Name:Kamen Rider Delta
Henshin Device/Sequence:The Henshin Code is inputted into the Delta Phone which is then connected to the Delta Mover. With this blue photon streams are emitted from the Driver and form the armour.
Forms:

Appearance:Delta.
Transformation:Kyuuta attaches the belt then holds the Delta Phone up his head, shouting 'Henshin!'. The Henshin Code then initiates the transformation as the phone announces 'Standing By'. By slotting it into the Delta Mover it announces 'Complete' and glowing blue lines begin to envelope Kyuuta before with a flash they turn white and the armour forms.
Weapons and Abilities:While the Delta Phone is connected to the Delta Mover by entering the code of 'Fire' it announces 'Burst Mode' and begins to fire three consecutive bursts of blue photon energy. After twelve burst a recharge is needed which is done by verbally entering the code of 'Charge'. By entering the Delta Mission Memory (With the phone announcing 'Ready') the veiwing screen can pop out as a scope. and with an announcement of 'Exceed Charge' it can fire a large, powerful shot of pure blue photon energy that can destroy most enemies. The Jet Sliger can also be summoned. While the Mission Memory is inserted three barrells extend out the front of it. All shots are now the finisher. Delta has immense physical strength, perfect night-vision and has unlimited x-ray vision but in return is sluggish and much less adaptable compared to the other Smart Brain gears. On an interesting note Orphenochs killed by this die with a red flame.
Finisher(s):The Mission Memory is inserted into the Delta Blaster and with an announcement of 'Exceed Charge' it can fire a large, powerful shot of pure blue photon energy that can destroy most enemies. By entering the code of 'Kick' it announces 'Exceed Charge' it shoots a paralyzing stream of blue photon energy from the Delta Blaster, allowing for a powerful bicycle or front dropkick known as 'Lucifer's Hammer'. Lucifer's Hammer is powerful enough to destroy Cell Medals if fighting against a Yummy.

Inside Stuff
Personality:Kyuuta is a bit of stubborn character, trusting only in his own knowledge and experience and to an extent his girlfriend's. He has an artists' instincts and constantly searches for beauty in this world. He holds onto his shy and humble self as much as he can and becomes shameful and withdraws if something happens and he acts out of character. He holds onto a few extremely dear belongings and snaps if anyone goes near them. He wants to hold onto every happy memory he has to blot out his sad past and the moments in his life he hates and the camcorder he carries is a representative of that hope. He is quiet, giving small smiles and soft laughs but with Emily his happiness peaks as he becomes much more talkative and cheerful, becoming a significantly brighter character.

History:Kyuuta was born to a moderately poor family and held onto his few possessions with his life, fearing the scary grey figures that passed through his house so often. His mother was long dead and his father was a successful businessman but spent all his money elsewhere or on himself. With constant abuse he became a shy and meek character but after he began his later years in school he began to dig his own path through life, causing him to hold onto the willpower he had as dear as his belongings. He did extremely well academically and with a peak shape in fitness he attracted the eye of several girls but he didn't as much as double take until an exchange student came to their school - Emily Peterson. He tried to woo her again and again but she merely laughed and moved on until she eventually gave in to his attempts and accepted his offer of a date. That eventually evolved into a deep relationship and with her getting a Japanese passport the two remained together until their school ended and the two decided to tour the country together with Kyuuta's hard-earned Ducati. When his camcorder broke after an intense fit of rage he preordered a new one from Smart Brain. He got more than he expected as he received the Delta Gear merely a week before Smart Brain collapsed during Section's attack. Every since he was stalked by Smart Brain members and found himself fighting off Orphenochs but after the Delta Gear's side effects kicked in Emily fought in his place until he recovered from the shock. He has photon energy imbedded into his body and is enchanced compared to normal humans.
Anything Else:The Delta Gear might be passed around between him and Emily, but Kyuuta's the official rider.
Sample RP:Kyuuta sighed contentedly as he snapped the camcorder shut. He put it down and looked up at the scene he was presented with.
"It's beautiful, isn't it?" Emily piped up as she put her helmet down. She walked over beside him and leaned onto the rail, looking out at the mountain view with the forest underneath and the river slowly crawling across the expanse. She held the Delta Gear's case in her hand. "Hard to beleive it's just beside a highway."
"Yeah... It's just so out of place. But I'm glad." He replied. "Just cruising around countries like this..." He said wistfully. "I just wish it was always like this."
"But we've got the belt." She reminded him, holding up the silver case. Kyuuta's face darkened as he saw it.
"You know what happened the last time I used it." He said softly, turning away. "I went berserk..." He turned around to look at her again, placing one hand on her shoulder.
"Don't say that I should use it." She said quickly as her boyfriend opened his mouth to speak. "I can't fight with that, even if the mental side effects don't affect me."
"If it's so problematic, just give it to me." A voice growled behind him. Sitting on a bike, Kyuuta's Ducati was a man in a business suit with a Smart Brain badge on his breast.
"Get off my bike." Kyuuta snapped, reverting to Japanese. The man chuckled before glaring at him, deep lines etching into his face in a hazy image - He was an Orphenoch. "Emily, run!" He shouted and the small amount of Japanese Emily knew was enough to get the message across. Kyuuta held out his bird, forefinger and thumb as they began to glow with blue light. Dots of red appeared as red lightning began forming in his hand. It began to discharge and the man stumbled backwards, convulsing on the ground as Emily took the keys from his pocket and opened the luggage compartment, throwing the case in before locking it shut. She threw it to Kyuuta as he jumped onto the bike and she was still strapping her helmet on when Kyuuta surged foward on his bike, leaving the man on the ground. Scowling at them the man stood up, dusting himself off. Breathing heavily Kyuuta stopped to put his helmet back on and put the camcorder into a compartment on the side of the seat. He turned around to check for anyone and only an innocent Nissan passed by.
"Let's go." He told Emily, switching back to English before taking off again. - Photographic memory.
