Oh lord... Fourze 28 is just painful in several places.
TV-N's spoofed, badly done translation works well.
On another note, the entire cast need to learn how to stay still. When they're in a freeze frame and Gentarou's arms are shaking and Shun's slipping off a bench... No. It just doesn't work.
Meteor Storm just looks tacky and I swear, the show's run out of gimmicks now.

Meteor looked good, Meteor Storm really doesn't. If the bodysuit had remained black, maybe.

Also, Meteor Storm Punisher is just Beyblade on steroids.

I would have made it without the Beyblade. Hell, just make his Limit Break a combo of all of his Galaxy attacks through his staff, or something. That's better, but of course, not a gimmick.

31... I have to say, I have mixed feelings about it.
The editing team are still horrible, though. I stand by that due to just the sheer inconsistency of the show as well as just shoddy work in many places.
For the most part, I liked it, I guess. Ryuusei's actor really shined in this episode, but the story seemed to be just chained together by cliches.

Let me add - The writing for 31 shows through with several inconsistencies. The only one that comes to hand is that Tachibana should have known about Ryuusei's alliance, seeing as he made a point of telling him that he's his personal stalker now.
Also, what relevance does Stamper have to do with space? Giant Foot, Pen and Stamper are the three switches that are out of place, but Pen just passes and I like Giant Foot (Namely because they provided an explanation on how it works) but Stamper is just...

Look at it like this: Every switch is based on either a law of science or a scientific process.
Pen: Printing Giant Foot: Newton's law of universal gravitation Stamper: Force of stomping

Stamper has nothing to do with stomping, though.
Also, with Tachibana's oblivious...ness, someone posted a theory on TV-N, where basically Ryuusei just pretended to fake siding with him.

32 was pretty good, I guess. Completely rules out the theory of Ryuusei tricking Tachibana and just makes him less of a stalker, but also more of one nearer to the end =/ Cosmic States is more or less the manifestation of vaguely intuitive combat from a utility rider, so that's nice. The Henshin sequence was quite anticlimatic, though.
And the Cosmic States theme just capitalises on a fact : The writers are horrible at coming up with lyrics that are more than 5 lines -.-
