ok, so here's how and why Torema became Kamen Rider J. Countless years ago, a being called The Creator was responsible for the dimensions and for the worlds colliding into a world filled with Riders, Rangers, and other heroes. But one of the Creators works, the Psycho-Riders, sought to either control or destroy the dimensions and worlds. The Creator sought to rectify his mistake by creating a mighty warrior imbued with powers beyond imagining and augmenting one of the Heroes of the dimensions with these powers. A week ago, an interdimensional being called Archimedes approached Torema, telling him of the Psycho-Riders and that he has been chosen to be the Creators champion. He was augmented with the powers of the Creator's previous champion, a warrior known only by the first letter of his name, J. Archimedes gave him his mission, to join the Rider Army and, with their help, keep the Psycho-Riders at bay or completely destroy them. So, basically, he's been tasked with a near-impossible mission and most likely being hunted by the Psycho-Riders.
The resons I put this up is because I'm trying to informing the people who have either Psycho-Rider characters or characters in the Rider Army, now known as the Legendary Riders, yet Torema still thinks the Rider Army exists, and is searching for Riders 1 and 2, seeking to prove himself worthy of joining them. I also put this up as a way of asking if it is acceptable to make his mission to wipe out or combat the Psycho-Riders

I'd always thought the plan for the Psychos was that they would be defeated by their good counterparts.

The Psychos were created within each of their own dimensions, with different powers, and the Creator thought they would stay within their respective dimensions. With the Psychos discovery of interdimensional travel, the risk of the Psychos going rogue against the other worlds and the Creator was realized. if the Psychos would ever meet their good counterparts, it would result in both sides being completely destroyed, resulting in destabilization of the Combined World. The Creator gave J the ability to combat the Psychos in both their humanoid forms and their "monster" forms to ensure the Psychos would be destroyed while keeping the good versions of them alive and keeping the Combined World from self-destructing, for if the Combined World were to fall, the other dimensions would be destroyed as well

Interesting idea, but it doesn't work for a couple of reasons.
1. The Psychos don't have monster forms.
2. They were made in the Psycho-Shocker headquarters.
3. One Psycho met his good counterpart. Nothing happened.
4. Psycho-Shocker discovered interdimensional travel before they even made the Psychos.

Ok, how about this:
Countless years ago, a being called The Creator was responsible for the dimensions and for the worlds colliding into a world filled with Riders, Rangers, and other heroes. An organization called Psycho-Shocker appeared on one of the worlds, creating the Psycho-Riders for one reason, interdimensional conquest. The Creator realized this threat to his idea of absolute peace, and bestowed amazing powers to a warrior who called himself J. J became the Creators champion, making him a target of Psycho-Shocker, and was defeated, but he was able to weaken the Psycho-Riders to an extent that Psycho-Shocker's plans were delayed, but not stopped. The Creator sent his envoy, Archimedes to find someone worthy of the powers that J had wielded. He had found a Kamen Rider that the other worlds did not have, a warrior named Machina. Archimedes began to watch Machina's battles, evaluating him on his actions. After a month of evaluation, Archimedes approached Machina, telling him of the Creator and the Psycho-Riders, and augmenting him with J's powers. ((and by "monster" forms, I thought the Psycho-Riders were using the secondary forms the Psycho-Rangers used in Power Rangers in Space)) Archimedes gave him a mission, to join the Rider Army and, with their help, keep the Psycho-Riders at bay or completely destroy them. So, basically, he's been tasked with a near-impossible mission and most likely being hunted by the Psycho-Riders.
This better, timeline-wise?

Re-Re-Modify!
Countless years ago, a being called The Creator was responsible for the dimensions and for the worlds colliding into a world filled with Riders, Rangers, and other heroes. An organization called Psycho-Shocker appeared on one of the worlds, creating two weapons, the Psycho-Riders and the Neo-Organism, for one reason, interdimensional conquest. The Creator realized this threat to his idea of absolute peace, and bestowed amazing powers to a warrior who called himself J. J became the Creators champion, but he had fallen before he could destroy the Neo-Organism. The Creator sent his envoy, Archimedes to find someone worthy of the powers that J had wielded. He had found a Kamen Rider that the other worlds did not have, a warrior named Machina. Archimedes began to watch Machina's battles, evaluating him on his actions. No.
The world isn't a merged world. This is just how the world is.
