Overview: Kenji, in simple terms, is an idiot. He had an IQ of 15 and he isn't the quickest bike in the race. But he's the kind of idiot who is Trey's best friend, ever since 1st Grade. They've been through the fun years of elementary school AND the time of torment during their days at Amanogawa High School.

When Torema gave him the Cyber Memory, he was reluctant to use it, but after watching Torema suffer a near death defeat, he quickly snapped to action to protect his friend. Ever since, Trey and Kenji have been as thick as thieves, protecting the city as a dynamic duo almost as effective in combat as Riders 1 and 2. He is a martial arts expert, though his idiotic appearance hides that, making him a force to be reckoned with.... at least in physical combat.

  History
  
  
  Kenji was born in Futo, his parents not expecting the knucklehead that they had given birth to. During his second year of elementary school, he met Trey, and found out he was as big a Kamen Rider fan as he was. This led to a long era of a brotherly bond that led to them becoming Riders themselves.
  
  When Kenji and Trey went to Amanogawa, thats when the s**t hit the fan. They were instantly targeted by the schools bullies, realizing it wasn't a good idea to wear Kamen Rider t-shirts, but they eventually got used to the constant bullying, realizing that its natural in high school for guys like them. After Trey left school to live in the US, Kenji got a job as assistant manager in a restaurant, hiring Trey once he returned to Futo, but their employer fired Trey after he ran off to "see the fight between Rider and Dopant whenever one was announced on TV" one too many times, resulting in Kenji saying "If you fire him you'll have to fire me too!" which didn't work as well as he had hoped. He was able to get a job at the race track as a coordinator, which means he's in charge of who's riding and who's dropping out, being Trey's contact for entering motorcycle races.
  
  When Trey recieved his powers and his mission, he told Kenji to protect Futo in his stead. Kenji promised to do so until Torema returned, so that their team would be reunited one day.

  As Kenji watched Torema leave the warehouse, he began to think of their past, how they've become like brothers. From the earliest memory of him, right to this moment. Kenji called to torema, saying "Hey, bro!"
  
  Torema turned around, Kenji immediately saying "Stay out of trouble, ok?" "We both know that's not going to happen." Kenji laughed as he realized how true that would be.
  
  As Torema walked through the door leading out of the warehouse, Kenji took his GaiaMemory out of his jacket, saying "Guess it's up to me now. I'll prove myself worthy of being a Rider, and protect Futo from whatever threatens it." Kenji walked toward the exit, knowing that this wasn't going to be easy, but then again, nothing about being a Rider was easy.
