Accessories:A different version of the SPD’s Chief badge, a silver badge with red, blue, green, yellow and pink jewels worn on the outside of his uniform and either there (In uniform) or on his right glove (When out). He has the D-Sword Saiph holstered on his left hip at most times with the Master License on the back of his belt (A place normally used after transformation)
Clothes:When forced inside of the Dekabase, he wears a command uniform, a long coat, mainly black with a red trim and a high collar. However, underneath he normally wears something similar to a Karate Gi underneath which isn’t SPD uniform. When in casual clothing, he usually goes for a stark black and white contrast with green highlights, such as shoelaces and glove tips.
Anything Else?His name, Volenti-Forerro is made up of his his father’s destined name (Equivalent to a first), Volenti, and his mother’s father’s name, Forerro. His destined name was given by his father, interesting seeing as it was a Jikyuu-Seijin’s name. As such, while on Brāvosin others will know who he is (By knowing his bloodline) at the mention of his destined name most will be confused.

Strengths:
- Knows several fighting styles, including the swordfighting of the Brāvosin, the famous ‘Galaxy Sword Style’ and the hand-to-hand techniques of the Tokkyou which are what he mainly uses.
- His respiratory system is incredibly advanced, and he has a surprising resistance to fire, both due to his Brāvosin origins.
- A proficient leader and can run a branch of the SPD effectively, from organising squads to dealing with paperwork.
- Never loses his balance.

Overview:Yuu is overall, quite eccentric. He can often be seen jumping around chasing people on one foot, but when the situation calls for it he can become incredibly serious. He loves animals from all over the universe and his hobby is learning all of them and their qualities. He is intelligent and knows many languages from several galaxies which he uses to his advantage. He’s a bit of a tourist and is interested in learning about everything. He doesn’t have the strongest sense of justice, but he has a strong sense of morality and will do his best to fight crime. He’s normally focused on the obstacle he’s facing at the moment and will stop and go out of his way to help people he deems in need.

Henshin Sequence:Declaring ‘Emergency! DekaMaster!’ Yuu hits the button on the top of the Master License and thrusts it into the air, and the Dekametal is transferred from the Dekabase to his body. After shouting ‘Face, On!’ his helmet appears, finishing his transformation as sirens wail from the alarms on the sides of his head.

Fighting Style:With the Brāvosin Water Dancing form, Yuu uses his blade as a needle and a fluid joint of his arm, showing impressive agility and speed as he moves through his enemies. Otherwise, he has the Tokkyou fighting techniques to rely on in hand-to-hand combat.
Weapons:The D-Sword Saiph, a blade with a golden hilt, fashioned into a wolf’s head with a black grip made of a foreign leather. The blade has a small safe area, outlined in a red with a chrome inside. Beyond that, the slender blade is a shimmering blue silver steel. That’s on his left hip. On his right hip is actually a holster containing a weapon similar in design to the D-Revolver, only much smaller but designed for the same concept.
Abilities:Dekamaster gives heightened physical capabilities, but the majority of its functions are accessed through the Master License.
Finisher(s):After a Delete is approved, various Strike Outs can be used, but there are none that are specific. Techniques that Yuu does know and uses often include the Galaxy Sword Style’s secret technique : Saiph Impulse, and one from his hometown from one of the master Water Dancers, the Forel Slash.
Other Equipment:
- D-Sword Saiph. More or less counts as it’s usually kept outside of Henshin.
- The Master License - In addition to the basic functions of an SP License, it has more complex access to the SPD’s networks. It also has a higher priority when receiving Judgement.
History
Yuu was born on Brāvosin and raised there during his childhood. His mother and father (His father being raised on Earth, and both his parents half Brāvosin) raised him and taught him the ways of the Water Dancer. His father was a sleeping agent of the SPD and when he was called on, his father took him and his mother with him and they lived in a human-colonised planet. Yuu was living amongst Tokkyou candidates and he went to school and classes with them, learning the fighting styles as well. Eventually he was accepted into the ranks of the SPD, although not as a Gold Badge. He was a fast rising member, assigned to several planets for periods of time. He was usually DekaGreen, or on some planets Black and in one instance Blue. Eventually he rose into the leadership ranks. It was around that time that his father died (Of poisoning, something similar to Cancer amongst Brāvosin). His father, after living on Brāvosin remembered the high levels of crime on Earth and Yuu, honouring him asked for a relocation to Earth. He was granted that relocation and was to be the Deputy Head of Earth Branch and with his newly optimised DekaMaster suit he was sent, where he took on a few minor cases, not really announcing himself.

