Description: Keiji is very unassuming, shoulders constantly slumped and eyes always half open. His gait is that of a snail and to boot his posture is incredibly lousy, hunched over when he is forced to move around. Spending most of his time sleeping has given Keiji a major case of bed head with wrinkled S.P.D. uniforms to boot. His face is soft and delicate, features that one wouldn’t attribute to such a hardened fighter. Keiji is almost always noticed last in a room as his nature is to sit in the corner and merely sleep, nothing ferocious about him like his Deka Master persona. At about five feet ten inches tall Keiji is a good height, though certainly does not tower over people. Skinny frame, hiding muscles built for speed and stamina (used in Deka Master form, mainly.) Though some women would find him attractive, his personality usually repels them.

Morpher /Sequence: Keiji pulls him S.P.D. badge from his back pocket -- keeping it there usually -- then throws it into the air. As it comes down he says the phrase “Emergency, form change -- Dekamaster.” As the badge comes down and hits his palm. Keiji is wrapped in what would appear to be binary code with miscellaneous words like “JUSTICE” and “RESOLUTION” before emerging from the light as Dekamaster. On changing the two red lights on his helmet shine briefly and Keiji simply shrugs and gets into a lax fighting posture.
Description of Ranger Form: DEKAMASTER. In his DekaMaster form Keiji is covered in a special armor made of Deka metal. Most of his outfit is black with accents of blue in some places, including the tips of his fingers, and the majority of his boots. The suit is designed for face paced, quick attacks while not giving up any of his defense. On his chest is a ‘100’, like the numbers on the rest of the DekaRangers. On his side is his signature weapon the D-Sword Vega which he uses to cut his enemies to ribbons. His helmet is stylized like a dog, exemplifying his moniker as the ‘dog of justice’ only called in when the most heinous of criminals decide to show their face.

Weapons:
- D-Sword Vega: The signature weapon of DekaMaster and the so called “strongest sword in the universe.” The D-Sword in unactivated state is simply a dull blade, black and cracked along it’s edge. However when DekaMaster activates the blade by pressing down on the ear of the dog that makes up it’s hilt the true nature of the blade is released in a torrent of green fire that shows the blades true, shining and perfected form. D-Sword Vega is incredibly sharp and powerful, especially when combined with Keiji’s sword style “Ginga Ittoryuu” also known as the Galaxy Sword which gives him unparalleled skills in close combat. The sword also can transform into a gun, though Keiji prefers not to as his shot isn’t that great. Never-the-less it is a powerful weapon in any form and should be feared.
Zord:
- DekaBase: DekaMaster’s personal zord is actually... well... the entire S.P.D. base. It is referred to as DekaBase and is a massive, incredibly powerful machine. DekaBase has three forms, that being the base itself (in this form it can use it’s powerful “base beam” to vaporize enemies.) Rover Mode (used for speed and mobility, can attack with two powerful “crawler beam” cannons.) and finally Deka Base Robo (in this form DekaBase has finger missles, knee brace beams and it’s immensely powerful Volcanic Buster)
Inside Stuff
Personality: Keiji is very lazy, but that is obviously apparent by his outward appearance. At his core he is a bit indifferent to most causes, seeing most things as trivial and not worth his time and as such he mostly sleeps around all day. This is changed when other DekaRangers are threatened and as such he is obligated to help his comrades, not only obligated but has a genuine passion for it. On a solo mission Keiji, or DekaMaster, rarely takes anything seriously and most often gets the mission done quickly so he has more time to sleep.
Keiji is also a massive flirt, calling every woman he meets his “first love” and often getting down on one knee and proposing within five minutes. This is especially true for beautiful woman, he does not discriminate with that term either they can be from any race/creed. Women are one of the few things he wakes up for, though he is not as smooth with them as he wishes he was (or believes he is, sometimes.) This trait of his has a somewhat comical application and most of the time he is in the corner complaining over rejection.
