He has a golden stud in his left ear and a gold ring on his right hand. He has a more casual attire that he wears when alone or visiting friends but he tends to flash his money.

Appearance:Tanjoubi no Raida da!. Visor lights up red whenever the Driver is used.
Transformation:Slots in the Cell Medal before turning the dial two times. The CLAW system then activates.
Weapons and Abilities:Drill Arm - A magnetic drill to clear sections of rock [Single Turn]. Is now able to create a small cyclone. Claw Arm - A large, magnetic blocky claw-like node on a 23m cord [Two Turns]. Tank Leg - Two large magnetic and bukly catepillar tracks [Three Turns]. Blade Wing - Two large wings on the back able to slice through many materials with swift efficiency. Able to fly momentarily or glide with them. [Four Turns]. Chest Blaster - A large blaster capable of directly rerouting the Cell Medal's energy to fire a large, destructive burst. Able to fire electrical beams or supercharged lasers (Normal rays) to stun or burn without using a Cell Burst [Five Turns]. Digger Arm - A large shovel with the power to lift weights up to around 140kg [Six Turns]. Scorpion Drone - Summoning all five attachments at once it can create a large drone shaped like a scorpion [Pull, free turn clockwise]. Exoscorpion - Utilizes all five primary attachments at once and makes the visor continuously red. [Pull, free turn anticlockwise]. They can be used together, be combined and more. Uses the Birth Buster, a chunky blaster with a large recoil. Can load up to six Cell Medals at one time and fire them using their energy as powerful discs.
Finisher(s):Cell Burst - After loading two Cell Medals after utilizing one of the CLAWs, the weapon is ramped up to eleven in a defining attack. Can be 'stacked up' indefinetly but the machine could overload and potentially kill the CLAWs and the user. The Birth Buster's Cell Burst can be activated after loading six new Medals and attaching the canister onto the barrel. - Form Name:XD Form (Exceed Form)
Appearance:The visor splits into half and slides downwards, creating a holographic 'solid vision' visor/HUD-add on. The claws are each a different colour, blue, orange, green, red and purple respectively. Each node has split into four sections, creating an X-Shape with a bright light shining from within.
Transformation:Tobias has a new way of transforming with this. He pulls out a new 'Xell Medal' (Pronounced 'Excel Medal') which is blank on both sides but has a golden rim with a gold 'X' embossed inside. The silver coin is thrown into the air and crushed until the 'X' shape is embossed on a single side, the other blank. The Driver's dial is pulled out and the Medal is slotted in before the dial is driven back in in a mixture of turning and pushing. The image of Birth appears for a moment before the suit becomes desaturated, the main body silver with white highlights and clear sections for the reptacles and visor. Then, the reptacle on the Driver spins so the crack is vertical before Tobias gives it a precise 360-degree spin, creating another cut through the reptacle. The peices slides out and creates another X-shape. The inside of it is now a iridescent gold. The suit's normal colours return with the exception of the coloured reptacles.
Weapons and Abilities:This form is stronger and faster but requires precise timing, spacial awareness and more. Each CLAW attachment is upgraded and tinted in their respective colour. The Birth Buster is now able to configure the Xell Medals, allowing for indefinite numbers of shots before the usage runs out.
Finisher(s):Xell Burst - All the Claws activate, creating a rainbow-like aura around Birth after inserting six Cell Medals and pulling out the dial and spinning it anticlockwise for 21 rotations, each timed to stimulate the bursts in energy. The five CLAWs can be used in several different ways. XD Xell Burst - After inserting a Xell Medal Cell Medals appear at each reptacle, stimulating their activation. The whole body becomes golden with a iridescent aura before the finisher is excecuted.
Rider Stuff
Name:Kamen Rider Gills
Henshin Device/Sequence:Tobias swipes two clawed hands in a cross over his chest, declaring 'Devenir!'. His body morphs to the new form and his waist shines and the Meta Factor appears there. He announces 'Enfer brûlant' and gets into a stance (Think Eiji's TaToBa pose with Gills).

Appearance:A demonic form with bright red eyes and tentacle-like pieces around his body. His torso armour is green and reptilainne. He has a red trim and golden claws on his wrists that can shoot out on tenctacles. His lower body is just black with green boots.

