AKR Systems/Cassie's Past

The American Government got fed up with all of the monster attacks and didn't want to put the fate of the world into "vigilantes". So the military began to devise their own Artificial Kamen Rider Systems. The AKR series based the designs of their first six Riders off of Kamen Rider Kiva and based them off of mythical creatures/movie monsters (unknowingly off of existing races). Each Kivat was given good AI. Alexandra Cain/Kamen Rider Lycan was one of them.

In the first mission, the six Riders were overtaken due to inexperience with the devices. It was decided by the army to decommision them, but none of the six were recovered. The six were ruled KIA legally but the bodies were never found. The systems didn't fail because of faulty equipment, but because the makers actually tapped into demon magic. As a result all the users were rejected by their Kivat. Cassie is an exception but she was still rejected by Howl before it was necessary for both of them to work together after both lost their memories.

With the exception of Lycan and one other, all of them are up for grabs. I figured I might as well let people come up with ideas for them instead of mentioning them in Cassie's backstory and never again.

I should point this out, the American governemtn does have two other ways to combat the attacks. The Generation System Armours (And eventually/soon the Victory System) and SHIELD (Not sure how well that qualifies, though)