Strengths:
- Master of combat. Keiji is incredible in a fight, his prowess is nigh second to none and his tactics have a genius hint to them. Though he would never admit it, he is the greatest in terms of fighting ability in the whole of S.P.D.
- Justice. Keiji is sworn to the code of justice, bringing in any criminal that is deemed too dangerous or a major threat to the general population. It is this sense of justice that sends Keiji into overdrive and into a serious combat mode.
- Strong willed. Nothing can deter Keiji once he is on his path to righteousness (or, more importantly, a mission of ‘love’ for a beautiful woman.) This applies to all things and not merely in battle, though in battle it is this will that all but negates psychological attacks and warfare.
Weaknesses:
- Lazy. Keiji would much rather sleep than work, often sleeping entire days before being woken up to combat some evil threat.
- Listless. While not trying to impress a woman Keiji is very dull and very cold. Never speaking, never moving much, some would say he appears as a statue... until a beautiful young face walks into the room.
- Letcher. Keiji is all but immobilized if his opponent is a beautiful woman of sorts, or could take on the form of a beautiful woman to be more exact, it is in these times that he is most vulnerable as he could never raise his blade to such a sight.
History: Keiji was born to be a part of the S.P.D., groomed from a young age to be the very pinnacle of human combat ability. His parents abandoned him when he was just a child, being picked up by the former DekaMaster and being trained in secret in the ways of justice and the sword. In grade school Keiji was very violent, beating up high school kids while still in the fifth grade. Taking on entire gangs of thugs who would have otherwise have hurt him or his friends. His adopted father blammed himself mostly and was sent to train with the true master of the Galaxy Sword Style.
Keiji trained hard and, as a result of his prior training and natural ability, was seen as a genius of the blade. During this time he became withdrawn, neglecting the words and training of his master in favor of sleeping all day. That is, until on some free time in town, he met a beautiful woman. The woman would be his driving force in life; Keiji had never worked so hard for anything. Mastering the Galaxy Sword Style in record time, he was a supreme specimen of the school. When he finally got the courage to ask out the beautiful girl of his dreams she... rejected him of course. This would not stop Keiji though, he vowed from that day to marry the next beautiful woman he met!... or the next one... or the next one... ad infintium.
Keiji was chosen to be the next DekaMaster due to the former, his former teacher, stepping down from the position. His trial times were impeccable, faster than the previous by miles, and his overall ability with tactics and mental ability also far exceeded expectations. He was a natural fit for the position and now he is the youngest head of S.P.D. in history.
Anything Else: Keiji has also come into possession of the Kamen Rider Blade belt, rouzer, absorber and the full deck that goes along with said powers (gained through RP).
Sample RP: “One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight and one, two, three, four...” Keiji awoke to the sound of a woman’s voice in his ear. Or, what would have been his ear if he was not a fair distance away. Sleeping in his favorite bush at a local park, a ploy to get away from being cooped up in Deka Base all day, he could tell just by her tone that she was beautiful. The soft vibrato of her voice lifted him up from his slumber and from the bushes he peeked out at her. Wearing a spandex something-or-other she was stretching he hamstrings while counting aloud. Sweat bands on her wrists and head, she was obviously a runner. He could tell by her thighs. He could only see her from behind but, so far, he liked what he saw. Keiji blushed and seemingly melted through the bushes, appearing behind her in a suave motion.
“Excuse me miss but, you wouldnt happen to have the time... would you?” Raising his eyebrow to her as she turned. He was so spot on, so smooth, she had to accept and when she did, oh boy would she be a lucky woman! She would be asked out and then promptly to be wed to him. It was her lucky day, that’s for sure.
On turning around, Keiji immediately fell over off his feet as what he once identified as “her” was... well... not so much. Scratching the buldge in his spandex as the stranger snorted and laughed. “Yeah stud, eleven o’ clock.” In that sweet feminine tone. Rubbing his mustache before briskly jogging away. Keiji, still on the floor almost choking from his own vomit, managed to gargle out.
