The scene opens to the Akizuki household, Kotaro leaning on a wall near the front door, Kyoko and Katsumi on the couch. Kotaro had just informed them of what happened at Camp Diablo, minus the part where he transformed, saying a man calling himself Kamen Rider appeared and tried to save his father. Kyoko questioned this and asked "How do you know this 'Kamen Rider' isn't working with this Golgom thing?" "If he was, why would he destroy his own allies? It wouldn't make any sense." "I guess not, I'm just a little suspicious of him. He suddenly appears at the same time you and Dad were attacked by those Kaijin? Doesn't that seem strange to you, Kotaro-san?" "He was trying to help us, he told me that himself." At that moment, a story on the news appeared on the TV, saying that a monstrous human-leopard hybrid was spotted in the industrial distric near one of the Avalon Inc. manufacturing plants. "Looks like Golgom's made their next move. I'll go check it out and prove that Kamen Rider's one of the good guys." Kotaro ran out of the door and got on his bike, riding toward the industrial district.
After another long ride, he arrived at the plant and stepped off of the bike. He walked into the plant, expecting people to be running outside in fear. Instead, he saw that the workers were completely calm as the Kaijin walked around the plant and yelled "Keep working, humans! We're on a deadline! The Creation King needs the weapon completed today!"

Kotaro hid behind the shipping crates, questioning whether or not this is Golgom's next move, when the Tv screen on the wall at the far end of the room came to live, a man appearing on screen. "Leopard Kaijin, report!" "We're making progress, sir. We've almost completed the Satan Sabre for Shadow Moon. It's already usable, but we haven't tested it yet." "Well then, get to testing! He'll awaken soon, and I need the Sabre operational before he does." "Don't worry, Mr. Roth. We've got it covered." "That's not what I've heard, there's been a story about you on the news, it's only a matter of time before people find out about Golgom." Kotaro began to wonder who that man was and who this Shadow Moon guy is. He moved closer to investigate the area.

"Oh?" Daguba sighed standing along the rafters looking down staying out of sight, "Shadow Moon? Sounds like someone powerful." he chuckled as he begun to walk down the walkway and down the stairs to the second floor and reached an office to start looking through some papers. "Should have figured there wouldn't be papers laying around, Linto are stupid....but not THAT stupid." he growled looking over his shoulder. Daguba moved to the window to look down seeing the Leopard kaijin again, "I may still be relatively weak after that fight a few weeks ago with that Linto warrior-" Daguba growled remembering the destroyed city block that he lay in after the destruction of his last real fight. "-but I should be powerful enough to handle this kaijin...hmm?" Daguba noticed movement below and from his angle he noticed Kotaro. "A Linto?...this may get interesting soon."

The Leopard Kaijin sensed there are two other beings in the plant. One of them unrecognized, causing the Kaijin to think it is unimportant, and one with an enormous amount of power. The Kaijin looked toward the crates and charged toward it at blinding speed, crashing into the crates and sending Kotaro flying into the wall behind him. "You.... Black Sun.... The High Priests informed me of you. I will surely be promoted to the rank of Grand Mutant for destroying you!" The Kaijin swung at Kotaro, who rolled out of the way and quickly stood back up. Kotaro tooka deep breath and yelled "HENSHIN!!" A light appeared over his body and dissappeared to reveal his Rider form. "Kamen Rider..... BLACK!!" "Kamen Rider? Ha! Do you really think you stand a chance of defeating me? You're more foolish than I thought!" The Kaijin charged toward Kotaro again, readying its claws.

Daguba chuckled lightly leaning against the window frame watching, "A Kamen Rider here. This is a spot of luck, to think that I keep finding riders one after the other." he chuckled again and turned away to change into his Gurongi form, "Satan Sabre...I could use something like that." he chuckled again leaving the office but stopped to look at the computer on the desk, he flicked his wrist to cause the computer to smash against the wall then flicked again to force it out the window shattering the glass. "Although a kaijin that has access to it is even more valuable." he laughed quietly before he leaped from the second floor and landed down below and stood up staring at the rider and kaijin fighting.

