Foundation X has been behind almost all of my threads. This isn't in the proper timeline order for the most part, but gets the point across. Covert action in all threads listed, but omitting Stinging Execution, Seeking Memories, Greeed Hunting and The Raven, The Keys and the Government, since actual members are involved.
1946:
Obtained the Iago trigger key and James Ingram's body to gather data on Sonnet.
Patriot Backstory:
Foundation X finds out that Patriot is composed of kaijus and gives them the ARS so as to test how long can a group of kaijus survive without any external help. Of course they didn't plan on them joining Wild Space Corp.
Strange Circumstances:
The Foundation at the time desired more Zectors, other than just TheBee and Kick Hopper from Neil. They were monitoring other active Zectors at the time, finding only the Drake Zector on the radar right then, though the Gatack Zector soon came on the radar. They engineered the Imin attacks that led Suzie and Ren to meeting and fighting together, hoping to get at the Drake Zector.
They had also been watching Ren for some time, and had made sure to get him the Avon System by seeing to it that the scientist with it was killed by him. They also knew that Ren was a Worm without a memory, and manipulated him. They wanted to watch Ren while working on securing the Zectors.
Business Meeting:
Using the Kougami Foundation, they sent the OOO Driver along with Core and Cell Medals to Smart Brain member and Stingfish Orphnoch, Thomas Reagan. Hence why he didn't tell Jack much about the origins of his OOO Driver; he didn't really know much. Orphnoch data and OOO Driver data needed; hence the giving the OOO powers away.
There's No Such Thing as Ghosts:
The Foundation tracked the Drake Zector to England, desiring to obtain it, but never making a proper move on it. When Marcel/Sabre was defeated, they stole whatever remains of the Sabre Driver that they could for further research.
Between Heaven and Hell:
Sent the Fangire to the church after Marcel by manipulating her patterns. They wanted Marcel eliminated for the crystal of the Driver, but she was killed before she could kill him and an agent could retrieve it.
Demetri Zet's Backstory:
The Foundation had several Ranger Keys, but decided that in order to obtain more, they needed someone to find them for the Foundation. They sent the Keys to Demetri along with the Mobirate. They had already collected all of the data that they could off of the Keys on hand.
Just Another Day:
Due to the knowledge that Ren was a Worm, they wanted to see what would happen if he became an Orphnoch, knowing that Jack Frost was around. They manipulated attack patterns to get them into the same area, knowing that Orga was stronger than Avon, and that Ren would be transformed, or die in the process. Science would later ensue was the plan.
Mass Murder:
Manipulated the structures of the Space Clan members that attacked so that they could use them as living cameras of sorts. They used the data of the slain Space Clan members in order to gain data on the powers of Raiga and Seiza, having an interest in the powers of the Space Clan and the two transformation systems.
To Space:
Knowing of Jack Moon being Akira Takiya/Kamen Rider Seiza, they made sure he would start to transform in space, desiring Jack Moon's power for later.
Attack on Smart Brain:
Foundation X helped Section to secure the Prince Systems (Vega and Riki) a long time prior to the attack. They desired data since Prince is a subsidiary, and also wanted Medals from the remains of Smart Brain, which they secured.
Live Fast Die Young:
While the Foundation had a chance, they modified the Arms Driver from a distance so that it could record data. They got data on Kenneth as a result.
Antique Shopping:
The Foundation found some Trigger Keys and managed to make sure that Sonnet's owner would obtain it for the sake of Sonnet data.
Geisha's and Hills/Unlocking:
They continued to spread the Trigger Keys for various amounts of time, including seeing to the creation of Demon Beasts to hide the Keys to test Sonnet.
A Call for Aid:
The Foundation continued to keep an eye on Marcel, going after the Sabre crystal. After Marcel's death, they secured the crystal.
Power Clash:
The Foundation owns NexTech. They wanted the new booster system to be studied properly, and saw OOO as one of the only people who could use it. They saw to Thomas's ownership of the device for data.
Break:
A Foundation agent met Hoji under circumstances that remained mysterious to Hoji prior to Yuki and Sakura's break. The agent caused Hoji's interest in Sonnet and the Clockworker technology, prompting him to want to investigate Sonnet and possibly secure some Trigger Keys for them. They also wanted the Hathaway Foundation to suffer, hence Hoji looking into the Clockworker components.
Humanity's Silver Bullet:
The Foundation was interested in the Orphnoch virus, but they had no opportunity to make a move on it.
In Which We Meet Mr. Nakamura:
The Foundation wanted to have the information on the fake Ren revealed so that they could attempt to sway Sonnet to their side by some means. They didn't expect the Hathaway Foundation to come in at any point with the real Ren, but knew the real Ren would be there.
Wishing Upon a Little Star:
The Foundation realized that Kougami didn't have much Greeed data, so they used the Arms Driver modifications in order to gain information.
Dark Moon Rising:
When the attack began, the Foundation was still interested in Jack Moon. They also had a hand in him coming to Earth again. They watch, waiting to get Jack Moon for some future plot, while also having some interest in Azrael for his powers.
The Knight's Tale:
The Foundation made a pact with some of the Horrors, causing one to latch onto MORO. This allowed them to gain data on the Horrors in general, as well as on the Makai Knights. The death of the Horror was no setback; they had everything they needed.
The Last Fives:
Foundation X caught wind of Wild Rider Corp. and leaked information regarding the new Faiz Gear being developed by Smart Brain to them and observed the battle that occured to get information on both Smart Brain, Wild Rider Corp and Faiz.
