Overview: Shouma is a very honorable person. He's always willing to help the little guy, and hates it when his job forces him to do something morally grey, like beat someone to obtain information. As penance for these acts, he gives himself a cut on the arm every time he does something like this.
Hero Stuff
Name: Kamen Rider Defied
Type Of Hero: Kamen Rider
Henshin Device: The DefyDriver, a sword identical to Blade's King Rouzer except the red is green and the gold is silver.
Henshin Sequence: He grabs the rectangle part of the hilt and turns it so it's a 90 degree angle with the hilt, and pulls out the Kamen Ride: Defied card. He slots it into the rectangular part that he just turned, and it announces, "KAMEN RIDE". He says, "Henshin." and yanks the rectangular part back into it's original position. The DefyDriver announces, "DEFIED!" and the images of his Rider armors appear around him, spin around him, then absorb into his body, forming his basic armor sans color. Several cards fly out, float above his head for a moment, then converge on his head, forming his visor and causing the color to fill in, starting out pixelated then refining.

Image/ Description: The form is remarkably similar to Decade in helmet design, but instead of two defined eyes, they're joined into a single visor running across the helmet that sticks out slightly like Boukenger visor. His armor is primarily green, with armor much like the leg braces of Dekaranger SWAT Mode on the legs, greaves on top of those, gauntlets and bracers and shoulder plates. He has a slot on the back of his left shoulder for the DefyDriver

Fighting Style: He uses a power style, fighting with both hands on the Driver or around the Driver if he needs it stationary.
Weapons: The DefyDriver is his primary, even though his Ride Booker technically does have a gun and sword mode, he almost never uses them.
Abilities: He can use Kamen Ride Cards to transform into any second Rider, including G3, Knight, Kaixa, Garren, Ibuki, Gatack, Zeronos, IXA, Accel, Birth and Meteor. His Attack Ride cards are all sorts of cool stuff, like Clock Up, Illusion, Invisible, and many more.
Finisher(s): Defied Crush- He opens the slot on the DefyDriver, and inserts the Final Attack Ride: Defied card. It announces, "FINAL ATTACK RIDE!" and he closes the slot, prompting it to announce, "D-D-D-DEFIED!" His blade begins to glow as several man-sized holographic Ride Cards appear in front of him and line up on the path to the target. He slashes once, bottom to top, and a energy slash is fired, picking up speed and becoming bigger as it passes through the cards. History
Not much is known about Shouma's history, and Shouma ain't telling anyone anytime soon either. He grew up in Diend's World, and was actually taken captive and tortured by 14 to get him to reveal where his brother, Kamen Rider Birth, was hiding. Shouma refused to betray his brother, and 14 gave him his face scar for his troubles then dumped him back out on the street, where he was found by KR Blade and cared for. Kaisen, or Blade, was very kind to Shouma and taught him the vales he holds dear to this day. One day, 14 discovered where they were hiding and sent troops to capture them. Kaisen gave Shouma his King Rouzer and shoved him through a dimension portal, sending Shouma flying into the Nexus of Worlds. His last sight of his homeworld was Blade being pumped full of Anti Rider Rounds and dying. Shouma, in his attempt to save Blade, actually managed to redirect himself and he flew into a different world, one where Dai Shocker had won the events of "All Riders Vs. Dai-Shocker", and thus ruled the planet with an iron fist, led by Decade.
Shouma hid, and while in hiding, reworked Kaisen's King Rouzer to make the DefyDriver. He observed Decade, and copied his abilities, creating his own deck of Rider Cards, but for some reason, Shouma was unable to create the same Kamen Ride cards Decade had, so he went with the next best thing and did second Riders. He then rallied the people and led them in a massive revolt against Dai Shocker, climaxing with him facing off against Decade. Decade's Violent Emotion clashed with Defied's Pure Emotion, and the castke began to fall apart around them. Defied managed to defeat Decade and destroy his Driver, but the energies opened a dimensional portal and sucked him in, sending him to the Nexus of Worlds along with a good bit of the castle masonry.
Upon arriving, Shouma found that Decade existed in the Nexus as well, and made it his mission to destroy Decade and all of his iterations across all of the worlds.

Sample RP: The auras clashed, energy flying everywhere and destroying large chunks of walls and towers as Decade and Defied battled it out.
"Damn Rider. How long have you observed me?" Decade asked as their swords locked.
"Long enough to know how to kill you." Defied growled, suring forward and knocking Decade off balance. With a final, triumphant yell, Defied lined up his sword and plunged it directly through the center of the DecaDriver. Just for good measure, he turned the blade and ripped sideways, ripping out the bottom left quarter of Decade's torso.
"Die." Defied said as he raised his sword for a final blow, then felt a pull behind him. He turned, and saw a large portal, sucking in large pieces of stone, and about to suck him in. He turned, and saw Decade on the ground, dead as a doornail, then flew backward, into the space between dimensions, into a tunnel which looked surprisingly like the one the TARDIS travels through (not that Shouma would get the reference) as Shouma undid his transformation and relaxed, glad that he had managed to free the people and kill Decade.
