekaSun." Her armor becomes pure gold and blue, and her attack and speed power is increased exponentially for ten seconds, while her opponent's speed is slowed to three quarters its normal potential. To an observer, it is like she becomes the sun itself, its so bright, when in reality she is moving quicker than the eye can see. Only available once each battle, but with its power, that's usually all that is needed.
[/li][li]DekaShine: Her true secondary form, and a secondary Dekasuit, doubling her protection and mobility. For mecha control, she activates mode on the BraceThrottle, then jumps up through the same white space the Dekarangers use. Her form turns to glowing Dekametal. At the top, her brace throttle changes into black and gold, and her second Dekasuit also changes to black and gold, placing her in the cockpit. Can be summoned when on the ground, but is usually the primary control form for the DekaJet and its mecha form, DekaAngel Robo. Her all-around abilities, such as power, resilience, and agility are heightened in this form...and speed is added when she's in the cockpit.
Weapons:
- Sei-ken Accel Blow Master.
- Her left arm is not like other people's.
- No weaponry to speak of besides her throttle techniques, a full list will be posted.
Zord:
- DekaJet: A highly manueverable blue and gold mecha custom-built by the Lumiere Planet's Spacel Police, and given to Lisa as a gift once she became Top of all Tokkyou. Capable of interstellar travel, and atmospheric flight, and is armed with twin laser mounts a la the Dekabike, and twin gun mounts, a-la the PAT Magnum, only a higher caliber.
- DekaAngel Robo: (Inspiration for this was taken from Here but I have placed my own re-design on it) Also designed and custom built by the Lumiere Planet's Space Police, this Robo form of the DekaJet is feminine in nature, almost amazon like, and is accessed by the command, "Tokusou Henge (Transformation), Build up, DekaAngel Robo." The head has two glowing silver eyes and a matching face similar to the Dekaranger Robo, only more feminine in design. The helmet has a ridge covering the "nose" as it were, with twin wings protruding upward on either side, and a third crest facing forward, with a gold SPD Police badge square in the center. The Robo's chest plate is a reinforced mecha version of the Dekabright chest armor, and one blue and gold mecha reinforced gauntlet covers the right hand, while on the left hand a large-size, armored version of her BraceThrottle is there, ontop of the same blue and gold mecha reinforced gauntlet. A gold power belt rests around the Robo's waist, and the grey armor continues down to the blue and gold armored boots. Unlike most Deka robos, the cockpit is made so where in Robo form the user stands up, and with the DekaShine form, various movements the user makes are mirrored by the Robo itself (A la Gekiranger, or a type of mental command interface. You know what I mean)...and it also has access to her entire arsenal of Sei-Ken Accel Blow moves. As noted, speed, agility, and flexibility are key...she can take a decent beating, but other Robos have withstood larger amounts of pain. The designers balanced this by the modifications above. Finishers are the same as in human form...Sonic Hammer...and Highest Hammer.
Inside Stuff
Personality: As a result of her background, when undercover she can be...emotional...and well...normal. At least, however others would judge it to be so. Her chosen calling has left her little time to much else...and it does show.
However, where work is concerned, and even in general social interactions....she can be an Ice Queen of sorts, fighting without emotion and being blunt about the shortcomings of other. Terse remarks and abrupt actions would also come from her. Around non-SPD personnel, she can be civil and carry on a polite conversation, but that is usually done before she's on her way out the door.
Strengths:
- Incredible fighter...trained from an early age in the Sei-Ken (Justice Fist) Accel Blow art
- Master Tactician and Strategist - able to make precise calculations and plans both in battle and out.
- Impeccable fitness...if one would check, but so far only her doctors have...her body mass index is respectably low, and she can run a very long way before showing signs of fatigue.
- Mecha and Pilot Qualified
- One of the Top ranked in SPD overall, with great influence.
Weaknesses:
- An almost non-existent social life.
- Hates the act of fighting with emotion, and worries quietly for hot-headed special police that get themselves killed as a result.
- Will keep her focus on the mission, often ignoring people in need of rescue...mere rescue work not being a Tokkyou's duty, in her book, instead being for the silver badges.
History:Having been born on the planet Lumiere, Lisa was raised well, but at the age of five, her parents were killed by a special alienizer, and she was taken in by the Lumiere branch, HQ deciding soon after that she would be a fit candidate for the Tokkyou program. And so she was sent off, spending the next thirteen years and the vast majority of her time during them training and honing her technique. The program was a secret, at least to the general public, and she was rarely allowed to go out, mainly moving from base to base as the training dictated. Finally, at the age of 18, she was given her final task...to hunt down a specific Alienizer...the same one who had killed her parents. Fighting him in a long and drawn out duel on a rooftop in Lumiere City, since she had returned home for the final training, she released all of the emotion out of her, and had the first taste of what it meant to be a Tokkyou, deleting the Alienizer after he was found guilty with the Highest Hammer attack. After that, she rose through the Tokkyou ranks, performing various missions, including working as support for another great Tokkyou, the Dekabright suit's previous user, Shinichi Kudo. The two of them developed a rapport, though she never felt anything for him, they would sometimes complete each other's sentences if they were on the same page. Then about three years ago, she was assigned as Supreme Chief over all Counter-Special Criminal activities, and given the Dekabright Bracethrottle. She helped to train several others, and resolved to carry on her retired comrade's spirit of justice.
Now, something has come to her attention. There were two Tokkyou assigned to the Earth Branch by her...DekaSky, and DekaBreak...but recently, she found out that the DekaSky powers were no longer with the Earth Branch...and she had not authorized their removal. Now suspicious, she comes to Earth to investigate personally...
Anything Else: Is also known as Rei (Shadow), who plays Jasmine, Kiba, Luka, and Natsumi.
Sample RP: The Alienizer waited on the roof-top...thinking he would meet a weapons dealer. But a glowing blue hammer came down and hit him instead, and she materialized nearby. "Tokkyou, eh? What nonsense." he said as she snapped her finger and pointed at him, "Exposing the evil in the broad daylight...The Detective of the Light, Dekabright!" Or so she would be called, if she passed this test.
The battle continued, he had begun to beat her up a bit, talking trash about what he had done to her family...but something was building up that he wasn't expecting, and as he stood over her, she suddenly revved up the BraceThrottle, "Goriki-ken, Power Fist!" She closed her fist after the glow stopped, and then leaned up, hitting him in the stomach with a loud battle cry, having put all of her emotion behind it. Then she got to her feet.
"I see now....I see what they've trained me to do...I fight...for justice...and this man...will be held accountable." Then she closed her eyes, calming her mind as the Alienizer charged...and she dropped to one knee, revving the throttle again. "Kousoku-ken, Lightning Fist!" Then her left arm barraged his stomach with many a punch, before standing up elegantly and revving the throttle again, "Raigeki-ken, Thunder Fist." Closing her fist after the glow faded, she thrust it forward, a blast of lightning coming out and sending the Alienizer to the ground.
"Now," she thought, and revved the throttle again. "Sei-ken Accel Blow Ougi (Secret Technique), Shikou-ken..." she said, ascending into the air, before shouting out, "Highest Hammer!" The hammer shaped blast went forth from her left fist, and struck the Alienizer, then she plummeted from the sky and hit him physically with her fist, sending him flying off the roof and exploding in mid-air. She had done it...she had become a Tokkyou.
