It was a very nice view. Jack could see all over Chicago from the 25th floor of the Smart Brain building. After a good five minutes of staring out the window he sat down at a chair on the meeting table (not the head of the table, he didn't like the head of the table). In front of him, on the desk were several leaflets, design specifics and prototypes regarding the topic of today's meeting.
The Kamen Riders.
Jack sighed and looked at his watch, Mr. Reagan wasn't supposed to arrive for another hour, but Jack had already been waiting for two.

"Sir?" Thomas questioned as he came in, "I realize I'm early, but I feel this is probably important. What is it that you wished to see me for?" He clasped his hands behind his back and stood before Jack's desk.
Thomas glanced down at the papers, and then up to Jack, "Kamen Riders? Is that what we're to discuss?"

"Yes, I've been hearing some rumours and I want to see what you think of them," Jack said, he pulled a chair out and put some of the papers in front of them "Have a seat, Thomas,"

"Thomas I'm going to get right to the point," Jack sighed standing up and placing his phone on the table "As you're aware we have the Delta prototype that Research and Development are trying to perfect, the Faiz and Kaixa production models, the Mass Produced Riotrooper gears and the so called "Executive models" Psyga and Orga," He pointed to his phone when he mentioned Orga "I've been hearing some ... rumours that there's another gear under Smart Brain's control, what do you think of this?"

"I've heard nothing of another Gear." Thomas admitted, "I've heard rumors of another organization out there with their own Riders, if you might be mistaken with what you've heard, Jack. I have honestly never heard of another Smart Brain Rider Gear."
He reached into his pocket, producing the OOO Driver.
"I have this, as you should know. The OOO Driver isn't what you're talking about, is it?"

"... actually it was," Jack said sheepishly, "If you have it then I assume you're using it to help our cause and not for your own ends, ergo I believe it to be under Smart Brain control,"

Thomas looked at the OOO Driver, and then to Jack, "How can you think I would be doing anything but using it for Smart Brain? For the Orphnochs?" He slid it back into his pocket, "It is my weapon against humans, the sword that I wield as an Orphnoch. It is my plan to use it to destroy any humans who stand before us. Sir, I would never go against Smart Brain with any action of mine, including ownership of this Driver."

"I know that, you know that and the board know that," He said with a smile "But R&D have been having a little idea, check that file there," Jack pointed to a brown A4 envelope.
Inside this envelope were design specs and some shipping details regarding Smart Brain weaponry getting sold to the Japanese NPA. Jack opened another folder next to Thomas and pointed to some random symbols and crude cave drawings.
"We believe that Japan are trying to create a synthetic version of a warrior named Kuuga," He said pointing out similarities between the two designs "So we were thinking, why not make a synthetic version of OOO?"
He sat down on the other side of the table and smiled.

"Well, yeah, like ... you know how OOO supposedly uses the little silver coins?" Jack tried to explain "They power the big sword ... thingy?"
He pointed at a bunch of papers that had been stapled together.
"Been doing some research ..." He told Thomas.
"Could they power something else?" He asked.

"You want to use the Core and Cell Medals for another purpose?" Thomas asked, "I've actually looked into that. They can power other sources, with the proper modifications."
He drew his supply of the various colored Core Medals and put them on the desk, "These? I'd rather not part ways with." He withdrew them and placed a handful of silver medals on.
"The Cell Medals? I have a limited supply, without any Greeed or Yummy to bleed them out, but these could be used more successfully. I would part ways with some of them."
