Name: Kamen Rider TheBee and Kamen Rider Kick Hopper
Henshin Device/Sequence: To become TheBee, he attaches his wrist mounted Henshin device and throws his arm up. TheBee Zector flies to him, landing in his hand, where he attaches it to the brace and twists it to transform. As Kick Hopper, he attaches his belt and the Zector hops to him to be placed into the slot, which then spawns his armor over him, just like TheBee Zector does.

Personality: Neil is a quiet man who only speaks when he must. Every word he makes should be taken as important. He has a formal style of speech, and does not tolerate people who are loudmouths or acting like idiots. Cold, calm, calculating, and greatly intelligent. He has no qualms about killing others, and has great amounts of knowledge at all times, all about the entire Foundation X plans, implanted surgically due to the sheer amounts so that he can do everything he must for the Foundation.

History: Born in 1977, he was brought up in America, but born in France, Neil attended the top quality schools and received top quality training in anything that he desired, having come from French money. He had a fairly uneventful life up until the time he went to college, returning to France to do that. While there, he was approached by Foundation X for his research papers, his money, and his intelligence and abilities. Neil accepted, leaving a blank history for him at that point, working in secret for the Foundation.
Two years later, in 1998, he went to work for ZECT, becoming the user of TheBee after rising through the ranks as a Zectrooper. After acquiring the power of TheBee and accomplishing his main task of Zector research, he took his findings to the Foundation, where he created the Kick Hopper Zector for himself to use as a Foundation X member, while keeping TheBee for undercover work.
ZECT continued to use him through the years, having him kill Worms and spread the influence of the Natives, but he didn’t really pay attention to their goals; he never let it get to him. Whenever working for the Foundation, he utilized the power of Kick Hopper, so that when ZECT realized a rogue Zector and Rider were out there, they wouldn’t realize that it was Neil, one of their higher ranked members.
Now, Neil works for both sides, but only using ZECT as cover for his true job in Foundation X. He was given the new responsibility of securing a deal for Gaia Memories…
Anything Else: Played by Ren; uses TheBee while playing the role of a ZECT agent, uses Kick Hopper as a Foundation X member. And, just because of his actor, he speaks in a soft spoken voice with a hint of a French accent, making his voice very alluring.

Called in by ZECT, Neil threw his arm up. TheBee Zector flew down into his grip, where he attached it to his wrist brace, stating, “Henshin,” taking on the form of TheBee. He drew his arm back, spinning the Zector, “Cast Off,” he said.
His heavy armor flew away, smashing into the Worm he faced. He ran at it, giving it swift jabs and knees, ducking the swing of its arm. He span around, delivering a mule kick with his right leg. He span around, hitting his Zector, opening fire with the needle gun function.
As it stumbled away from him, burning and hissing in pain from the wounds, Neil hit the Zector, drawing his arm back for his Rider Punch attack, the Rider Sting.
He ran forward as the Worm rushed him, running it through and destroying it. He hit the side of his helmet, stating, “Worm eliminated,” reporting to ZECT.
He span his Zector around, undoing his transformation and allowing the Zector to fly off. He walked away, taking up an earpiece from his pocket, “Heading after the target,” he stated to Foundation X, “I will strike a Gaia Memory deal, count on that.”
