"Getting away?" the monster laughed "Look at me!" he raised his burnt stumps "I must die so I can be reborn. Strike me down and I'll be more powerful than ever. Now that the Barghest has been found, we have served our purpose it is of no consequence what happens to these mortal bodies."
The monster bites off what's left of his right arm and gulps it down.
"One last treat." the monster laughs insanely to itself "I'll remember each and every one of you.....I'll find you."

"How is it your kind came to rule this planet? The ants have more brains than you. You fight amongst yourselves like dogs over scraps. No wonder my brother enjoys pitting you against one another."
The monster proceeds to bite off the stumps of his left arm.
"Besides," he speaks through mouthfuls "If you have no wish to kill me, I am content to consume myself. I am, quite tasty."

"No!" Larry yells as Arthur tears into the monster.
"I didn't mean let it go. I meant chain it up and barricade it in a cave or something where it can't hurt anyone."

The rangers lower their armour now that the threat has been dealt with. Alan kicked the corpse to make sure it wasn't getting back up. "We got to move the safe house now that they know where it is. Do you have any idea who this Barghest is?"

As soon as the monster is annihilated McGee's cage pops open releasing him, still drained but now he can slowly regain his health.
There is no apparent lock or keyhole on the cage.
