Description:Tsukasa has a large wardrobe but tends to wear a black vest with it's sides more to his hips, a red shirt, a long tan coat and black trousers. On his chest is a custom chrome Blackbird, fly Twin Lens Reflex camera with gunmetal rims.
Rider Stuff
Name:Kamen Rider Dark Decade
Henshin Device/Sequence:Tsukasa presses the Dark Decadriver to his waist, causing a belt to loop around him. He opens the two clasps and inserts his 'Kamen Ride : Decade' card before closing the clasps, causing holographic grey shilouettes of every Rider he's collected, featuring their emblem in a black circle and ten grey cards shoot into the air. The holographic images fly around him for half a second before joining his body in pixelated armour, forming a colourless armour before the cards above slot into his head and with a flash his transformation is complete.

Appearance:
Transformation:See above. 'Kamen Ride : Decade!' is announced by the Decadriver.
Weapons and Abilities:Armed with the Ride Booker at his side that can turn into Sword and Blaster modes and their respective Attack Ride cards while with scarce weaponry Tsukasa can use those weapons to overcome many enemies with the enchanced powers of Decade. He is able to transform into any of the first 9 Hesei Riders, access all their primary forms and their weaponry, abilities and equipment.
Finisher(s):Using a Final Attack Ride card Tsukasa can initiate the Dark Decade Unlimited where the worlds conjoin for an insant, locking the target in a world based off the original 9 Hesei Worlds as cards decipiting each world and Decade line up while Tsukasa jumps before whistling down with a flying side kick as he absorbs the first card to create a holographic targeting-like object on his foot (Watch one of the Kuuga eps, hard to describe) before crashing through the other cards before hitting the target with a devastating blow as the created world collapses. - Form Name:Violent Emotion
Appearance:Like Decade's Violent Emotion form, only that the main armour is a dull chrome with a gold frame, cyan eyes and a white peice on the top of the head.
Transformation:The Kamen Ride : Decade card is inserted into the K-Touch, causing a low chime as the machine flickers to life. Tsukasa's eyes flutter and close before they reopen, now a harsh cyan as white pixels explode all over him with shining golden lines.
Weapons and Abilities:The Ride Booker is still able to be used and any of the Attack Ride cards Tsukasa is in possession of can be used at will without the need for a form change with a large power boost. Designed to create riders the AI that overtakes Tsukasa often overestimates or underestimates making it a bit of a gamble. It is possible for Tsukasa to access this form at will without being possessed but the method is still unknown.
Finisher(s):While in this form the Dark Decade Unlimited can be preformed using a Final Attack Ride card. - Form Name:Rider King
Appearance:Like Decade's Complete Form, only with blank cards on the chest and a Dark Decade Final Kamen Ride card showing the form on the forehead. The colours are changed to Dark Decade's standard as well.
Transformation:The Dark Decade Final Kamen Ride card is inserted into the K-Touch and then the Driver is removed, replaced by the K-Touch as it is moved to the side. The jewel is slapped and grey pixels form a wall in front of him before the Final Kamen Ride card is pressed to the forehead with an announcement of 'Final Kamen Ride : D-d-d-Decade!' and after the transformation is complete and the pixel wall fades away with a flash it shouts 'Rider King!'.
Weapons and Abilities:Dark Decade's strongest form, any of the lead riders can be summoned using the K-Touch by inserting their Kamen Ride Card and are created in their final and strongest form. The Ride Booker can still be used with a small power upgrade and any Attack Rides can be used if Tsukasa is in possession of them. The real charm of this form is that by inserting a rider's Kamen Ride card into the K-Touch after taking it out and swiping it across the jewel on the Dark Decadriver the current incarnate, if nearby, can be taken over and mirror Tsukasa's actions. The range of this control is varried as sometimes only Attack Rides can be used, targets selected but sometimes a full mirroring is possible, though rare.
Finisher(s):Dimmension Crash is this form's strongest finisher, forming nine walls of mercury-like images that feature each of the nine worlds. They form a complex prism that locks the target in place before Tsukasa jumps up with every Kamen Ride card he's obtained lining up in golden holographic cards as he smashes through all of them in a flying side kick, crashing through the prism and the target to destroy them and by extension fragmets of the nine worlds.
Other Equipment:
- K-Touch, a touchscreen phone that is grey with black lines running through it. It is possible to slide cards into it to activate certain abilities.
- Dark Decadriver, an onyx belt with nine rider's logos in silver around an amethyst jewel. Created with a semi-conscious intelligence that can take over Tsukasa's body to create a powerful rider capapble to destroying riders.

Inside Stuff
Personality:Tsukasa lives to fight and he savours each battle. He beleives that he is the destroyer of worlds and cannot get away from that fate and thus travels through the worlds fighting against all of the riders there. He ignores past friends, even if they are fatally wounded and merely passes on. He has somewhat of a superiority complex and will challenge any rider or ranger he sees, fully beleiving that he could destroy them. Now cold, heartless, brash and arrogant he merely finds fighting a hobby.
