Overview:
Shiro is a man who can be viewed as vain and a bit spoiled. He is, in a manner of speaking. He comes off as an elitist, because he is. He enjoys the finer things, and isn’t as down-to-earth as he would like to be. He’s overall a good man, but with little patience for people who act foolishly or annoy him. He’s smart and sophisticated, with a prodigal sense for the IT industry, as he built ExaStream from the ground up.

He has a great love for his sister, Chiharu, and would do anything for her. Some might say he has a sister complex, but he denies it. It’s most likely true, and he does know that.

He has a sense of revenge towards Vector, for stealing some of his life away, and is thankful that he survived their fall. He wants revenge against anyone he can find who was connected to that organization, and does want to fight as a Kamen Rider.

History

Born in Shibuya to a lower class family, he always took care of his sister and did his best in school. He had to depend on himself and few others, deciding that he would do what his parents couldn’t; build a proper life for his beloved sister.

Over the years he worked very hard, making money where he could. He began to gain an interest in computers and had a knack for it. Working there primarily, he started a small IT industry called ExaStream, which would grow to be a very, very successful organization in a few years time. He would have all the money he could want, and would be able to easily take care of his sister with it.

Chiharu went on to become an idol, which made him happy that she was happy. He found a strong friendship with Takayuki Tama during this time, and caught the eye of Takayuki’s sister, Junko. He mostly ignored her and continued to run his business.

He was captured by Vector when one of their representatives went to ExaStream with interest in using them. He was able to see through the man and was captured to be made into a Kaizo Ningen so that he would comply. During the battle at the Vector base in Europe, he managed to escape the carnage with his mind intact, being a Vector Rider now.

He ignored the title he had been given, taking the name of “Kamen Rider” as he went back to Japan and his company. He continues to run ExaStream with the intent to fight for justice. And more importantly, revenge.

Overview:
Chiharu is a cheerful girl with few cares. She has turned somewhat of a blind eye on the dangers and perils of the world, focusing more on her own life, as she knows she can’t do anything to help. She’s smart and a great singer who genuinely loves what she does. She loves her brother more than anything in the world, to the point of being emotionally dependent on him, since he was always there for her in childhood.

She has an odd relationship with Junko Tama. She likes the girl, but she hates how she goes about things with Shiro, despite that she wants them to be together.

She’s a bit naïve in various parts of the world, such as business and especially in anything having to do with romance of any sort, or people most of the time, as she is pretty shy. She, however, is very trusting, and can be easily hurt as a result.

History

Born to a lower class family, her brother is the one who always took care of her. She did well in school with his help to tutor her, but even with him always there, at the same time, he wasn’t. He was trying to build them a future.

After leaving their parents to live with Shiro at the age of 13, she had a chance at a great life. She got it, when with Shiro’s help, she found the confidence to try a singing competition. It paid off, and she won. She was given more chances to sing, and was loved by the people. She became a national idol in Japan, and became happy this way. This occurred at the age of 16, and has only been going on for a year so far.

Shiro disappeared for a short period of time, putting her in a depression, until his return, which prompted her to keep her newly canceled events canceled, so she could spend time with him. She became good friends with the Tama family (specifically the girls) over the course of a few years, and wants to continually help Junko with Shiro, and often spends time with her.

Overview:
Junko is a smart and educated woman who does well for herself in life, but often finds herself distracted by Shiro and thoughts of him, hindering her work a bit. She’s very caring, as seen with her sister, Youko, and even Chiharu, whom she views as almost a younger sister at times, often because of her perceived relationship with Shiro, which isn’t really there.

By no means is she a simple woman or one to be caught off guards by vanity. She genuinely likes Shiro, and due to Takayuki’s friendship with him, has met him a fair number of times more personally and professionally both, and has simply fallen for him. It’s standard emotions, not obsession or anything of the sort. She could easily break away if someone else managed to take her heart, but thus far, nothing.

She’s a good businesswoman, but doesn’t often get to put it into use. That disappoints her, in all honesty, but she’s getting over it, because she sees her chance to use it to impress Shiro, and more if she can be with him and be at ExaStream.

History

She was the middle child, two years older than Youko, two years younger than Takayuki; her father a sailor who would die at sea, and a mother who would give them up for adoption after, when she was six, due to this. Their family had been middle class.

They were adopted into the Tama family and loved well, though stuck together more than finding love with the family in return. They would respect the Tamas, but wouldn’t go to them for money or anything as they grew up, as they weren’t real family.

When Takayuki went to work for ExaStream and took care of Youko, Junko went to work at an office as a businesswoman of sorts, working her way up with her education. She would often visit ExaStream and she would soon fall for Shiro Kazami as a result, not that he reciprocated. His sister, Chiharu, would be of help, but it wouldn’t be enough.

She continues to have a very strong relationship with her siblings, unaware of Zero One, Shiro’s identity as a Kamen Rider, or anything like that, much like her brother…

Takayuki is a man who is smart and skilled in his fields of expertise – IT and technology. He has a strong sense of loyalty to his family, a duty to them, and a great love for them. He has a strong sense of duty and honor towards Shiro as well, as he wants nothing more than to be of help, though he worries for the man. He sometimes wonders if he’s not half in love with Shiro himself, and it’s not just Junko, though he doesn’t seriously consider that a possibility. He knows of his honor and his duty for Shiro, as the man helped him when he needed it most, for the sake of his family.