Sample RP:”Swift as a deer.” Yuu muttered, sprinting across in his ‘combat ready uniform’. He leapt from pillar to pillar, keeping away from the sentries. In this well-lit building he could be found out easily. “Quiet as a shadow.” He added, pressing against a pillar as a guard walked past him. Behind him he ran past, proceeding on. Nearing the door, he found one a few thinly disguised Anaroids guarding. Two wielded firearms and were a few paces ahead while another sat at a desk with a complex, alien computer in front of him. Under the desk was a button, a panic button.
“Calm as still water.” He stopped, the group between him and the door. Analyzing the situation he pulled out his SP Shooter and lined up the shot. He fired the first shot, disabling the Anaroid at the desk. One Anaroid swiveled around, looking back at the machine left smouldering on a chair while the over raised its weapon and aimed at where the shot had been fired. “Quick as a snake.” A blade swung up, cutting off the Anaroid’s hands and the gun dropping to the ground. He elbowed the machine in the head and pierced it through the chest, destroying it. The other Anaroid fired at him, easily deflected by his sword. He ran at him but the Anaroid threw aside the weapon, raising an arm with a heavy ball at the end. “Strong as a bear!” Yuu spoke aloud, ducking underneath and grabbing the forearm mid-swing. He fought against the mechanical strength before kneeing it in the gut, sending it reeling. “Fierce as a wolverine.” He recited, making a clean swing that took off its head.
Yuu sheathed his blade again, walking up to the desk. He stared at it for a moment before opening his SP License, hacking it in seconds. The doors opened and he sauntered through. He fired blindly several times as the doors opened before rolling forward. Several mechanoids fired back at him, shooting right over him. He stopped in a crouch next to an elevator door, hitting the button with the back of his hand before firing at them. He fell back into the door, jumping up and hitting a button, sending the elevator up. He stopped to straighten his outfit.
When he arrived, he closed the doors instantly before slotting his sword through, cutting into the gap as it appeared on the other side of the door. He kicked the panel lightly, opening the doors. He deflected a shot from an Mechanaroid before swinging behind him, slicing off an Mechanoid’s forearm before sidestepping, flicking his wrist and stabbing it before he jumped back, pulling out his blade. He ducked down low again before lunging upwards again, embedding his blade in the other Mechanoid’s head.
“Fear cuts deeper than swords.” He said loudly, looking at the Alienizer sitting at the head of a table lazily.
“I see you have guests, Toriheba-Seijin Brukiner.” He commented, looking over. Seven other Alienizers were seated and one was hiding a small data storage device. The Alienizer slammed his hands on the table.
“Get him!” Brukiner roared and the other Alienizers jumped up, some running for him with melee weapons while others drew guns. He smoothly hit an Alien’s hand with the side of his blade, making him drop his knife before kicking him aside. He deflected two shots before drawing his blade across another Alienizer’s arm, the tip of the blade pricking his neck. Yuu slashed his shoulder before knocking him aside also. He walked forward calmly, deflecting shots fired at him. He held his sword in a blocked position, his wrists moving rapidly to stop the flow of bullets. He drew his SP Shooter with a free hand and shot an Alienizer who was assembling an automatic weapon, crippling him. He ran forward and jumped onto the table, cutting through the Alienizers with a series of blows that would injure, wound and maim but not kill. Atop of the table, he held his weapon pointed at Brukiner.
“The man who fears has already lost.” He said to him blankly, drawing his SP License. “Judgement.” The Alienizer’s hands were clenched as the two symbols flashed in front of him. Eventually the verdict was decided.
“Delete Approved?” He read, looking at his license.
“Secret Technique of Forel!” He shouted, kicking down on the table, smashing it in as he descended to Brukiner’s level. He made a series of swift movements, slashing the Alienizer many times, crippling him before smashing him in the side of the head with the side of his blade before going for a stab. His blade was shining with light by that time and it all exploded, Deleting the Alienizer.
“Got you!” He announced, sheathing his blade with his thumb extended. He pulled out his license and opened up a line back to the Control Room. “Victory is Accomplished!”” He reported happily.