He was once a lot more caring and kind, looking out for his friends though he never admitted it. He was confused about his being and would travel the worlds for that purpose due to his amnesia.
Strengths:
- Smart and adapts to situations quickly.
- Great at close-quarters combat.
- Has a variety of random skills from cooking to waterskii-ing.
Weaknesses:
- Easily gets on the nerves of people.
- Tends to overdo himself in battle.
- Below par with ranged weapons.
- Overestimates himself.
History:During the events of the Rider Battle War the friends he had made in the riders all attacked him in the first fight. He killed no-one in that fight but managed to escape with his life, bitter about the turn in events. In an angry comeback he fought against Agito, Den-O and Riderman, killing all three of them with a tripple Dimmension Kick. He entered Violent Emotion afterwards and began to fight the riders in guerilla operations, brutally killing them without a second thought. Natsumi came after him in an attempt to convince him to reason with the riders instead of killing them but a trap set for Tsukasa claimed her life, causing his rage. He killed an army of Riotroopers and crushed Faiz and Kaixa. Tackle joined him soon after, beleiving that he should fight to defend himself against the riders. Eventually his stack of Kamen Ride cards grew and grew until only one rider remained - Kuuga. Clashing against his old friend the two fought to a stalemate with both transformations cancelled. At this Tsukasa used his Ride Booker to finish him. With most of his cards scattered he resorted to travelling through the worlds again, beleiving that the riders would fight him until he was dead and that he would have to kill them all to survive.
Anything Else:For the matter, this is an alternate version of Tsukasa.
Sample RP:"I'll destroy you...." Tsukasa sneered. "You really want to do this?"
"You are the destroyer of worlds... But we'll protect this one!" Faiz growled. Delta nodded from behind him, raising the Delta Blaster to fire.
"Did you know?" Tsukasa interrupted cryptically. "This camera is cursed." He sneered, holding up his camera. "All those who's images are captured by it..." He paused and snapped a picture. "Die." He finished dramatically.
"It's no use killing you... Though it will be fun." Tsukasa smirked. One hand slapped the Dark Decadriver to his waist and opened the clasps. He slid a card out of his Ride Booker.
"Henshin." He threw the card into the driver and slammed the two clasps together.
"Kamen Ride : Decade!"
Decade dashed foward with a kick that connected with Faiz's head. He fell backwards as Delta began to shoot. Shots punched his armour and Tsukasa stumbled back. He growled angrily and ripped out his Ride Booker, letting the blade slide out. He charged at Delta, blocking shots with the weapon and when he got close he slashed down with his weapon, sparks flying as Delta staggered backwards. Not stopping his barrage Tsukasa made several quickly slashes and a few feeble shots were the only retaliation.
"I told you... I'm a destroyer!" Tsukasa roared as he stabbed down with the sword. Gravity aided him and Delta fell to his knees before being forced onto the ground, the sword threatening to penetrate the Sol Metal. With his free hand Tsukasa opened the clasps on the Decadriver and took out a card from the Ride Booker.
"Attack Ride : Slash!"
With a line of cards that smashed into Delta's chest a white blade sliced through the armour. With a beastial battle cry Tsukasa swiped downwards, Photon Blood exploding out with pure energy as Delta's body disappeared in a flash of light, red flame setting it alight as the body crumbled to ash and sand, a few cards atop the mound. Tsukasa crouched down to pick them up, shaking them to get the sand off. He stood up triumphantly and was about to put the cards into his Ride Booker when an immense force threw him aside with a crimson flash.
"Grand..." Faiz whispered angrily. "Impact!" He finished, fury feeding his power as he slid the Mission Memory out of the Faiz Shot and holstered it again, attaching it to the Faiz Pointer. He stuck that onto the phone as he typed in '1-0-3'. He aimed the phone at Tsukasa, readying to fire the possibly lethal blast.
"Don't think so." Tsukasa growled and as Faiz shot he dived, rolling under the shot. He jumped up and dashed towards Faiz before ripping the phone out of the rider's hands.
"Kamen Ride : Faiz!"
A mirror match faced the rider, the black driver standing out from the silver armour.
"Attack Ride : Phone Blaster!"
A duplicate weapon appeared in Tsukasa's hands.
"Game..." He announced.
"Final Attack Ride : F-F-F-Faiz!"
Two crimson shots exploded out of the barrels, devouring the rider as the Photon Energy burned them up.
"Over." He finished.
Tsukasa stood over the smouldering wreck, stowing his Driver away as he crumpled up the cards he received. He ripped up the cards and threw them behind him. "Almost a waste of time." He shrugged.
Twelve walls of pearly material rippled out of the air and phased in and out of him as his body disappeared into another world.
