The suits are based off of the Japan Coast Guard suits
The uniforms, from head to feet, appear as follows:
Wave Team:
A rounded off helmet with a face plate similar to the Sky Team of Rescue Fire; with facial structures and a visor that can appear over the top. It's thicker at the top, then comes out a rim around the eyebrow level and hangs down farther at that point, before becoming smaller again for the rest of the head.
The chest has thick armor protecting it, with detail work like that of Rescue Force's; somewhat segmented armor. The arms have no armor, except for elbow and gauntlet armor. The waist features a belt armed with weaponry (marked below).
Leg armor is almost nonexistent after the belt, with only knee and boot armor. The suits also have miniature jets affixed to them for faster undersea travel, as well as an air supply, limited to about ten minutes under at a time.
The undersuit color is dark blue, while the armor color differs between members.
The Storm Team differs in the regards that the helmets are sleeker and lack the visor; only having the face. They also lack the ridge. Their armor is sleeker, with less armoring, but a stronger miniature engine inside (think R1 Max), powering the suits. The suits burn out faster, but are stronger while in use.
Their gauntlets and elbows, as well as their boots to their knees are linked by thin armor; so their overall suits are more armored, faster, stronger. They have cloth-like parts from their waist down, just above the backs of their knees, in two points, going up to a third, top point shortly under the belt. This cape-like cloth serves as a way to differentiate themselves, and also is micro-fibers, serving to give data to the visors about overall weather conditions.

Weaponry:
Aero Gun - a blaster handgun weapon that fires air bullets to use against the sea based enemies.
Wave Rescuer - a Rescue Breaker type tool; it starts as a pack on the members back (akin to the Tri-Basher), and is removed when needed. It can be broken down into different components for different situations. These include:
The Storm Team also uses the Storm Breaker; a dual mode weapon that acts as a submachine gun that can fire electrical energy pellets in place of air, or, can be shifted around to form a dagger.
In Gun Mode, it has a grip, trigger, and a tube-like form to itself that is only about as long as the length of an elbow to the wrist on a grown man; a bit shorter. It has a small generator inside to generate the electrical attacks. By twisting the bottom portion, the top tube detaches itself, the grip changes to a straight grip (sword/dagger style), and a smaller tube is revealed, charged with electricity.
Vehicles:
Dive Copter; a blue and white helicopter with the ability to act as a submersible when in the water; the propeller shifts to propel it under the sea. It is armed with small lasers and missiles. (Two in the fleet)
Dive Plane; a small plane (akin to a helicopter in size) that is used for dropping supplies off for water rescues. White and blue in color.
Dive PWC; a jetski-like personal vehicle for scout missions; armed with no weaponry, white and blue in color.
Dive Patroller; the largest vehicle in the fleet. A blue and white boat that can hold approx. fifteen men, for larger rescues. It has a cabin inside of it for the safety of the people, along with weapon caches located along the side, in case of attack (weapons consist of air cannons and bombs to deal with sea threats).
Dive Max; the five vehicles combine into one. The Plane acts as the body; the wings becoming body mass. The Copters each become one arm, the cockpits opening into hands. The Patroller splits to become the legs, while the largest excess mass is the cabin portion, sent off for safety reasons. The PWC/jetski becomes the head (purely for aesthetics; not actually needed for visual information within cockpit).
Dive Phoenix; the large flight base for Rescue Aqua; it can mobilize and take flight to get the team where they need to go. It is armed and holds a lot of staff members, as well as docking for the vehicles; located next to the ocean for that reason.
