Description: As a human, Thomas appears as an older man, a somewhat stocky, but yet well-kept build, with shorter, black and graying hair, and a strong looking mustache (got to love Tom Selleck's mustache). He often wears a black suit with a waistcoat beneath it, and a white shirt under that. His tie is gray with red stripes. He wears black pants to go with it, as well as designer shoes to match.
As the Stingfish Orphnoch, Thomas appears like a humanoid fish, with a fish tail-like protrusion around his waist, as well as a scale-like pattern on his legs. He has a patterned body that is almost like a 'Y', and has rounded shoulder armor. He has chains on his arms leading back to his body. His arms have gauntlets, patterned like scales once again. His head is like that of a mask, with a projection running down the centre of it. He wields a staff with three twisting blades on it, acting like a trident.

Name: Kamen Rider OOO
Henshin Device/Sequence: OOO Driver. He puts the Driver onto his waist and loads three medals into the three slots. He removes the scanner from his side and slides it down the angled Driver, scanning the medals, forming the triple form of OOO.

Appearance: The crimson head of the Hawk Medal for seeing long distances, the yellow chest of the Tiger Medal for claws, and the green legs of the Grasshopper allowing him to jump and kick great distances.
Transformation: Loads the Taka, Tora and Batta Medals into the Driver, scans them, and transforms.
Weapons and Abilities: Medajalibur sword, claws. Ability to change legs into grasshopper-esque legs for a powerful Rider Kick.
Finisher(s): Triple Scan/OOO Bash with the blade, allowing him to cut down any foe by using three Cell Medals. He can also create a powerful Rider Kick with his Batta legs. - Form Name: Takakiriba

Inside Stuff
Personality: Thomas is a stuffy, yet cocky man. For his age, he keeps an air of refinement about him, but his fighting prowess gives him his cockiness. He is a reserved, silent man who has a life for work, and work alone. He believes that with the power of his Orphnoch form, and the power of OOO, that he can do great things for Smart Brain, and wishes to see humanity wiped out. He is brilliant, and a leader of people, thus has a high standing position in Smart Brain. He will often lecture his foes about how worthless and useless they are as he defeats them.
Strengths:
- Intelligence, vastly intelligent in most matters, can speak multiple languages, and has a vast store of knowledge on many subjects.
- Powerful, as a human, an Orphnoch, or a Rider, he has a very powerful body, both with strength, and with agility.
- Loyal, vastly loyal to his people, and to Smart Brain. Serves his people with no regrets, and believes in Jack Frost's abilities.
Weaknesses:
- Age, his human form is weaker in defensive and healing matters due to his age.
- Orphnoch form, due to his age, his Orphnoch form, when he relies on it, is also like his human form. While it can be powerful, it is also weak if attacked.
- Rider form. While the OOO form is powerful, he hates using it, despite it being his best form of attack. He may be winning, but he despises having to use something other than his 'natural' form.
History: Thomas was born in 1945, growing up with the idea of becoming a prominent businessman, always having a serious attitude. In business school, he succeeded, becoming one of the top of his class. However, some other students conspired against him and poisoned a meal of his so he would miss an exam. Thomas, having a weak heart from an accident in childhood, died, but came back to life as an Orphnoch. He took no revenge, but saw where his path in life now was lying, with his own people.
He eventually learned of Smart Brain and joined them, becoming one of their top members. At some point he obtained the OOO Driver to use it to fight for Smart Brain.
Anything Else: Can fire energy bolts from his trident as an Orphnoch.
Sample RP:
"That is why you will never be anything more than a pawn serving the greater good of Smart Brain." Thomas told a man before him. He sat behind his desk, hands clasped on top of it. The man stood before him, showing no signs of nervousness.
Being new, he didn't know Thomas well enough.
Thomas rose and held up his Driver. Before the man could say anything, Thomas had it on and held up his left hand. Between his pointer and middle fingers was a red medal, between his middle and ring was a yellow medal, and between his ring and pinky fingers was a green medal. He placed the red one into the first slot on his right, then the center was yellow, and finally the green in the far left.
The man became an Orphnoch as Thomas put the Driver down with his left hand. He scanned it with his right hand, and drew the scanner to his chest. No sound rang out, he had disabled it, annoyed by the musical appearance when he transformed.
Before his subordinate, the Beetle Orphnoch, could do anything, Thomas leapt across the table, silencing him by running him through his gut with his claws.
"This is how business works." Thomas said, withdrawing his claws from the dying Orphnoch, "You just don't understand."
