The Earl was in America, he had arranged a meeting with one of the most powerful men in the world, though he was sorely lacking in arsenal these days, his plan to destroy Wild Space Corp was coming along just fine...if only that damn idiot of Ezekiel would man up and actually take responsibility as the Horseman of Plague then everything will be fine. But flaws are to be expected in a plan as grand as this, he was sitting in a restaurant waiting for the man that would help him destroy Wild Space Corp.
He also began to formulate a plan on how to convince him to help him destroy Wild Space Corp though that was easy enough...now only to make sure that he didn't attack the Earl the moment he sees him.

Jack was sitting at a table in the cafe reading the menu. Someone, he had no idea who, had arranged a meeting with him for ... some reason he hadn't been told. Brilliant. It could be a mass murderer for all he knew!

The Earl saw Frost and smiled, "So he really did come" he said to himself as he cautiously approached him then he stood in front of him and said, "hello Mr Frost...how have you been?"

Jack didn't answer the question. "Give me one good reason why I shouldn't kill you right here and right now," He said with an oddly pleasant smile.

The Earl smiled and sat down across from Frost, "Probably because my master, Azrael, who you've had the pleasure of meeting in South America when he recruited Amazon will most likely kill you and we have a scientist weaponizing the Sliver Bullet to be used against both humans and Orphenochs."

Jack didn't say anything for a few seconds. After a little he pulled a chair on his right outwards. "The ravioli sounds good," He told him "But you aren't here to talk pleasantries, are you?"

The Earl smiled, "Excellent, so you do understand...very well I will get right to the point, your organisation has been destroyed, one of your most loyal subordinates, Thomas Regaen, is dead but you are well on your way to recovering yes?"
"Now I would like to offer an alliance, I'm set to destroy Wild Space Corp from within...on that day I would like to extend an invitation to Smart Brain to help me destroy it, you can kill anyone you desire except for a few of my followers who have decided to join me. How does that sound to you?"

Jack frowned and set the menu down. "Why us?" He asked "We don't really have the ... best of relationships do we? Why ask me, why not ask someone that you know?"

"Because out of all the organisations I could ask...you are the most proficient in fighting, I also plan on calling upon the aid of Shocker and, perhaps, ZECT as well as any organisation that has an axe to grind with Wild Space Corp...besides, this would be a good chance to show the world that Smart Brain is still alive and kicking and not dead and buried after the fiasco with Section."

"What is your organization?" Asked Jack "It can't be that strong if you need help from a lot of outside sources,"

"My own organisation is called SHADOW but of course right now I serve Azrael...but it could soon change. And I'm not asking for help, as I said it's an invitation if you want to be there when Wild Space Corp falls, I'm sure your son has a couple of axes he wants to grind with the Fallen Rangers?"

Jack thought about it for a minute. "Alright ... that sounds good," He agreed "But what do you want from us?"

"Only to amass whatever force you can get and be prepared, I will send all the details later to you on a later date."

"Glad to hear of it" the Earl standing up and extending a hand, "it's been a pleasure doing business with you Mr Frost, I hope this will do just nicely."
(Wanna end the thread there? Unless you have something else to say?)
