This will teach Toei that Kamen Rider fans want Kamen Rider and not some comedy fest show with cartoon sounds every 3 seconds.

I hope the ratings continue to plummet until they finally get shit together and throw some seriousness into this fucking show because it has so much potential.

From HJU, regarding The Next and Inoue's writing. I approve of this:

For awhile now I've operated under the theory that, after years of writing Kamen Rider stuff, Toshiki Inoue has grown tired of writing for tokusatsu and now just writes whatever kind of show or movie he wants and then shoves Kamen Riders in around the margins.

Okay, using Winch to disable Cancer, that much was smart enough. My only complain is this - Why didn't he just use Giant Foot? At any rate, it should play into Cancer's defeat (If the writer even bothers to think about the mythology that would/could be connected to it).

Cutting through shield, fair enough, but a simple reboot of the switch would fix it, wouldn't it?

Eh. Gentarou's hardly an interesting character and Eguchi wasn't the best, but the support have been a lot more interesting than the main. Kengo's role is shrinking, though.

As for Meteor, his line, 'I'll decide your fate' is kinda sad... Mainly because, he's an obvious Terui of a character, which paired with my Accel (In Priandrea) makes for a surprising similarity between the two's catchphrases, the latter will remain unknown, however.

I know I'm a stranger around here, but I can't help but share my thoughts as well , but Episode 25 made me roll eyes.

But episode 27's preview looks as if things are starting to pick up seriously. I really put in a lot of hopes for episode 27... (on Meteor's part).

My favourite episodes are around the 17 region, when Ryuusei first appears. I think he totally dragged me back in, since I almost FORGOT to watch KRF since episode 11. It was getting a little... well, stupid?


Many reviewers out there said that Ryuusei/Meteor is a promising addition to the series, but 24 25 26 doesn't really cover much of him, and his transformations are as if a kind of filler or trying to meet some kind of a 'oh, a rider has to henshin at least once. per episode.' quota.

Please please please make it good.

Also, a lot of people are complaining that his transformations are just getting stupid and not hidden at all, but even the Club members are noticing, and he's just getting sloppy.

You actually went for more drama than comedy. Why can't you do that more often?

The Kamen Rider Girls didn't suck...wow...maybe since it isn't a Rider song?

The entire fight/prom stuff was great, especially with the song continuing to play through it. And Miu and Gentaro dancing at the end with Shun walking away. Great. Montages should have been used better and it should have ended there. Miu and Shun should leave now; that should have been a great exit. The end of the episode ruins the entire thing for me.

Also, why the hell does she have to say "oops" once an episode? It made absolutely no sense in 25, as I recall. Trying to fill quota? Slightly more sense here, but yet...no. Just no. Stop it. Also, stop the Shun twinkle sound effect.

I just have to throw this in. I forgot about it; he final line of Hibiki. One of the finest lines I've seen in a Toku, if not the finest. And it exemplifies what the series is about:

"Even if you are not my apprentice, you are still my student."

Even with Inoue and his team fucking Hibiki so badly, that line is gold. It's beauty; it's what Hibiki is.

So, Taisen. People have banners saying things like, "I'm with Team Rider" or "Team Sentai" on sites like HJU. I don't get it, but I'm not excited over the movie, so maybe that's it.

Regardless, had a few minutes to kill. This accurately represents my side:

You know, I'm hoping that they claim the next season will be a second season of 555, for obvious reasons.

Then Toei surprises us all and finally makes a second season of Hibiki. Good Hibiki. Not that Inoue crap. We're overdo for the greatest Rider to return.
