Jasmine nodded a bit, "You may have had your own way of doing things, but the times change, and you must adapt, or be left behind. But, what I am saying, is this. We have established a base here on Earth, and request the transfer of Bridge Carson, Hoji Tomasu, Sakura Mouri-Kudo, and Keiji Hakai to that location. We will respond to Alienizer attacks and other unexplainable events if we are notified, and we will work with you on matters of importance." Jasmine said, pausing for a moment.
"If our personnel are on the scene of a normal crime when it happens, we will secure the situation, call you in and turn over any suspects to your officers when they arrive. There may be times when a part of the city is in danger, and if we have probable cause that it is, we will issue an evacuation order, and temporarily provide safe haven for civilians until the danger is passed. We may also need to clear certain large roads or freeways for our passage through, and if that is necessary we have the capability to advise civilians on the correct and safe course of action to take until we are through." Jasmine said, remaining standing instead of taking a seat.
"What say you to this, gentlemen?" she added, always keeping her tone polite but respectful and a little alluring, to keep them focused on what she was bringing to their attention.
