Morpher /Sequence: Sakura yells, “Emergency! Dekabreak!” and presses the henshin button on her BraceThrottle, the Deka Metal would then form around her and she would yell, “Face on!” before police lights on the side of her head turn on before the henshin sequence is completed. She then yells out, “Facing terrorists! Smashing the darkness of fear! Daybreak Detective! DekaBreak!"
Description of Ranger Form:
Other Modes: Dekatwilight is Sakura’s other form, a secondary form added by the SPD and SCU. It pretty much looks like Dekabreak’s form except that it is black and has silver linings instead of gold linings. It is only used to eliminate extremely dangerous Alienizers, rouge Dekarangers or hostile Riders and Sakura is armed with the D-shotgun, the D-machine gun and D-knife as well as her throttle techniques from Dekabreak. It is activated using the BraceThrottle and pressing the ‘twilight’ button before yelling, “Emergency! Dekatwilight!” and the same henshin sequence as the Dekabreak occurs. She then yells out, “As the day ends and the night begins…darkness shall no know peace! The Executioner of the Night! Dekatwilight!”

Inside Stuff
Personality: Sakura is the embodiment of the perfect detective, she is intelligent, keeps her cool in battles and analyses the situation perfectly. She does not tolerate any evil because of her upbringing in a family of police and detectives especially from her father and often quotes him in a bid to become him. However she acts extremely childish and is a bit naïve and does not understand some ‘adult’ concepts very well, which sometimes make her vulnerable to psychological manipulation and coercion.
However despite her demeanor she suffers from severe self-esteem issues as well as frequent bouts of depression, this is because that during her time in the SPD she was frequently rewarded and praised only to find out later that this only happened because people wanted to curry favor with her father who is a well-respected police chief and has some influence over some decisions regarding either recruitment or budgets. Therefore she has an inate drive to prove herself in front of her superiors, which leads to reckless actions and sometimes a stubborn attitude to a case that is considered unsolvable. The self-esteem issues also make her sometimes question her own self-worth and she will often ask her superiors if she had been truly useful or if she is useless thus compounding on her self-esteem though if someone consistently tells her that she is truly useful and cares for her that may be rectified.

History: Sakura is born to Shinichi Kudo and Ran Mouri, her father, Shinichi, was the famous high-school detective who fought and won against the Black Organisation that turned him into a child. Eventually he joined the Metropolitan Police Department before he was transferred to SPD where he quickly rose through the ranks until he became Dekabright, head of the Counter Special Criminal Activity squad, and became a legend within the SPD. He eventually retired and married Ran, his childhood friend, and from there Sakura Mouri-Kudo was born.
Since a child Sakura had always wanted to become a police officer mainly because Shinichi would happily recount cases and fights as both a police officer and as an SPD officer so Sakura set upon that goal and acted on it taking lessons in all manner of martial arts and especially being tutored by her father on how to deduce, analyze and solve cases especially those that are considered impossible as it is most likely that it was caused by a Kaiju.
When Sakura turned 18 she immediately signed up for the MPD and became a police officer assigned to Inspector Megure, her father’s old friend and aide, where she solved numerous cases, some that were considered on the same par as cases that her father solved, this eventually led her to transferring to the SPD despite protests from her father who never wanted any of his children to join the SPD after learning first-hand just how dangerous the work could be. But Sakura couldn’t be persuaded otherwise and her father reluctantly let her transfer to the SPD, however that’s where things started to go a little side-tracked, thanks to Shinichi’s legendary skills many officers and recruits admired her and hoped that she would be the same as her father. However this only made Sakura’s sense of worth plummet as he didn’t want to be known simply because she was the famous Kudo Shinichi’s daughter and thus she often tried time and again to prove herself and make a name for herself leading to high level of injuries; to make things worse Sakura was often praised and rewarded and had many friends within the SPD only to later find out that they were only doing that so that Sakura would put in a good word to her father who still had a big influence within the SPD and in fact they either despised her or hated her.
Depressed Sakura decided to transfer to the Tokkou division of SPD in hopes that she would become a better detective then she was now. Out of sheer unluckiness or just simple fate, a messy paperwork and a tired clerk actually approved the paperwork for Sakura to wield the experimental ‘Dekatwilight’ suit along with the Dekabreak suit, which is used to eliminate rouge Dekarangers effectively making her an executioner if the need calls for it, needless to say Shinichi was not happy and tried to have her taken off the SPD but the system had already accepted her as its user so without any choice Sakura was sent to the SCU division under the command of Bridge Carson.
Anything Else: Plays as Clive, Patriot etc. Also Sakura has a picture of her family and schoolfriends all the time as a reminder of what she is fighting for.
Sample RP:
It was the day, the day that Sakura had waited for…the day that she was going to her first day as an SCU officer, “Morning dad” she cried out kissing her father, “morning mom” she cried out before doing the same. She dug into her breakfast and kept smiling the whole way, “you can still pull out, I’m sure I can convince them to overwrite the system…you don’t need to be doing this” Shinichi said.
“I want to father…I want to be a great Dekaranger just like you were” Sakura replied.
“But it’s far too dangerous” Shinichi chided her, “you can get hurt or worse.”
“So did you” Sakura grumbled.
Shinichi decided to ignore that and simply say, “I just don’t want you to get hurt…you’ve been in the hospital far too many times for a normal human being…one day your luck will run out.”
“Don’t worry, Captain Carson is a great leader…he’ll protect me” Sakura joyfully replied.
Sighing Shinichi could only shake his head and eat his breakfast while his wife looked on with amusement in her eyes. Soon it was time for Sakura to go as she bounded off the steps she waved goodbye and was soon running towards her new office as Shinichi and Ran looked on Shinichi whispered, “I worry for her…I truly do.”
“I know” Ran said patting his shoulder, “so do I but that is her future…as a Dekaranger just like you were.”
“I know…but she’s far too innocent to be caught up in the Tokku division…I should’ve insisted that she remained in the MPD.”
“Let’s just see where fate takes her…I’m sure that she’ll be just fine.”
