Henshin Device/Sequence:Masked rider System belt and Kabuto Zecter. Calls out for the Zecter with the command "COME!" and slides it into the belt.

Transformation:Inserts zecter into the belt. Can be formed using the "PUT ON!" command in Rider Form by replacing the zecter horn to its original position.

Appearance:
Transformation:Flips the zecter horn over from one side of the zecter to the other. Sometimes simply dislodging it first to release some armour plating before completing the sequence. Usually performed with the "CAST OFF!" command
Weapons and Abilities:Thinner armour but faster as a result, kunai gun in all 3 modes, clock-up system.
Finisher(s):Rider Kick. Presses the 1, 2 and 3 buttons on the zecter before replacing the zecter horn to its original position. Then with the "RIDER KICK!" command, pulls the horn back and initiates a roundhouse rider kick. - Form Name:Hyper form

Transformation:Attaches Hyper Zecter to left side of belt in Rider Form and pressing down on the horn with the "HYPER CAST OFF!" command.

Personality: David is headstrong and a tad egotistically. However, he has the rare skills to back up his ego. Intelligence, combat skills and lets be honest....a demon in the sack. He is rather wise for his age, often spouting varying words of wisdom allegedlly told to him by his grandfather before he passed.

History:
David grew up in the regular present day. Nothing too out of the ordinary happened. That is until the day ZECT became a little too active and sent wave after wave of Worms up against the population, converting as many of their kind into human mimics and killing the original. When he was 15, David's own parents were killed and mimicked before his very eyes. Horrified by what he had seen, he took his little brother, Alex (6), and fled.
The pair lived on the streets, scavenging any and all food they could find until they ran into the resistance group, Neo-ZECT. David pleaded with the soldiers to help them but they were almost turned away by the troops if not for a sympathetic General Stahl, commanding officer of that regiment. When he was deemed old enough, David was granted a place as one of their soldiers. He started as a meer Neo-Trooper grunt, but quickly accelled in all aspects of his training. He was quickly granted command of his own regiment of shadow troopers when Stahl became CO of Neo-ZECT who eventually made David his right-hand man. Alex, forever living in his brothers shadow, was never quite as good a soldier as David so remained in the lower ranks.
During a raid of one of ZECT's science stations, Neo-ZECT came into possession of a number of ZECT's Masked Rider System's and put them to good use. David was granted the use of the Kabuto System.
David swore vengeance upon the worms who dared mimic his family and take them away from him and would one day pay them back for the pain he and his brother suffered.
During a recent raid, Neo-Zect recovered the Hyper Zecter. During a testing accident with this new device, something went wrong, sending David trapped 20 years into the past to our present day, before the war he knows broke out.

"CLOCK OVER!" The Rider System said as the scientist wearing the belt inside the testing chamber ended his test of the Clock Up system in the Kabuto Rider Belt.
The new belt's they had secured from ZECT were outstanding. Now they would be able to keep up with the Worm and the ZECT Riders with Riders of their own. If they could mass produce this technology, they would be able to give it to their standard troopers to. With proper training of course.
David was in awe at the power of the technology he had just witnessed. finally, he would truly stand a chance at redemption for his family.
"Admiral on the deck!" David heard a voice exclaim, making him look towards the entrance to the testing lab to see Captain Stahl stride into the room to see the technology for himself.
"Sir!" David saluted as Stahl approached him.
"At ease, Commander!" he replied, "How's our new 'investment' coming along?"
"Better than we had imagined, Captain. Of the 4 systems we managed to obtain, the Caucasus and Kabuto systems seem to be the strongest with practically equal but nonetheless high power levels. And the Hercus and Ketaros systems aren't too shabby either!"
"Nice job, my friend!" Stahl replied patting him on the shoulder.
"Thank you sir!" Max added, "I think it would be our best tactic, to give these syatems to our most skilled operative's sir."
"Agreed, who did you have in mind?"
"Corporal Hick's and Captain Drevenski are both skilled fighters. As are Vasquez and McCoy. they all command the respect they deserve and the troops follow them without question. the Rider Systems would be in safe hands with them!"
"Very good...but you are forgetting someone Commander!" Stahl said as he wandered over to the Kabuto belt and picked it up before handing it to David
"Sir?" he questioned
"You, are without a doubt the best soldier we have, and your regiment is by far the most skilled. I trust you to distribute the rest as you see fit, but....keep this one for your own! you've earned it, McLeod!"
"I wont let you down, Sir!"
"Very good, carry on!" Stahl finished before he and his aids left the lab via the elevator.
David was awestruck. He was going to be the user of one of the most powerful pieces of tech he had ever laid his eye upon. He just stared at it until one of the scientists spoke up.
"Would you like to try it out sir?" he asked
David just replied with a smirk and a nod before putting on the belt and making his way into the test chamber. the Kabuto Zecter was on a pedistal at the opposite end of the chamber, waiting for its orders.
David shot his open hand into the air and yelled.
"COME!"
The Zecter took flight and landed securely in his now tensely gripped hand. David posed before...
"Henshin!" he exclaimed and slid the Zecter onto the belt.
