Meet-up (Ronin)

[Prince and Elika]

Prince laid against the base of a tree, napping. He had just ran across the top of the city to this area, and was resting while he waited for Elika, who soon landed by his feet. Prince opened one eye, and said, "You're late."
"I know. I got a little distracted." Elika said as she walked over and sat down next to Prince.
"By what?" Prince asked, raising an eyebrow.
Elika sighed, and said, "I stopped by the loft and saw Shinji."
Prince sat up, and said, "Really? You went all the way back?"
"Yep." Elika said. Prince sighed, and shook his head.

[Gin, Rai, and Hime]

From the back of the tree came a voice, a mix of pride and sarcasm to his tone. "Well now, looks like you two got along well since then." It was Kakusa, hidden in the shadow of the tree. For some reason or another, he had a tendency to appear like so. Due to the nature of his techniques, he always stuck near the shadows, and even on the brightest of days, trees provided exactly what he needed.

From a few feet away, Hikami chimed in. "Don't go scaring them now, Kakusa. We haven't seen them in so long, and you decide it's smart to just pop out of nowhere? What if they thought you where an enemy? Or worse, a Gedoushu?"

Rai, sitting in a branch above Prince and Elika, chuckled, adding his own opinions. "Hime, don't be such a downer. Let Gin have his fun." Hopping down, he landed maybe a foot from Prince. "So, ReiRei, how's it hangin'?"

[Prince and Elika]

"It's fine, RaiRai. Wonderful, even. You?" Prince replied.
Elika looked into the tree, and said, "Kakusa, that isn't very funny. It's not nice to sneak up on people."