He’s been burdened with Shiro’s secret, and will throw himself completely into helping, though has to balance that with his family. He finds this sometimes difficult, as he’s torn. His loyalty to Shiro, for helping him support his family, or his family?

History

Shiro wouldn’t acknowledge.

He continues to work for Shiro, unaware of Youko’s bond with Zero One, but he would soon be made aware of Shiro’s identity as a Kamen Rider. He was shocked to learn this, but chose to aid his friend in any way he could.

"You have a sister, don't you, Takayuki-san?"
He nodded, "Junko. You know, I think you might like her, Shiro-kun."
Shiro sat back in his chair, "Takayuki-san, do you have to call me that? And stop trying to set me up with women. I'm too busy running the company."
Takayuki leaned back in his chair in front of Shiro's desk, "I figured you had changed our mind, since you were asking me, Shiro-kun."
"Stop it," Shiro said, not that he really minded or cared. Takayuki Tama was a good friend, after all.
"Ok, why did you ask about my sister?" Takayuki asked him.
Shiro opened a drawer, pulling out a small box. He put it on the desk and pushed it over to the other side. Takayuki leaned forward and took the box, sitting back in his seat and opening it. He let out a low whistle when he saw what was inside.
"Where did you get this?" Takayuki asked.
"A customer gave it to me as a gift," Shiro told Takayuki, "I offered them to Chiharu, but she said she couldn't accept them."
"These look like real emeralds," he told Shiro, holding up one of the earrings for a better look.
"As I was told, they are," Shiro answered.
"Have them checked?"
"No."
"You trust him, then?"
"I do," Shiro said.
"Ok, so why didn't Chiharu-chan want them?" he asked.
Shiro smiled a bit, "She told me they were too nice as a gift to my sister. She told me to give them to a woman."
"I assume she wanted you to find a girlfriend and eventually a wife, right?" Takayuki asked
"That's what I assume," he answered, shrugging, "I have too much work to fret over things like she does." He smiled again, "To think she's younger, yet she looks out for my happiness like that." He shrugged, "I'm happy as I am."
"So you're giving them to me to give to Junko?" he asked, as if to make sure.
"Yes; take them," Shiro stated.
Takayuki gained a sly smile, "Junko may start to wonder."
"Wonder about what?" asked Shiro.
"What sort of man you are, Shiro-kun. She may take it as a declaration of love, seeing as how nice these are, and she was technically the woman chosen to receive them."
He sighed, turning around in his chair and looking outside, "Let her, then," he told his friend, "I'll be fine."

"I thought I would find you here, Shiro-kun," a woman behind him said, adding a little laugh, "You kind of stick out with that vest."
He turned around to see a woman standing there, around twenty six years old. She was beautiful to behold; he had always thought so. Her radiant face, her cascading brown hair, the sense of refinement she had in her clothing choices. She struck him as someone he could get close to, if he wasn't after Shocker.
He never cared to confirm or deny anything to Junko Tama. He never cared to tell her to leave him, stop annoying him, or to keep coming. He didn't care enough to tell her anything.
He cared enough, at least, to keep her out of the conflict. He cared enough to do that by being cold to her, indifferent. It would keep her away, but also keep her coming back. While that could be dangerous for her, it would keep her available for the day he could finally stop his revenge, for the day his thirst would be quenched by eliminating Shocker. Then, if he desired, he could be with her.
"Junko," he said, indifferent, not bothering to use an honorific. He put his hands into his pockets and started to walk down the street. He knew she was following him, even without looking back. He continued to speak, looking straight ahead, "How's Takayuki-san?"
She smiled with some forlorn. He was more interested in her brother than he was in her. Why did he always ask her about him? He could just as easily find Takayuki himself and talk.
"My brother is fine," she told him, "I keep telling him every time I see you. He doesn't really ask much about you, though."
"Did he tell you to tell me that?" Shiro questioned, still not looking at her.
She nodded, "Yes, he did. Why?"
"I think he has some grand idea that when I find out he doesn't care about me, I'll stop asking about him."
"And what good would that do?" she questioned, drawing her eyebrows together in confusion.
"Then I'll start asking you about yourself," Shiro commented offhandedly, "He's trying to push me to you, or something." Shiro looked up; keeping his head leaned back as he stared up at the sky between words, "But…"
"But what?" she asked, rushing and getting in front of him so that he would look at her when he lowered his head.
He didn't give her that satisfaction. He lowered his head and turned around so as to not look at her, "I have business to attend to," he told Junko, "Please, you should leave."
"Shiro-kun!" she grabbed his arm, "Why won't you tell me anything?"
He gently pulled his arm free of her grip, "Please, leave me."
As he started to walk away from her, he heard her calling after him, "Shiro-kun! Shiro-kun!"
But he didn't answer her. He had matters to attend to.
