The shots fired forced the mayor to cover his face, but the shots did not break the skin, the merely created a vibrating effect on his skin.
The thing's fat arm shot inside again, faster than something that size should move. It reached out and grabbed a Patriot (+Whichever you prefer.+) and threw the member on to his back and into the cage he carried there.
+Basic kidnapping scenario: He runs off with one of your own and you have to stop him from doing whatever he plans to do. All the while: the character within the cage will be able find out about Mantis's evil plan! Cause every bad monster loves a monologue. Once the character finds out enough - Tartartarrr! The Calvary arrives to save the day.+

"Ahhh...." McGee screamed as he wad taken hostage and thrown into the cage.
"McGee!" Ziva yelled as she fired at the Mayor as he fled from the scene, "we have to chase him."
"Patriot follow" Gibbs ordered as the team chased the Mayor hoping that McGee would still be alive when they caught up to him.

Arthur switched to Benedick form with a green flash and sped after the monster. He skidded in front of the monster and drew both of his knives. "Bring it on!" He shouted, leaping at it's face.

The thing moves fast, to fast for its size. It leaps onto a building a crawls up like a fat spider. In a matter of minutes it disappears over the building and from sight.....

Ren spread his wings out and shot after the creature, "I'll slow it down!" he shouted to Arthur.

Arthur nodded and then took a step or two back. That gave him enough room to see if he could do something stupid ...
Arthur set off, running fast as he could and putting his right foot on the wall of the building, then his left. Smiling a little behind his helmet Arthur ran up the sheer face of the building and then bounded onto the roof, his eyes scanned the skyline, where was the former lord mayor now?

Ren shot down, landing in front of it, spinning to face it and returning to normal, holding the Avon System.
"Henshin!" he shouted, pressing the button sequence and attaching it, becoming Kamen Rider Avon to oppose the creature.

The fat creature could be seen popping up here and there as it jumped the rooftops and disappeared from view as it leapt down to the next one.
Inside the cage strange things began happening....
McGee felt his life draining as if something was eating away the very soul.
+Feel free to play out McGee's reactions.+
"Little morsel." the monster spoke while it climbed "Tell me, where is the Black Dog?"

"D-damn it" McGee muttered as he felt himself getting weaker, "need to get out of here" but he couldn't find one way to break out of his cage. If he didn't get out soon then he was going to be sucked dry or worse.
"The Black Dog?" McGee commented when he was asked the question, "I don't have a clue in hell who he is..."

Arthur caught sight of the monster that was carrying McGee and ran towards it, leaping over a building and trying to land next to the monster. Instead he slipped and skidded on his back onto the floor and rolled over to look at the monster. "... Hey," He added lamely.

"Hey yourself."
The creature grabs Arthur by the leg and throws him through the wall of a nearby apartment building. Ingram lands in a living room. On the dining table lays a massacred corpse of an old woman, the main course. The 'diners' look up from their meal. The three zombie punk rockers jump across the table screaming like banshees. They are armed with various clubs and sharp object, inserted beneath their dead flesh. They appear to fresh undead, so they still have there reflexes compared to most living dead.
Outside the fat monster jumps to the next roof and falls through a skylight, temporarily hiding him from the other riders. The creature pulls the metal cage off his back with a sick sound like flesh being ripped open leaving a huge scar on his back teaming with maggots. When the cage detaches the magical powers draining McGee life force stops leaving him weak and defenseless.
"So little one." the monster pushes its face against the cage, distorting his giant mouth, revealing four rows of sharp teeth "Tell me what you know. The Barghest? Where is he."
+Give the horseman time to chat with McGee. Let him play the game of interrogation so you can get some info on Mantis's plan.+

The Rangers reached the next underground station alongside the refugees and began setting up a new set of barricades. It's beginning to feel like little more than a routine now since they've done it so many times and lost so many little outposts.
"We can't leave Arthur and Ren." Larry objected.
"Or Patriot." Penny added grimly.
"They can fight on their own. These people need us to get them to safety. They're Zombie bait without us backing them up." Alan snapped. "We're staying here, if anyone survives the attack they'll join us."
"If they don't survive?" Penny asked.
"We'll mourn the dead when we have time to survive ourselves."

"Foul!" Arthur shouts as he's flung through the air and attacked by a pack of ravenous zombies. The first three fall off when he rolls off the table but one of them's still clinging to his back so he had to roll backwards to ditch it.
By that point another one had leapt at him and received a blade through the skull. Not slowing down it continued clawing at him, soon joined by it's two friends ...

"Really?" the creature reached through the bars with two huge fingers and began applying pressure, extreme pressure, to McGee knee.
"I think I believe you little man." he licked his iron capped teeth with a sickly green tongue the size of an adult forearm "I wonder what exactly it is your doing here? Do you have any idea of the events happening around you? Can you even guess what I am?"
+Arthur, feel free to own those Zs.+
