Hoji was a silver badge and DekaBlue once more, since having given up the power of DekaSky and his gold badge. For now, he was nowhere to be found.
Aurelio Foss drew up the Ranger Trumpet and flipped a Ranger Key down, inserting it into the top and playing. A ball of energy flew out, taking on humanoid form, that of DekaBlue, with D-Sniper in hand.
"Go," Aurelio ordered, walking away to leave his puppet to do his bidding.
DekaBlue began to fire on buildings all around, trying to lay waste to everything around it.

Sakura was walking down the street doing her patrol when an emergency radio call went out:
Attention all SPD members, we have received confirmation that DekaBlue is currently on a rampage and attacking civilians...all SPD members please respond and apprehend him. To Dekatwilight you have the green light to use the suit, please be advised that the brass wants Hoji captured alive.
"Th-that's impossible" Sakura muttered as she went to the scene, "Hoji would never do that" she then found herself face to face with DekaBlue and muttered, "Hoji! What are you doing?" she then transformed into Dekabreak and threw a punch at him.

DekaBlue span around to avoid the attack, dropped to a knee, and opened fire at pointblank.

The attack hit Sakura dead-on and she went flying, "Ow...that hurt Hoji, stop this right now!" she yelled before she charged again this time with a flying roundhouse kick to the head.

Quickly spinning, he parried the kick with his left forearm and bent the right arm down, under his bent arm, firing pointblank again.
Evidently the Gokaigers all got their asses beat when Vasco used Sixth Ranger Keys in his trumpet, so I'm assuming that the summons are that skilled/powerful.

The shot hit dead on again and Sakura went flying, "Okay...I didn't want to do this but you leave me no choice" Sakura said as she pressed the 'Twlight' button on her wrist, immediately changing her into Dekatwilight. Suddenly day turned into night and a silver, full moon rose behind her as Sakura announced, "As the day ends and the night begins…darkness shall no know peace! The Executioner of the Night! Dekatwilight!" she then brought out her D-shotgun and fired it at Hoji.

The DekaBlue copy lifted the D-Sniper as fast as it could, firing rapidly in an attempt to match the power of the shotgun.

Sakura smiled under her helmet, there was no way that Hoji could match the power of the shotgun, she slowly approached him while firing the shotgun until she was right next to Hoji before unleashing a final shot to Hoji followed by a roundhouse kick to the head.

He took a few shotgun blasts to the chest, followed by the kick. He went down, but rolled back to his knees, seemingly feeling no pain, though his suit was damaged. He fired again.

Sakura dodged this attack and fired off a shot from her shotgun.

DekaBlue dodged to the side and rose to his feet, fleeing for the moment so that it could slowly repair. It knew it wouldn't win at this rate, not against a weapon that strong.

Sakura yelled, "Hold it Hoji" before giving chase to him, she wanted to know why he was doing this and then arrest him.

Murphy tackled Dekablue, biting on his wrist and being hard to get off, as Jasmine now stood in front of him, "Stop it now Hoji." she said in a deadly serious tone.

DekaBlue looked to Jasmine, but said nothing. It lifted the D-Sniper and fired on Jasmine.

Sakura stood behind Hoji and pointed the D-shotgun at him, "Jasmine hold him while I use Judgement on him" she then yelled, "Judgement!" and the whole scene became black as a skull or SPD badge flickered in and out beside Hoji...the light then became a skull. Sakura brought out the D-machine gun and shook her head, "sorry Hoji but this is what justice is" then she pulled the trigger and unloaded the whole clip on him.
