The UFDA called in from their main branch to SHOT. Kirihara was surprised; he hadn't heard of that happening before. SHOT acted more autonomously, after all. But they did.
And soon he had his orders. Take something from the Power Spot and transport it to a UFDA facility. Defend the transporting truck from anything, since the energy would be acting like a beacon, and make sure it arrives.
But why did the UFDA want that power? That was strange, since they were technologically minded more than anything, but...he wasn't going to question it. It wasn't his position to do that.
Amachi seemed interested in finding Maya and having her help, if possibly for no other reason than to ally with her, and have the three together. Kirihara wouldn't mind that, but he wasn't completely certain either.
