Raina nodded, muttering something quietly as she leaned forward and clasped her arms around his stomach, the rest of her squarely behind him and comfortable, her legs felt at home against the soft sides of the horse's hair.

He had the horse slow and stop. He turned back to her as best as he could, hoping she might compensate and turn the rest of the way to make it easier to talk.