Weapons and Abilities:Using intense rage Gills fights savagely with a brutality that allows it to rival, if not succeed, most riders despite being a distorted form of AgitΩ. It utilizes the Gills Claws, long golden claws on each wrist, in combat and the Gills Fillers for ranged attacks with the Gills Claws. He has short claws on his heels, the Gills Heel Claws.
Finisher(s): The Gills Hell Drop - He extends a Gills Heel Claw (Left foot) and jumps up before coming down with a brutal drop kick using the claw to cut into the shoulder of the target and kill them. Gills Bloody Fang - His fanged mouth extends and he bites onto a neck of the target before ripping off the head using his teeth. Gills Hell Stab - The Gills Filler on the left hand shoots out and Gills dashes up to stab into the stomach of the target using the free Gills Claw before he flicks his wrist and the Gills Filler jerks around and the other claw stabs through the back of the target. He twists his right hand and plunges his hand into the body before ripping out the Gills Claw. - Form Name:SaSorEbi Gills
Appearance:A more bulky version of Gills with exoskeletal scales and spikes around it's body, onyx against the green skin of Gills. He has a crab-like claw wrapping around his wrists and ankles while a scorpion's tail is present nestling between the two claws. He has two fan-like scales on his heel that boost his jump and swimming.
Transformation:A spherical energy shield is projected, Cell Medals flying around inside as they break down into streams of energy while the black cores shine harshly from inside Tobias' body. The shield collapses and is absorbed into him as the blown-up projetion of Gills that it was merges with Tobias's body, albiet much skinnier and feeble with pale skin before the Cell Medal energy floating around swirls around his body before the exoskeleton forms.
Weapons and Abilities:The crab claws can open and swivel around, replacing Tobi's hands in favour of sharp claws able to cut through a human's leg with ease with one snip. The scorpion tail can shoot out and lash out at people with a cocktail of venom, Gill's blood, Tobias' blood and Cell Medal energy injecting into them as well as anything else that he has contracted (I was just thinking, Oculus Canor? {sp?}) The jaws on Gills can still bite into things with much more efficiency than before.
Finisher(s):SaSorEbi Gills has the same finishers as Gills only much more powerful due to the implemention of the black Cores, being much more brutal and deadly.
Other Equipment:
- A knife kept under his shoe.
- Medals - Roughly 200 Cell Medals with around 70 Artificial Cell Medals included and 11 Core Medals - 3x Sasori, 3x Kani, 3x Ebi, 1x Kuwagata
- A gun - Because Russian Roullette isn't the same without a gun. Similar to a Nerf N-Strike Maverick.
Inside Stuff
Personality:Tobias has a caring side that he killed eventually. He was once a caring, kind person with a great sense of humour and a natural social leader. He's a bit of a romantic at heart and later fell for Nakida. He was softened up completely by her and his personality changed to be somewhat 'weaker'. After she left he became ruthless and angry, resorting to drinking. After that he chased an illusion of changing the world, eventually making him a hardened killer bent on killing 'fair and square'. He leaves fate to decide his path and fights according to his own judgement, knowing that fate would always lead him.
Strengths:
- ESPer - He has a degree of foresight, surface thought reading and telekinetic abilities with slight pyrokinetic control.
- Very strong, able to take the Birth Buster's immense recoil easily.
- Extremely wealthy from his gambling.
Weaknesses:
- Drinks often.
- Damaged arm muscles from his training with the Birth Buster.
- Tends to gamble too much (Though he wins most of the time)
History:Tobias was the one who saved Nakida. He found her unconscious on the side of the road and decided to take her back to her house. Upon finding out that she had amnesia he tried to help her regain her memories and get another foothold on life. The two eventually took a romantic interest in each other and Nakida ended up in his care, albeit more indirect later, for four years. After dating for three years Tobias decided to propose to her, which she accepted. Aged 20 Nakida moved into his house and the two remained together until Nakida had a severe mental breakdown after her memory began to surface faster. He took the ring he had proposed with and wore it. After that he became significantly darker. He began to drink and gambled a lot, taking advantage of the psychic powers that had begun to surface. He trained with firearms and found a malicious side to himself. After gambling with and winning against an important but drunken team of Smart Brain employees he was in possession of the prototype medals (Sasori, Kani, Ebi) and a lost O-Medal. He killed a few of them in the last rounds, shooting them cleanly through the head. Using the new Birth System he had received it was later upgraded to Birth.Kai with Jack Frost being given a hastily recreated prototype of the original system. With that he fought against Kaijin to satisfy his more violent desires but do some good in the world.

Sample RP:"Game over." Tobias announced ruthlessly. The body slumped to the ground and blood began to seep out as he lowered the chunky weapon. He spun it expertly in the air and aimed it at himself, pressing it to his forehead. He quickly then spun it and a fired into the wall, the bullet punching cleanly into it. The other people in the room jumped, some swearing and others glaring at him. One advanced on him.
"There's only supposed to be one bullet in the gun." He growled.
"Check the table. You watched me load." Tobias sneered. Sure enough, there were five bullets left on the table. As the man was dumbfounded Tobias advanced and made a quick chop to the back of his head, making him stumble. Tobias spun around and kicked a man into a wall before dodging a measly tackle and knocking out the man with an uppercut to the hollow section of the skull above the eyes. He ducked under an angry swipe and jumped up in the air, kicking a man in his temple before he thrust the tip of his extended hand into another's adam's apple. He turned and advanced on the one man left - The one he had kicked at the start. The man took a basic stance and the two exchanged a few blows before the man managed to grab Tobias' fist. Smirking, Tobias pulled him in, levered him over his shoulder and took him out with a vicious scorpion kick to the chest. Breathing heavily, Tobias picked up a case from the ground and threw it out the window.
Kaijin or not, they had been criminals.