Kotaro dodged as the Kaijin swung at him again. "You're faster than you look. Let's see if you can keep up!" saying that, the Kaijin ran across the room at blinding speed, constantly passing Kotaro. "Rider Sensor!" The antennae on his helmet began to move and track the Kaijins movements. After a minute, Kotaro extended his right arm towards the wall to his right. The Kaijin was caught by the arm and fell to the ground. As the Kaijin attempted to stand, Kotaro yelled "Rider PUNCH!", his hand began to glow red with energy from the Kingstone. The punch connected with the Kaijins stomach and sent it flying. The kaijin, like all felines do, landed on its feet and charged toward Kotaro again. Kotaro yelled "Kingstone Flash!" A bright, red light appeared from the gem in the Kingstone belt. The Kaijin disintegrated as the light blinded him. The TV screen came alive again, the man saying "Black Sun.... the wrench in my operations. The High Priests informed me of your traitorous decision. No one crosses Golgom and lives." "Who are you?! Are you another Kaijin?" "No, I'm much more powerful than a mere Kaijin. The form you see now is only my current vessel. I am the leader of Golgom, the mighty Creation King!"

The room began to echo Dabuga's laugh, "A King? How interesting! You too Kamen Rider, I thought that Kaijin could have been useful but seeing how weak it was I can only assume that all others from this Golgom faction can only be as weak. I'm left wondering if this rider is powerful or that kaijin was made of paper." he continued to laugh and walk toward the TV screen, "Now I'm curious of your own power, am I your inferior or are you mine?

"Why don't you see for yourself?" At that moment, a massive amount of psychic energy appeared, causing the workers to grasp their heads, groaning and screaming in pain. Even Kotaro was affected by the destructive energy.

Daguba looked around but instead chuckled, "You have powerful energy to injure someone mentally but I doubt you could even come close to defeating me....which is why I have come here with a gracious offer." Daguba turned back toward the screen, "If you were to hand over that powerful sounding Satan Sabre then I will make my first duty to destroy this rider." Daguba chuckled again pointing to Kotaro. "I haven't even reached my full power yet, once I do the entire world will be an my mercy....it's a shame I don't fall for mercy."

"The Satan Sabre is a weapon that can only be used by the Century King, Shadow Moon. It is not to be used by anyone else. As for the offer to destroy Black Sun, I'm sure my Kaijin are capable of destroying him eventually. But, since you're so 'powerful', what if I offered you a chance to be a member of the organization destined to enslave mankind? If you were to accept, you would be able to control your own batallion of Kaijin, as all of Golgom's ranking officers do. You would also be allowed to kill as many humans as you wish, no matter who they're with."

Daguba stood silent and looked over to the workers then Kamen Rider Black, "Quite the offer....hard for me to accept as my mission is to end this world. After that you trusted this kind of duty to such a weak kaijin it makes me question how powerful even your officers are." Daguba shrugged, "What would enslaving the Linto accomplish? They're weak beings who deserve a long, painful, suffering death."

Daguba glared toward the screen and gestured toward it, "I don't need to be your puppet to do such things. I can kill Linto at any time I want." he growled looking to several of the workers and gestured toward them using his telekinesis and forced several of them to fly through the air and into walls, "You see? I do as I please! You have no reason to rule this world, I will destroy it eventually. Maybe even the moment you defeat this rider you'll all be vaporized by mine or Kuuga's great power!"

"Fine. Looks like your choice has been made, as well as your fate." The TV screen then shut off. At that moment, the High Priests appeared in the middle of the room and removed the gems on their robes, transforming into monstrous mutants. "Baraom, destroy the humans. Leave none alive. Bishium, ensure Black Sun is unable to leave. I will deal with the newcomer." Baraom then began to slaughter the workers ad Bishium flew up into the air and divebombed toward Kotaro. Darom walked toward Daguba, saying "No one refuses an offer to join Golgom. Those who do are fated for destruction!"

Daguba placed his hands together, "Oh! I'm so sorry! Forgive me!....Heheheheh, you think that such words can threaten me? You should have the honor of re-writing your rules as saying No one EXCEPT Daguba has refused an offer to join Golgom and we forever regret trying to threaten him." Daguba chuckled walking toward Darom and flicked his wrist, "I hope you gave good thought to your actions." he chuckled once more before he started to run toward Darom while readying his claws.
